| 1 | Relationship between suspended sediments from the Changjiang Estuary and the evolution of the embayed muddy coast of Zhejiang Province显示文摘South of Hangzhou Bay, Zhejiang Province, exhibits an embayed muddy coastline, with the muddy beaches of embayments extending continuously seaward.The source of sediments on this coast presents an interesting problem to marine geologists and geomorphologists .The total annual load of sediments from the rivers of Zhejiang is only 12×106t.These materials affect only the area near the river mouths. The paper showed that the sediment along the coast of Zhejiang mainly comes from the Changjiang Estuary through analysing the time and space variations of suspended sediment, the features of sediment and the sedimentary transport.The Changjiang River is the largest river system in China, its sediment to the sea amounting to 468×106t. The sediment during summer transports mainly eastward, and is affected by the water body with high temperature, salinity and transparency; the winter season is the period with high sediment concentration. | 2 | Investigation on One-Dimensional Loss Models for Predicting Performance of Multistage Centrifugal Compressors in Supercritical CO Brayton Cycle显示文摘The main compressor in a supercritical carbon dioxide(SCO2)Brayton cycle works near the critical point where the physical properties of CO_(2)are far away from the ideal gas.To investigate the effectiveness of the conventional one-dimensional(1D)loss models for predicting the performance of compressors working in such nontraditional conditions,detailed comparisons of 1D predicted performance,experimental data and threedimensional CFD results are made.A 1D analysis method with enthalpy and total pressure based loss system is developed for multistage SCO2 centrifugal compressors,and it is firstly validated against the experimental results of a single stage SCO2 centrifugal compressor from the Sandia National Laboratory.A good agreement of pressure ratios with experiments can be achieved by the 1D method.But the efficiency deviations reveal the potential deficiencies of the parasitic loss models.On the basis of the validation,a two-stage SCO2 centrifugal compressor is employed to do the evaluation.Three-dimensional CFD simulations are performed.Detailed comparisons are made between the CFD and the 1D results at different stations located in the compressor.The features of the deviations are analyzed in detail,as well as the reasons that might cause these deviations. | SHAO Wenyang DU Juan YANG Jinguang WANG Xiaofang LYU Guochuan | 2021 | Journal of Thermal Science2021,30,1: | 2 |
| 3 | Investigation on process mechanism of a novel energy-saving synthesis for high performance Li_(4)Ti_(5)O_(12) anode material显示文摘Li_(4)Ti_(5)O_(12)(LTO) anode material demonstrates superior cycling performance due to its stable spinel structure and high lithiation/de-lithiation potential.Herein,a novel energy-saving solid-phase synthesis route for LTO has been successfully designed,employing the cheap industrial intermediate product of metatitanic acid (HTO) as titanium source.Through the in-situ Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR)and ex-situ X-ray diffraction (XRD),it is revealed for the first time that the amorphous crystal structure of HTO is more conducive for the Li+insertion,making it possible to prepare LTO at a relatively lower sintering temperature.Utilizing the dehydration carbonization reaction between glucose and sulfuric acid,an ingenious strategy of glucose pre-coating is adopted to avoid the generation of Li_(2)SO_(4) impurity caused by the residual sulfuric acid on the surface of HTO,which meanwhile enhances the conductivity and inhibits the particle growth of LTO.The obtained ALTO@C anode material consequently exhibits excellent electrochemical performance that 132.0 m Ah g^(-1)is remained even at 20 C,and ultra low decay rate of 0.015% per cycle is achieved during 1000 cycles at 2 C.Remarkably,LiCoO_(2)//ALTO@C full cell delivers conspicuous low-temperature property (130.7 m Ah g^(-1)at 0.5 C and almost no attenuation after 300 cycles under-20℃). | Guochuan Wang Hongmei Wang Guangqiang Ma Xinhe Du Liyu Du Peng Jing Yanqing Wang Kaipeng Wu Hao Wu Qian Wang Yun Zhang | 2022 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,7: | 1 |
