1Solubility and metastable zone width measurement of 3,4-bis (3-nitrofurazan-4-yl) furoxan (DNTF) in ethanol + water显示文摘The solubility and supersolubility of 3,4-bis(3-nitrofurazan-4-yl)furoxan(DNTF) in ethanol + water at different operation were determined by laser monitoring system under atmospheric pressure to study the metastable zone width(MSZW). The modified Apelblat equation was adopted to correlate the experimental solubility data, and the correlation result showed perfect consistent with the experimental data. The standard dissolution enthalpy, standard dissolution entropy and Gibbs energy were calculated according to the experimental solubility data. The effect of the cooling rate, stirring rate, temperature and the concentration of ethanol + water on the MSZW was studied. It was found that the MSZW of DNTF increased with the increasing cooling rate, decreasing temperature, decreasing stirring rate and decreasing ratio of water. 5Tunable terahertz slow light with hybrid coupling of a magnetic toroidal and electric dipole metasurface显示文摘We present a hybrid coupling scheme of a magnetic toroidal and electric dipole metasurface with suppressed radiation loss,which can produce the tunable plasmon-induced transparency(PIT)with an enhanced slow-light effect in the terahertz regime.The terahertz metasurface is constructed by nesting a dual-split ring resonator(DSRR)inside a ring resonator(RR)to exploit the destructive coherence of hybrid electromagnetic mode coupling at the PIT resonance.The polarization-dependence excitation performs the active tunability of a PITinduced group slowing down by rotating the polarization angle,experimentally achieving a maximum group delay of 3.5 ps.Furthermore,the modified terahertz metasurface with a four-split ring resonator(FSRR)nested in an RR is prepared on photoconductive silicon,demonstrating the pump-controllable group delay effect at the PIT resonance.The large group delay from 2.2 to 0.9 ps is dynamically tunable by adjusting the pump power.The experimental results are in good accord with the theoretical simulations.GUANCHAO WANG LI LI CHENXIANG LIU SHUAI LI WENPENG GUO YUEYING JIA ZHENGHAO LI HAO TIAN 2023Photonics Research2023,11,4:0
6Ultrafast synthetic strategies under extreme heating conditions toward single-atom catalysts显示文摘Dispersing atomic metals on substrates provides an ideal method to maximize metal utilization efficiency, which is important for the production of cost-effective catalysts and the atomic-level control of the electronic structure. However, due to the high surface energy, individual single atoms tend to migrate and aggregate into nanoparticles during preparation and catalytic operation. In the past few years, various synthetic strategies based on ultrafast thermal activation toward the effective preparation of single-atom catalysts(SACs) have emerged, which could effectively solve the aggregation issue. Here, we highlight and summarize the latest developments in various ultrafast synthetic strategy with rapid energy input by heating shockwave and instant quenching for the synthesis of SACs, including Joule heating, microwave heating, solid-phase laser irradiation, flame-assisted method, arc-discharge method and so on,with special emphasis on how to achieve the uniform dispersion of single metal atoms at high metal loadings as well as the suitability for scalable production. 7Study on the Mechanism of Angelica sinensis-Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex in the Treatment of Chronic Prostatitis Based on Network Pharmacology显示文摘[Objectives]To explore the mechanism of Angelica sinensis-Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex in the treatment of chronic prostatitis(CP)based on the method of network pharmacology.[Methods]The active components and action targets of Angelica sinensis-Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex were screened by(TCMSP),a systematic pharmacological analysis platform of traditional Chinese medicine,combined with literature search.The target was corrected by Uniprot database,and the disease CP target was screened by GeneCards and OMIM database.The common targets of drugs and diseases were screened by R language software,and the visual network map of drugs-active components-targets-diseases was constructed by Cytoscape 3.5.1 software.The common target protein-protein interaction(PPI)network was constructed by using STRING platform.The R language software was used to annotate and analyze the gene function and pathway of the core target through geneontology(GO)and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG).[Results]46 active components of Angelica sinensis-Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex were screened,and 212 related targets were predicted,of which 159 were related to disease.These targets were mainly involved in biological processes such as heterologous biological stimulation,oxidation and anti-oxidation,and were mainly concentrated in PI3K-Akt,mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK),hypoxia inducible factor-1(HIF-1)and other related signaling pathways.[Conclusions]The multi-component,multi-target and multi-pathway action characteristics of Angelica sinensis-Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex were confirmed by network pharmacology,and the possible mechanism of Angelica sinensis-Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex in the treatment of CP was predicted,which provided a theoretical basis for further experiments to verify its action mechanism.Shengjing LIU Jun GUO Fu WANG Jiwei ZHANG Bin YAN Guanchao DU Qinghe GAO 2021Medicinal Plant2021,12,5:0
