1Regeneration and activation of liver progenitor cells in liver cirrhosis显示文摘Cirrhosis is characterized as the progress of regenerative nodules surrounded by fibrous bands in response to chronic hepatic injury and causes portal hypertension and end-stage hepatic disease.Following liver injury,liver progenitor cells(LPCs)can be activated and differentiate into hepatocytes in order to awaken liver regeneration and reach homeosta-sis.Recent research has uncovered some new sources of LPCs.Here,we update the mecha-nisms of LPCs-mediated liver regeneration in cirrhosis by introducing the origin of LPCs and LPCs’niche with a discussion of the influence of LPC-related cells.This article analyzes the mechanism of regeneration and activation of LPCs in cirrhosis in recent years aiming to provide help for clinical application.Yanze Yin Defu Kong Kang He Qiang Xia 2021Genes & Diseases2021,8,5:3

4Effects of internal factors on surface wettability of corn stalk rind显示文摘Corn stalk is one of heterogeneous materials with anisotropy and variability.As the rind of corn stalk consists of rich lignin and cellulose similar to wood properties,and possessing high mechanical strength,then can be used as raw material of stalk artificial board and paper.The corn stalk rind has significant differences in fiber morphology,chemical composition and mechanical properties at different heights.Nano-SiO2 composite material contained in the epidermis of corn stalk rind is not conducive to exert adhesive into a board.To study board-making technology by intact corn stalk rind,the wettability of corn stalk rind at different sampling heights is necessary to be analyzed by keeping or removing the epidermis.To analyze the surface wettability difference,the contact angle with water,element compositions and the chemical compositions of corn stalk rind at different sampling heights were studied before and after removal of epidermis.A Fourier transform infrared(FTIR)analysis was performed.The results showed that the removal of the epidermis could significantly improve the hydrophilicity of corn stalk rind.Before removal of the epidermis,the varying contents of elements including C and Si dominate the surface wettability differences at different sampling heights of corn stalk.With an increase in the sampling height,the mass fraction of C increases while that of Si decreases,which result in increasing hydrophilicity.After removal of the epidermis,the surface wettability of corn stalk rind is mainly determined by the mass fraction of hemicellulose,and the higher the sampling height,the larger the mass fraction of hemicellulose resulting in the increase of hydrophilicity.He Xun Wang Defu 2015International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2015,8,6:1

7A NOVEL MIXED INTEGER PROGRAMMING FORMULATION AND PROGRESSIVELY STOCHASTIC SEARCH FOR CAPACITATED LOT SIZING显示文摘The capacitated multi-level lot sizing problem is to schedule a number of different items with a bill-of-materials structure over a horizon of finite periods.To advance techniques of solving this class of problems,this paper proposes a new mixed integer programming formulation.Theoretical proofs and computational tests are provided to show that this formulation is able to provide better linear programming relaxation lower bounds than a previously-proposed strong mixed integer programming formulation.Based on the new strong formulation,a progressively stochastic search approach is proposed for solving the problem.Computational results showed that the approach generates high quality solutions,especially for problems of large sizes.Tao WU Defu ZHANG Yan HE 2011Journal of Systems Science and Systems Engineering2011,20,2:0
