1养殖梭子蟹血卵涡鞭虫感染的初步研究显示文摘2004年7—9月,浙江舟山人工养殖梭子蟹相继发生一种被当地渔民称为'牛奶病'的流行性疾病,并引起大量死亡。病蟹蟹体消瘦,肌肉白浊,蟹盖内可见大量乳白色液体。对带有典型病症的濒死病蟹进行细菌分离,未分离到细菌。组织病理学观察发现,病蟹血淋巴急剧下降,代之以大量的寄生原虫,该寄生虫在病蟹的肝胰腺、鳃、心脏、肌肉等部位大量侵袭,并引起这些组织发生以坏死为主的变质性病变,其病理特征主要表现为:细胞肿胀、变性、坏死,某些细胞的细胞核固缩、碎裂或崩解。电镜观察乳白色体液及病变组织,可见大量寄生原虫,该寄生虫大小约5—7μm,多数呈卵圆形,单核或多核,具有2根鞭毛。进一步通过分子生物学方法,确定该寄生虫为血卵涡鞭虫Hematodinium sp.,初步认定其是引起养殖梭子蟹'牛奶病'的一种重要病原。许文军 施慧 徐汉祥 Hamish Small 2007水生生物学报2007,31,5:28

3我国大学在线课程运营模式变革探索——国外“OPM提供商——大学合作模式”的启示显示文摘互联网和信息技术已经引发了我国在线教育的一系列变革,而建立科学、高效的在线课程运营模式是推动大学在线教育改革纵深发展的重要任务之一。当前,由大学自主开发的课程平台运营及维护费用压力大,面临可持续发展问题;第三方课程平台运营在线课程具有委托代理性,但存在商业化、官僚化气息浓郁,教学内容趋同及课程特色不足等问题;小规模专有课程平台运营在线课程专业性强,但无法提供个性化的辅助教学及就业指导服务。借鉴国外'OPM提供商-大学合作运营'的模式,可以尝试通过建立基于学位项目的在线教育服务收费模式并通过课程平台运营监管及风险预警机制的建立保障大学自建平台的持续运作;由第三方课程平台组建一支专业技术团队加强与教师及院校管理人员的联动,并通过在线教育知识产权管理服务体系的完善确保公平竞争的市场秩序;加强专业虚拟教辅团队建设为学生提供多样化辅助教学和就业服务,并通过专项财政支持政策的有效落实进一步加强大学与小规模专有课程平台的合作。刘路 黄尔诺 Hamish Coates 2020中国电化教育2020,0,1:14
4我国大学社会服务职能发展:国际经验、现实问题与政策建议显示文摘随着大学与社会联系的日益加深,大学社会服务职能的重要性不断凸显。通过对大学社会服务职能发展脉络的梳理可以发现,其可划分为3个阶段:政府主导的初步发展阶段、“三螺旋”模式推动的加速发展阶段和广泛参与的强化发展阶段。当代大学社会服务职能以广泛参与为基本特征,对实现高等教育和社会共赢起到了重要的促进作用。我国大学在服务社会发展方面已经取得一些成就,但目前还存在政策上缺乏长远规划和分类指导,地域间、领域间发展均不平衡,参与主体不够多元且参与程度相对较浅,国际经验借鉴不足且国际交流合作程度不高等问题。因此,未来我国需要通过做好长远规划、加强分类指导,促进地域间、领域间均衡发展,引入多元主体、提高参与程度,合理借鉴国际经验、持续推进国际交流合作等途径更好地促进大学社会服务职能的履行。李瑞琳 Hamish Coates 2020高校教育管理2020,14,4:14
5Endoscopic diagnosis and treatment of gastric dysplasia and early cancer:Current evidence and what the future may hold显示文摘Gastric cancer accounts for a significant proportion of worldwide cancer-related morbidity and mortality.The well documented precancerous cascade provides an opportunity for clinicians to detect and treat gastric cancers at an endoscopically curable stage.In high prevalence regions such as Japan and Korea,this has led to the implementation of population screening programs.However,guidelines remain ambiguous in lower prevalence regions.In recent years,there have been many advances in the endoscopic diagnosis and treatment of early gastric cancer and precancerous lesions.More advanced endoscopic imaging has led to improved detection and characterization of gastric lesions as well as superior accuracy for delineation of margins prior to resection.In addition,promising early data on artificial intelligence in gastroscopy suggests a future role for this technology in maximizing the yield of advanced endoscopic imaging.Data on endoscopic resection(ER)are particularly robust in Japan and Korea,with high rates of curative ER and markedly reduced procedural morbidity.However,there is a shortage of data in other regions to support the applicability of protocols from these high prevalence countries.Future advances in endoscopic therapeutics will likely lead to further expansion of the current indications for ER,as both technology and proceduralist expertise continue to grow.Edward Young Hamish Philpott Rajvinder Singh 2021World Journal of Gastroenterology2021,27,31:12
6Using the polymerase chain reaction coupled with denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis to investigate the association between bacterial translocation and systemic inflammatory response syndrome in predicted acute severe pancreatitis显示文摘AIM: To investigate the use of PCR and DGGE to investigate the association between bacterial translocation and systemic inflammatory response syndrome in predicted severe AP.METHODS: Patients with biochemical and clinical evidence of acute pancreatitis and an APACHE Ⅱ score ≥8 were enrolled. PCR and DGGE were employed to detect bacterial translocation in blood samples collected on d1,3, and 8 after the admission. Standard microbial blood cultures were taken when there was clinical evidence of sepsis or when felt to be clinically indicated by the supervising team.RESULTS: Six patients were included. Of all the patients investigated, only one developed septic complications;the others had uneventful illness. Bacteria were detected using PCR in 4 of the 17 collected blood samples. The patient with sepsis was PCR-positive in two samples (taken on d 1 and 3), despite three negative blood cultures. Using DGGE and specific primers, the bacteria in all blood specimens which tested positive for the presence of bacterial DNA were identified as E coli.CONCLUSION: Our study confirmed thatunlike traditional microbiological techniques, PCR can detect the presence of bacteria in the blood of patients with severe AP. Therefore, this latter method in conjunction with DGGE is potentially an extremely useful tool in predicting septic morbidity and evaluating patients with the disease. 11A review of solar type Ⅲ radio bursts显示文摘Solar type Ⅲ radio bursts are an important diagnostic tool in the understanding of solar accelerated electron beams. They are a signature of propagating beams of nonthermal electrons in the solar atmosphere and the solar system. Consequently, they provide information on electron acceleration and transport, and the conditions of the background ambient plasma they travel through. We review the observational properties of type Ⅲ bursts with an emphasis on recent results and how each property can help identify attributes of electron beams and the ambient background plasma. 15Biochar from vegetable wastes:agro-environmental characterization显示文摘Considering the global issue of vegetable wastes generation and its impact on the environment and resources,this study evalu-ated the conversion of four largely produced vegetable wastes(cauliflower,cabbage,banana peels and corn cob residues)into biochar.Each waste was tested individually and as a combined blend to assess feedstock influences on biochar properties.In addition,various pyrolysis temperatures ranging from 300℃ to 600℃ and two particle size fractions(less than 75μm,75-125μm)were considered.Biochars were characterized for various properties that can influence the biochars’effective-ness as a soil amendment.It was found that pyrolysis temperature was the most dominant factor on biochar properties,but that individual feedstocks produced biochars with different characteristics.The biochars had characteristics that varied as follows:pH 7.2-11.6,ECE 0.15-1.00 mS cm^(−1),CEC 17-cmolc kg^(−1)andζ-potential−0.24 to−43 mV.Based on optimal values of these parameters from the literature,cauliflower and banana peels were determined to be the best feedstocks,though mixed vegetable waste also produced good characteristics.The optimum temperature for pyrolysis was around 400℃,but differed slightly(300-500℃)depending on the distinct feedstock.However,smaller particle size of biochar application was always optimal.Biochar yields were in the range of 20-30%at this temperature range,except for corn cobs which were higher.This study demonstrates that pyrolysis of dried vegetable wastes is a suitable waste valorization approach to produce biochar with good agricultural properties.Snigdhendubala Pradhan Ali H.Abdelaal Kamal Mroue Tareq Al‑Ansari Hamish R.Mackey Gordon McKay 2020Biochar2020,2,4:3

18欧洲国家大学治理改革对我国“双一流”建设的启示显示文摘欧洲高等教育外部环境的持续变化导致许多欧洲国家亟待通过改革降低政府对大学内部事务的干预,赋予大学更广泛的自治权,促进大学综合实力的不断提升。从20世纪90年代后期开始,奥地利、比利时和保加利亚等欧洲国家相继采取了赋予大学独立的法律人格,规范政府与大学权责义务,实施绩效拨款制度,完善高等教育质量评估机制等举措以推动自上而下的大学治理改革,在政府与大学之间构建起基于“委托—代理”法理精神、以行政合同为约束的新型治理关系。借鉴欧洲国家大学治理改革的经验,我国在“双一流”建设中,应通过共同协商制定行政合同,明确政府与大学“双一流”建设的权责义务,完善绩效拨款制度提升“双一流”建设经费的使用效率和效益,建立“双一流”建设动态监测机制强化政府外部监管的成效等方式促进中国大学外部治理环境的持续改良。刘路 Hamish Coates 2020高教探索2020,,1:2
