1Effects of minor Sc on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu-Zr based alloys显示文摘Five kinds of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu-Zr based alloys with different Sc additions were prepared by ingot metallurgy. The effects of minor Sc on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu-Zr based alloys were investigated using tensile tests, optical microscopy (OM), and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The results show that the ultimate tensile strength and yield strength are improved by 94 and 110 MPa, respectively, and the elongation to failure remains at a reasonable extent (11.1%) in the Al-Zn-Mg-Cu-Zr based alloy with 0.21 wt.% Sc addition after solution heat treatment at 475°C for 40 min and then aged at 120°C for 24 h. The addition of minor Sc induces the formation of Al3(Sc,Zr) particles, which are highly effective in refining the cast microstructures, retarding recrystallization, and pinning dislocations. 2A Consensus and Incentive Program for Charging Piles Based on Consortium Blockchain显示文摘Charging piles are used for charging electric vehicles and are directly accessible to users in an energy internet entrance,while playing an important role in energy consumption.Currently,each enterprise constructs the center of operation and maintenance of their systems independently,along with their respective APP payment programs.This results in high operating costs,poor user experience,and low utilization rate of the pile,which limits the promotion and popularization of electric vehicles.To overcome this limitation,there is a need for a multi-center,fair,and transparent consortium blockchain,which can conform to the application requirements of a unified payment system and accommodate a range of diverse enterprise charging piles.In this paper,the design for a consensus and incentive program for consortium blockchain is presented.First,the application status of blockchain in an energy internet is described.Then,the logical structure and hierarchical model of the consortium blockchain are analyzed.Next,multicycle accounting and limiting the amount of accounting nodes in each round is presented to ensure the overhead of consensus remain constant.Finally,the accounting incentive mechanism and the bidding encouragement strategy based on“electric beans”are designed.Qingsu He Yu Xu Yong Yan Junsheng Wang Qingzhi Han Lili Li 2018CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2018,4,4:3
3Enhancing the mechanical and anticorrosion properties of 316L stainless steel via a cathodic plasma electrolytic nitriding treatment with added PEG显示文摘A cathodic plasma electrolytic nitriding(CPEN)treatment with a urea aqueous solution was performed on 316L stainless steel to rapidly improve its surface properties in this work.Test results show that the PEG2000 macromolecules increased the nitriding energy via enhancing the ability to bond the produced gas film to the metal/electrolyte interface.The cross-sectional morphologies indicate that a thick nitrided layer was obtained when the urea concentration was 543 g I^-1,corresponding to a Vickers hardness 450 HV(0.1),which was 3.5 times larger than that of the substrate.The nitrided layer mainly contained expanded austenite(γN),oxides and iron nitrides(e.g.,Fe3O4 and FeN(0.076)).In terms of its performance,coefficient of friction(COF)of the nitride layer decreased to nearly two-thirds that of the untreated layer,and the passivation current densities of the nitrided sample in a 3.5%NaCl solution decreased by an order of magnitude compared to that of the substrate.Therefore,the approach presented herein provides an attractive way to modify the effect of CPEN in a urea aqueous solution.Tianyi Zhang Junsheng Wu Lei Jin Zhan Zhang Wan Rong Bowei Zhang Yi Wang Yedong He Wei Liu Xiaogang Li 2019Journal of Materials Science & Technology2019,35,11:3

5Comparative Study on Wire-Arc Additive Manufacturing and Conventional Casting of Al–Si Alloys:Porosity,Microstructure and Mechanical Property显示文摘Here,we compare the porosity,microstructure and mechanical property of 4047 Al–Si alloys prepared by wire-arc additive manufacturing(WAAM)and conventional casting.X-ray microscopy reveals that WAAM causes a higher volume fraction of gas pores in comparison with conventional casting.Effective refi nements ofα-Al dendrites,eutectic Si particles and Ferich intermetallic compounds are achieved by WAAM,resulting from its rapid solidifi cation process.Both ultimate tensile strength(UTS,up to 205.6 MPa)and yield stress(YS,up to 98.0 MPa)are improved by WAAM at the expense of elongation after fracture.The mechanical property anisotropy between scanning direction and build direction is minimal for alloys via WAAM.Additional microstructure refi nement and strength enhancement are enabled by increasing the travel speed of welding torch from 300 to 420 mm/min.Yueling Guo Qifei Han Jinlong Hu Xinghai Yang Pengcheng Mao Junsheng Wang Shaobo Sun Zhi He Jiping Lu Changmeng Liu 2022Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2022,35,3:1

12Flexible Au micro-array electrode with atomic-scale Au thin film for enhanced ethanol oxidation reaction显示文摘The catalysis of Au thin film could be improved by fabrication of array structures in large area.In this work,nanoimprint lithography has been developed tofabricate flexible Au micro-array(MA)electrodes with~100%coverage.Advanced electron microscopy characterisations have directly visualised the atomic-scale three-dimensional(3D)nanostructures with a maximum depth of 6 atomic layers.In-situ observation unveils the crystal growth in the form of twinning.High double layer capacitance brings about large number of active sites on the Au thin film and has a logarithmic relationship with mesh grade.Electrochemistry testing shows that the Au MAs perform much better ethanol oxidation reaction than the planar sample;MAs with higher mesh grade have a greater active site utilisation ratio(ASUR),which is important to build electrochemical double layer for efficient charge transfer.Further improvement on ASUR is expected for greater electrocatalytic performance and potential application in direct ethanol fuel cell.Xun Cao Dongdong Peng Cao Wu Yongmin He Chaojiang Li Bowei Zhang Changcun Han Junsheng Wu Zheng Liu Yizhong Huang 2021Nano Research2021,14,1:0
