1A New RFID Anti-collision Algorithm Based on the Q-Ary Search Scheme显示文摘Deterministic tree-based algorithms are mostly used to guarantee that all the tags in the reader field are successfully identified, and to achieve the best performance. Through an analysis of the deficiencies of existing tree-based algorithms, a Q-ary search algorithm was proposed. The Q-ary search(QAS) algorithm introduced a bit encoding mechanism of tag ID by which the multibit collision arbitration was implemented. According to the encoding mechanism, the collision cycle was reduced. 2Review of Chinese atmospheric science research over the past 70 years: Climate and climate change显示文摘Climate and climate change have always been a research focus of atmospheric sciences. This paper summaries research efforts, achievements and international contributions of the Chinese scientific community on climate and climate change over the past 70 years. The review is based on papers published officially in national or international scientific journals,and is organized to cover six aspects:(1) general climate studies;(2) impact of the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau;(3) impact of the East Asian monsoon;(4) influences of teleconnection oscillation and westerlies;(5) climate dynamics and development of climate models;and(6) climate change. 3A novel approach to design microwave medium of negative refractive index and simulation verification显示文摘In this paper, a novel approach is presented to synthesize microwave medium of negative refractive index by incorporating metallic wire array with negative effective permittivity into the host media such as ferrimagnet-YIG (yttrium iron garnet) applied by external magnetic field whose permeability is negative. We have designed the composite medium having negative refractive index in C/X band frequencies, analyzed and simulated its electromagnetic (EM) properties by use of EM EDA package based on time-domain finite integration method. The simulation results show that: ① the effective permittivity of the designed metallic wire array is negative in the frequency range from 7.02 GHz to 9.80 GHz; ② the permeability of YIG substrate immersed into an external magnetic field is negative in the frequency range from 5.22 GHz to 8.14 GHz; ③ EM wave can pass through the composite medium synthesized by the above designed metallic wire array and YIG substrate, and ④ the negative refraction behavior occurs on the interface between the composite medium and the normal material with positive refractive index in 7.51―8.13 GHz frequency range, in which the effective permittivity of the metallic wire array and the permeability of YIG substrate are negative simultaneously. 4A Collision Arbitration Protocol Based on Specific Selection Function显示文摘Fast and effective identifications of a large number of items are required in many Radio-frequency identification(RFID) applications. Simultaneous responses from multiple tags are corrupted by collisions and thus result in low identification efficiency. To address the problem of low identification efficiency, many existing tag anticollision algorithms try to schedule the identification process to avoid collisions. A novel anti-collision scheme based on specific selection function is presented, in which tags pick a slot according to a selection function instead of being randomly assigned to slots within a frame. If collision occurs, the reader sends the custom command SETBM according to the collision information. When probed by the SETBM, the tags apply the selection function to its partial ID and send the mapped result to the reader. According to the mapped result, the reader assigns the time slot to the tags. All tags collided in the same slot will be identified by the tree traversal scheme. 6Design of Wireless Energy-Harvested UHF WSN Tag for Cellular IoT显示文摘In this paper,a wireless energy-harvested ultra-high frequency(UHF)wireless sensor network(WSN)tag is designed and implemented for cellular Io T applications.The WSN tag is made up of a wireless energy harvesting circuit,a temperature sensing circuit,and a radio frequency identification(RFID)tag.The developed WSN tag is compatible with the ISO/IEC18000-6C protocol.The WSN tag can receive the GSM RF energy operating in China GSM900 and GSM1800 bands in the surrounding environment and the solar energy,then converts the RF energy to direct current(DC)by schottky diode-based rectifying circuit,and finally stores the DC energy in a supercapacitor through a DC-DC booster circuit.The DC-DC booster circuit drives the front-end circuit,TI MSP430 microcontroller,temperature sensing circuit,and other active circuits in the tag.The MSP430 works in low-power mode when it is powered up,and it can also reduce power consumption more by reducing main clock(MCLK)frequency according to different forward link rates.The implemented WSN tag demonstrated that the RF-to-DC conversion efficiency is higher than 39% when the receiving 900 MHz RF signal power is from -14 dBm to 0 dBm and could make the tag work normally.The signal receiving sensitivity of the WSN tag is up to-32 dBm at the rate of 40 kbit/s from the Reader to the WSN tag.The WSN tag supports Miller coding and extended Miller coding.This wireless energy harvested UHF WSN tag,compared with conventional UHF passive tags and battery-powered active UHF RFID Tags,has many advantages,such as far communication distance,long service life,and sensing functionality.It will have wide applications in the Internet of Things(IoT).LI Gang XU Rui LI Zhenbing ZHOU Jie LI Jian WEN Guangjun 2018ZTE Communications2018,16,1:2
7A Physical Layer Algorithm for Estimation of Number of Tags in UHF RFID Anti-Collision Design显示文摘A priori knowledge of the number of tags is crucial for anti-collision protocols in slotted UHF RFID systems.The number of tags is used to decide optimal frame length in dynamic frame slotted ALOHA(DFSA)and to adjust access probability in random access protocols.Conventional researches estimate the number of tags in MAC layer based on statistics of empty slots,collided slots and successful slots.Usually,a collision detection algorithm is employed to determine types of time slots.Only three types are distinguished because of lack of ability to detect the number of tags in single time slot.In this paper,a physical layer algorithm is proposed to detect the number of tags in a collided slot.Mean shift algorithm is utilized,and some properties of backscatter signals are investigated.Simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed solution in terms of low estimation error with a high SNR range,outperforming the existing MAC layer approaches.Zhong Huang Jian Su Guangjun Wen Wenxian Zheng Chu Chu Yijun Zhang Yibo Zhang 2019Computers, Materials & Continua2019,,7:2

15Ultra-Low Power High-Efficiency UHF-Band Wireless Energy Harvesting Circuit Design and Experiment显示文摘In this paper,an ultra-low power high-efficiency ultra-high frequency(UHF)-band wireless energy harvesting circuit based on the diode SMS7360 is designed and experimentally demonstrated,being operated in all released Global System for Mobile Communications(GSM)bands in China(GSM900 band:0.87-0.96 GHz and GSM1800 band:1.71-1.86 GHz).This UHF-band wireless energy harvesting circuit can harvest energy at 0.87-0.96 GHz and 1.71-1.86 GHz bands simultaneously in outdoor or indoor environment.The test results show that a radio-frequency(RF)-to-direct-current(DC)conversion efficiency in the range of 20%-63.2% is obtained for an available input power of-22 dBm to 1 dBm in GSM900 band and that in the range of 13.8%-55.5% is achieved for an available input power of-22 dBm to 3 dBm in GSM1800 band.The harvested RF energy is converted into DC energy and be stored in a 6.8 mF super capacitor through the energy management circuit.This super capacitor’s capacity is more than 20 mJ,which can meet the demand of high-speed broadband wireless communication transceivers.This ultra-low power highefficiency UHF-band wireless energy harvesting circuit could be used to achieve the low power wireless sensor network node(tag).LI Zhenbing LI Jian ZHOU Jie ZHAO Fading WEN Guangjun 2018ZTE Communications2018,16,1:1

20An Early Warning Model of Telecommunication Network Fraud Based on User Portrait显示文摘With the frequent occurrence of telecommunications and networkfraud crimes in recent years, new frauds have emerged one after another whichhas caused huge losses to the people. However, due to the lack of an effectivepreventive mechanism, the police are often in a passive position. Usingtechnologies such as web crawlers, feature engineering, deep learning, andartificial intelligence, this paper proposes a user portrait fraudwarning schemebased on Weibo public data. First, we perform preliminary screening andcleaning based on the keyword “defrauded” to obtain valid fraudulent userIdentity Documents (IDs). The basic information and account information ofthese users is user-labeled to achieve the purpose of distinguishing the typesof fraud. Secondly, through feature engineering technologies such as avatarrecognition, Artificial Intelligence (AI) sentiment analysis, data screening,and follower blogger type analysis, these pictures and texts will be abstractedinto user preferences and personality characteristics which integrate multidimensionalinformation to build user portraits. Third, deep neural networktraining is performed on the cube. 80% percent of the data is predicted basedon the N-way K-shot problem and used to train the model, and the remaining20% is used for model accuracy evaluation. Experiments have shown thatFew-short learning has higher accuracy compared with Long Short TermMemory (LSTM), Recurrent Neural Networks (RNN) and ConvolutionalNeural Network (CNN). On this basis, this paper develops a WeChat smallprogram for early warning of telecommunications network fraud based onuser portraits. When the user enters some personal information on the frontend, the back-end database can perform correlation analysis by itself, so as tomatch the most likely fraud types and give relevant early warning information.The fraud warning model is highly scaleable.
