1Review and prospect of NiCo_(2)O_(4)-based composite materials for supercapacitor electrodes显示文摘Supercapacitors known as typical electrochemical capacitors have been considered as one of the most promising candidates of energy storage systems owing to their advantages such as high-power density,long life span and lower production cost.The electrode materials play a crucial role on properties of supercapacitors.Hence,many researches have been focused on the development of novel electrode materials for high-performance supercapacitors.NiCo_2O_4as supercapacitor electrode material has drawn more and more attentions in recent years due to its outstanding advantages,such as high theoretical capacity,low cost,natural abundance and easy of synthesis.However,the NiCo_2O_4always suffer from severe capacity deterioration because of the low electrical conductivity and small surface area.Hence,it is necessary to systematically and comprehensively summarize the progress in understanding and modifying NiCo_2O_4-based materials from various aspects.In this review,the structure and synthesis method of NiCo_2O_4-based materials are discussed in detail.And then,the major goal of this review is to highlight new progress in using proposed strategies to improve the cycling stability and rate capacity of NiCo_2O_4-based materials,including synthesis,control of special morphologies and design of composite materials.Finally,an insight into the future research and development of Ni Co_2O_4-based materials for supercapacitors is prospected.Yanmei Li Xiao Han Tingfeng Yi Yanbing He Xifei Li 2019Journal of Energy Chemistry2019,28,4:14
2H7N9 virus infection triggers lethal cytokine storm by activating gasdermin E-mediated pyroptosis of lung alveolar epithelial cells显示文摘The H7N9 influenza virus emerged in China in 2013,causing more than 1560 human infections,39% of which were fatal.A ‘cytokine storm’ in the lungs of H7N9 patients has been linked to a poor prognosis and death;however,the underlying mechanism that triggers the cytokine storm is unknown.Here,we found that efficient replication of the H7N9 virus in mouse lungs activates gasdermin E(GSDME)-mediated pyroptosis in alveolar epithelial cells,and that the released cytosolic contents then trigger a cytokine storm.Knockout of Gsdme switched the manner of death of A549 and human primary alveolar epithelial cells from pyroptosis to apoptosis upon H7N9 virus infection,and Gsdme knockout mice survived H7N9 virus lethal infection.Our findings reveal that GSDME activation is a key and unique mechanism for the pulmonary cytokine storm and lethal outcome of H7N9 virus infection and thus opens a new door for the development of antivirals against the H7N9 virus.Xiaopeng Wan Jiqing Li Yupeng Wang Xiaofei Yu Xijun He Jianzhong Shi Guohua Deng Xianying Zeng Guobin Tian Yanbing Li Yongping Jiang Yuntao Guan Chengjun Li Feng Shao Hualan Chen 2022National Science Review2022,9,1:3
3Textbook Outcome as a measure of surgical quality assessment and prognosis in gastric neuroendocrine carcinoma:A large multicenter sample analysis显示文摘Objective:Quality assurance is crucial for oncological surgical treatment assessment.For rare diseases,singlequality indicators are not enough.We aim to develop a comprehensive and reproducible measurement,called the'Textbook Outcome'(TO),to assess the quality of surgical treatment and prognosis of gastric neuroendocrine carcinoma(G-NEC)patients.Methods:Data from patients with primary diagnosed G-NEC included in 24 high-volume Chinese hospitals from October 2005 to September 2018 were analyzed.TO included receiving a curative resection,≥15 lymph nodes examined,no severe postoperative complications,hospital stay≤21 d,and no hospital readmission≤30 d after discharge.Hospital variation in TO was analyzed using a case mix-adjusted funnel plot.Prognostic factors of survival and risk factors for non-Textbook Outcome(non-TO)were analyzed using Cox and logistic models,respectively.Results:TO was achieved in 56.6%of 860 G-NEC patients.TO patients had better overall survival(OS),disease-free survival(DFS),and recurrence-free survival(RFS)than non-TO patients(P<0.05).Moreover,TO patients accounted for 60.3%of patients without recurrence.Multivariate Cox analysis revealed non-TO as an independent risk factor for OS,DFS,and RFS of G-NEC patients(P<0.05).Increasing TO rates were associated with improved OS for G-NEC patients,but not hospital volume.Multivariate logistic regression revealed that nonlower tumors,open surgery,and>200 mL blood loss were independent risk factors for non-TO patients(P<0.05).Conclusions:TO is strongly associated with multicenter surgical quality and prognosis for G-NEC patients.Factors predicting non-TO are identified,which may help guide strategies to optimize G-NEC outcomes.Qiyue Chen Zhongliang Ning Zhiyu Liu Yanbing Zhou Qingliang He Yantao Tian Hankun Hao Wei Lin Lixin Jiang Gang Zhao Ping Li Chaohui Zheng Changming Huang on behalf of the Study Group for Gastric Neuroendocrine Tumors 2021Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2021,33,4:2
4Analgesic effect of intrathecal bumetanide is accompanied by changes in spinal sodium-potassium-chloride co-transporter 1 and potassium-chloride co-transporter 2 expression in a rat model of incisional pain显示文摘Accumulating evidence has demonstrated that the sodium-potassium-chloride co-transporter 1 and potassium-chloride co-transporter 2 have a role in the modulation of pain transmission at the spinal level through chloride regulation in the pain pathway and by effecting neuronal excitability and pain sensitization.The present study aimed to investigate the analgesic effect of the specific sodium-potassium-chloride co-transporter 1 inhibitor bumetanide,and the change in spinal sodium-potassium-chloride co-transporter 1 and potassium-chloride co-transporter 2 expression in a rat model of incisional pain.Results showed that intrathecal bumetanide could decrease cumulative pain scores,and could increase thermal and mechanical pain thresholds in a rat model of incisional pain.Sodium-potassium-chloride co-transporter 1 expression increased in neurons from dorsal root ganglion and the deep laminae of the ipsilateral dorsal horn following incision.By contrast,potassium-chloride co-transporter 2 expression decreased in neurons of the deep laminae from the ipsilateral dorsal horn.These findings suggest that spinal sodium-potassium-chloride co-transporter 1 expression was up-regulated and spinal potassium-chloride co-transporter 2 expression was down-regulated following incision.Intrathecal bumetanide has analgesic effects on incisional pain through inhibition of sodium-potassium-chloride co-transporter 1.Yanbing He Shiyuan Xu Junjie Huang Qingjuan Gong 2014Neural Regeneration Research2014,9,10:2

9Overexpression and characterization of a thermostable β-agarase producing neoagarotetraose from a marine isolate Microbulbifer sp.AG1显示文摘An agarase gene containing 1 302 bp was cloned from Microbulbifer sp. AG1. It encoded a mature protein of 413 amino acids plus a 20-residue signal peptide. The recombinant enzyme without the signal peptide was expressed and purified from Escherichia coli BL21(DE3). When agarose was used as a substrate, the optimal temperature and pH for the enzyme were 60℃ and 7.5, respectively. The recombinant agarase showed excellent thermostability with 67% and 19% of residual activities after incubation at 50℃ and 60℃ for 1 h, respectively.Except SDS, the recombinant agarase had a relatively good resistance against the detected inhibitors, detergents and urea denaturant. Thin layer chromatography analysis and enzyme assay using p-nitrophenyl-α/β-Dgalactopyranoside revealed that the recombinant agarase was a β-agarase that degraded agarose into neoagarotetraose as the main end product. 17Development of a double antibodies sandwich ELISA for the detection of avian leukosis virus subgroup J based on monoclonal antibodies against gp85显示文摘Avian leukosis virus(ALV)belongs to the genus Alpharetrovirus of the family Retroviridae and can cause various types of neoplastic diseases,even mortality in infected chickens[1].ALV is categorized into seven subgroups,including A,B,C,D,E,J,and K,based on the pathogenicity and antibody neutralization characteristics[2].The subgroup E is endogenous and transmitted by Mendelian inheritance.The subgroups A,B,C,D,J,and K are exogenous and oncogenic,transmitted horizontally and vertically and caused different pathological lesions[3].Among them,subgroups A and B were most common in commercial poultry and subgroup J is the major cause for myeloid leukosis and nephromas in broilers.In 1980,ALV subgroup J(ALV-J)was first isolated and identified from infected broilers in Britain.It caused significant economic losses in the poultry industry because of increased myelocytomas and other tumors[4].In China,ALV-J was first detected in broilers in 1999 and,subsequently,spread to other chicken types.Compared to other ALV subgroups,ALV-J has been a serious issue in China poultry industry since 2007.Currently,there is no effective vaccine and drugs against ALV-J infection;thus,early detection and elimination of ALV-positive breeder chickens are key measures to block vertical and horizontal ALV-J transmission.Given the importance of ALV to the poultry industry,many ALV detection methods,including virus isolation,immunofluorescence assays,neutralization tests,reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(PCR)or real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR-based molecular diagnosis ways,and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays(ELISA)have been developed.Among them,ELISA is widely used for its efficiency,convenience,and sensitivity.Yun et al.[5]developed an antigen-capture ELISA for the detection of ALV based on highly conserved antigen p27.Yu et al.[6]exploited a colloidal gold test strip specific for the detection of ALV p27 antigen.These antigen capture-based serological detection methods share obviously simple,accurate,and rapid advantages in comparison with conventional time-consuming methods of indirect immunofluorescence assay or neutralization tests.However,it is difficult to identify different subgroups of ALV using p27-coated antibodies.Lili Cao Panpan Zhao He Ding Nan Wang Xue Zhang Shuxian Yuan Hang Dong Yanbing Guo Xinhua Yao Qinlei Yu Hongze Shao Pengtao Gong 2021Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2021,53,10:1
