| 2 | Radiative forcing over China due to albedo change caused by land cover change during 1990-2010显示文摘Land cover change affects surface radiation budget and energy balance by changing surface albedo and further impacts the regional and global climate. In this article, high spatial and temporal resolution satellite products were used to analyze the driving mechanism for surface albedo change caused by land cover change during 1990–2010. In addition, the annual-scale radiative forcing caused by surface albedo changes in China's 50 ecological regions were calculated to reveal the biophysical mechanisms of land cover change affecting climate change at regional scale. Our results showed that the national land cover changes were mainly caused by land reclamation, grassland desertification and urbanization in past 20 years, which were almost induced by anthropogenic activities. Grassland and forest area decreased by 0.60% and 0.11%, respectively. The area of urban and farmland increased by 0.60% and 0.19%, respectively. The mean radiative forcing caused by land cover changes during 1990–2010 was 0.062 W/m2 in China, indicating a warming climate effect. However, spatial heterogeneity of radiative forcing was huge among different ecological regions. Farmland conversing to urban construction land, the main type of land cover change for the urban and suburban agricultural ecological region in Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan region, caused an albedo reduction by 0.00456 and a maximum positive radiative forcing of 0.863 W/m2, which was presented as warming climate effects. | 3 | Definition of water exchange zone between the Bohai Sea and Yellow Sea and the effect of winter gale on it显示文摘The marine dynamic environment of the Bohai Sea and the Yellow Sea in the winter of 2006 is simulated by the Regional Ocean Modelling System(ROMS) marine numerical model. Using the simulated temperature and salinity, the water exchange zone between the Bohai Sea and Yellow Sea is defined through the Spectral Mixture Model(SMM). The influence of winter gales on the water exchange is also discussed. It is found that the Yellow Sea water masses in winter are distributed in a 'tongue' shape in the Bohai Strait region, the water exchange zone presents a zonal distribution along the margin of the 'tongue', with a tendency of running from northwest to southeast, and the water exchange is intensified at the tip of the 'tongue'. Besides, the coastal area in the northernmost Yellow Sea does not participate in the water exchange between the Bohai Sea and Yellow Sea. The result shows that the winter gale events play a role in enhancing the water exchange. It is specifically shown by the facts: the Yellow Sea warm current is enhanced to intrude the Bohai Sea by the gale process; the water exchange zone extends into the Bohai Sea; the water exchange belt in the southern part becomes wider; the mixture zone of river runoff with the Bohai Sea water upon its entry is enlarged and shifts northwards. | 8 | Power supply arm protection scheme of high-speed railway based on wide-area current differential显示文摘When fault occurs on cross-coupling autotransformer(AT)power supply traction network,the up-line and down-line feeder circuit breakers in the traction substation trip at the same time without selectivity,which leads to an extended power failure.Based on equivalent circuit and Kirchhoff’s current law,the feeder current characteristic in the substation,AT station and sectioning post when T-R fault,F-R fault,and T-F fault occur are analyzed and their expressions are obtained.When the traction power supply system is equipped with wide-area protection measurement and control system,the feeder protection device in each station collects the feeder currents in other two stations through the wide-area protection channel and a wide-area current differential protection scheme based on the feeder current characteristic is proposed.When a short-circuit fault occurs in the power supply arm,all the feeder protection devices in each station receive the feeder currents with time stamp in other two stations.After data synchronous processing and logic judgment,the fault line of the power supply arm can be identified and isolated quickly.The simulation result based on MATLAB/Simulink shows that the power supply arm protection scheme based on wide-area current differential has good fault discrimination ability under different fault positions,transition resistances,and fault types.The verification of measured data shows that the novel protection scheme will not be affected by the special working conditions of the electrical multiple unit(EMU),and reliability,selectivity,and rapidity of relay protection are all improved. | Guosong Lin Bin Hong Zefang Wu Xuguo Fu | 2023 | Railway Engineering Science2023,31,3: | 0 |

| 10 | Enzyme-catalyzed deposition of polydopamine for amplifying the signal inhibition to a novel Prussian blue-nanocomposite and ultrasensitive electrochemical immunosensing显示文摘The uncontrollable synthesis of Prussian blue (PB) and its weak stability toward OH -are great challenges affecting its electrochemical biosensing application. Herein we utilize the unique properties of chitosan (CS) to realize the facile and controllable synthesis of a CS-PB nanocomposite and combine it with the urease-catalyzed deposition of polydopamine (PDA) for amplifying the electrochemical signal inhibition of PB to develop a novel immunosensing method for protein detection. The immunosensor was constructed on a CS-PB modified electrode, and a urease-functionalized silica nanoprobe was prepared for tracing its sandwich immunoassay toward the model analyte of carcinoembryonic antigen. Besides the electrochem- ical impedance effect of the quantitatively captured nanoprobes, their enzymatic reaction can release numerous OH -to destroy the PB crystals and also induce the PDA deposition onto the immunosensor. These caused drastic electrochemical signal inhibition to PB. Based on the above multi-signal amplification mechanism, the method exhibits a very low detection limit of 0.042 pg mL^(-1) along with a very wide linear range of six-order of magnitude. In addition, the CS-PB based immunosensor has excellent specificity, repeatability, stability and reliability. | 12 | Supramolecular assembly of Cp1-11 peptide and insulin for rapid-acting formulation显示文摘In order to improve the life quality of diabetic patients,it is very important to develop rapid-acting insulin formulations that can mimic the physiological meal-time secretion profile of insulin in healthy people.Although several insulin analogues have been designed to provide postprandial glycemic control,still there are some serious disadvantages.A supramolecular strategy is presented here to inhibit insulin aggregation and improve its bioactivity by using Cp1-11 peptide.As a fragment of C-peptide in proinsulin,Cp1-11 peptide was found to influence insulin oligomerization by supramolecular interactions.This work demonstrates that the Cp1-11 peptide can interact with oligomeric insulin and facilitate its disaggregation into the physiologically active monomeric form.Computer simulation indicates that Cp1-11 can insert into the space between the C-terminal tail and the N-terminal helix of the B-chain of insulin,causing dissociation of the insulin dimer.The supramolecular assembly of Cp1-11 and insulin can improve the bioavailability and therapeutic effect of insulin on the control of in vivo blood glucose levels.These results suggest that Cp1-11 peptide can modulate the intermolecular interaction of aggregated insulin and prevent the transition from monomeric to multimeric states,and shows great potential for the development of an effective rapid-acting strategy to treat diabetes. | Weigang Wang Sheyu Li Zhouxiang Zhao Anna Zhou Yanpeng Liu Yantao Chen Mingchang Lin Guosong Chen Chunmei Ding Jianshu Li | 2017 | Journal of Bioresources and Bioproducts2017,2,3: | 0 |
| 13 | Improved fault location method for AT traction power network based on EMU load test显示文摘The autotransformer(AT)neutral current ratio method is widely used for fault location in the AT traction power network.With the development of high-speed electrified railways,a large number of data show that the relation between the AT neutral current ratio and the distance from the beginning of the fault AT section to the fault point(Q-L relation)is mostly nonlinear.Therefore,the linear Q-L relation in the traditional fault location method always leads to large errors.To solve this problem,a large number of load-related current data that can be used to describe the Q-L relation are obtained through the load test of the electric multiple unit(EMU).Thus,an improved fault location method based on the back propagation(BP)neural network is proposed in this paper.On this basis,a comparison between the improved method and the traditional method shows that the maximum absolute error and the average absolute error of the improved method are 0.651 km and 0.334 km lower than those of the traditional method,respectively,which demonstrates that the improved method can effectively eliminate the influence of nonlinear factors and greatly improve the accuracy of fault location for the AT traction power network.Finally,combined with a shortcircuit test,the accuracy of the improved method is verified. | Guosong Lin Xuguo Fu Wei Quan Bin Hong | 2022 | Railway Engineering Science2022,30,4: | 0 |
