1Ultra-sensitive Nanoprobe Modified with Tumor Cell Membrane for UCL/MRI/PET Multimodality Precise Imaging of Triple-Negative Breast Cancer显示文摘Triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC)is a subtype of breast cancer in which the estrogen receptor and progesterone receptor are not expressed,and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 is not amplified or overexpressed either,which make the clinical diagnosis and treatment very challenging.Molecular imaging can provide an effective way to diagnose TNBC.Upconversion nanoparticles(UCNPs),are a promising new generation of molecular imaging probes.However,UCNPs still need to be improved for tumor-targeting ability and biocompatibility.This study describes a novel probe based on cancer cell membrane-coated upconversion nanoparticles(CCm-UCNPs),owing to the low immunogenicity and homologous-targeting ability of cancer cell membranes,and modified multifunctional UCNPs.This probe exhibits excellent performance in breast cancer molecular classification and TNBC diagnosis through UCL/MRI/PET tri-modality imaging in vivo.By using this probe,MDA-MB-231 was successfully differentiated between MCF-7 tumor models in vivo.Based on the tumor imaging and molecular classification results,the probe is also expected to be modified for drug delivery in the future,contributing to the treatment of TNBC.The combination of nanoparticles with biomimetic cell membranes has the potential for multiple clinical applications.Hanyi Fang Mengting Li Qingyao Liu Yongkang Gai Lujie Yuan Sheng Wang Xiao Zhang Min Ye Yongxue Zhang Mingyuan Gao Yi Hou Xiaoli Lan 2020Nano-Micro Letters2020,12,5:5
2Overview and outlook on railway track stiffness measurement显示文摘Stiffness is one of the basic performance parameters for railway track. The efficient and accurate stiffness measurement has been considered as the foundation for further development of railway engineering, and therefore has great theoretical and practical significance.Based on a summary of the connotation and measurement of track stiffness, the state of the art of measurement methods for track stiffness was analyzed systematically.The standstill measurement of track stiffness can be performed with the traditional jack-loading method, impact hammer method, FWD(falling weight deflectometer)method, and track loading vehicle method. Although these methods can be adopted in stiffness measurement for a section of railway track, they are not desirable owning to small range and low efficiency. In the recent 20 years,researchers have proposed many methods like unbalancedloading laser displacement method, deflection basin deformation rate method, and eccentricity excitation method to continuously measure track stiffness; however,these methods have drawbacks like poor accuracy, low speed, and insufficient data analysis. In this work, the merits and demerits of these methods were summarized,and optimization suggestions were presented. 4Polypyrrole/nylon membrane composite film for ultra-flexible allsolid supercapacitor显示文摘Developing high-performance electrode material with excellent flexibility still remains a big challenge.Herein,we report a simple interfacial polymerization method to fabricate interconnected polypyrrole(PPy)on a commercial nylon membrane(NM).Owing to the special and uniform microstructure of PPy/NM composite film,the free-standing electrode shows a maximal specific capacitance of 2911.4 mF cm^(-2) at 1mA cm^(-2) and superior capacitance retention of 88.7% after charge/discharge for 10,000 cycles.The symmetric all-solid supercapacitor assembled by the PPy/NM composite film exhibits outstanding cyclic stability(capacitance retention of 92.4% after 5000 cycles)and excellent flexibility(capacitance decreasing by 3.3% after bending around a rod with a diameter of 9mm for 1000 times).The results indicate that the PPy/NM composite film has great potential for high performance flexible supercapacitors.Xiaoxiao Zhang Mingyuan Gao Liang Tong Kefeng Cai 2020Journal of Materiomics2020,6,2:3
5Ultrasensitive and stable all graphene field-effect transistor-based Hg^(2+)sensor constructed by using different covalently bonded RGO films assembled by different conjugate linking molecules显示文摘As'molecular bridge,'coupling agents can not only realize the covalent connection of composites,but also affect their properties,thus affecting the properties of devices based on them.Herein,leveraging differences in charge conduction properties of the(3-aminopropyl)trimethoxysilane and 5,10,15,20-tetrakis(4-aminophenyl)-21H,23H-porphine caused by conjugacy structural differences,two kinds of layerby-layer assembled smart carbon materials with different electrical properties are obtained at the same reduction temperature.The two graphene ultrathin films are then“planted”on Si/SiO2 substrates,respectively,as semiconductor layer and source/drain electrodes to fabricate an ultra-stable all-graphene field effect transistor(AG-FET).Enabled by the covalent functionalized configuration and the functionally diverse of coupling agents,the AG-FET obtained by this simple method won the high electrical characteristics,the hole,electron mobility,and the shelflife could reach 3.79 cm2/(V·s),3.78 cm2/(V·s),and 18months,respectively.In addition,good material stability and excellent device structure endow the device exceptional stability,electrical stability,and solvent resistance,improving its application prospect in solution phase sensing/detection.Such characteristics could be used to sense,transduce,and respond to external stimuli,especially in solution phase to monitor the important analytes,such as Hg^(2+)in a flowing sewage environment.We believe that such easy-to-manufacture AG-FETs with ultrahigh performance and ultrahigh stability could also show great application prospects in other significant fields.Mingyuan Sun Congcong Zhang Duo Chen Jian Wang Yanchen Ji Na Liang Haoyang Gao Shanshan Cheng Hong Liu 2021SmartMat2021,2,2:2

9Comparative study on in vitro transformation of paralytic shellfish poisoning (PSP) toxins in different shellfish tissues显示文摘Dissected tissues of three shellfish species,the Chinese scallop,Chlamys farreri,Manila clam,Ruditapes philippinarum,and Razor shell,Solen strictu were evaluated for in vitro transformation of paralytic shellfish poisoning(PSP) toxins. Tissue homogenates were incubated with extraction from toxic algae Alexandrium minutum to determine toxin conversion. The effects of heating and addition of a natural reductant(glutathione) on toxin conversion were also assessed. The toxin profile was investigated through high performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection(HPLC-FLD) . The evident variations in the toxin content were observed only in Chinese scallop viscera homogenates. The concentration of GTX4 was reduced by 45%(approximately 0.8 μmol/dm 3 ) and 25%(approximately 1 μmol/dm 3 ) for GTX1,while GTX2 and GTX3 increased by six times(approximately 1 μmol/dm 3 ) and 3 times(approximately 0.3 μmol/dm 3 ) respectively. Simultaneously,the total toxicity decreased by 38% during the 48 h incubation period,the final toxicity was 20.4 nmol STXeq/g. Furthermore,heated Chinese scallop viscera homogenates samples were compared with non-heated samples. The concentration of the GTX4 and GTX1 was clearly 28%(approximately 0.53 μmol/dm 3 ) and 17%(approximately 0.69 μmol/dm 3 ) higher in heated samples,GTX2 and GTX3 were four times(0.66 μmol/dm 3 ) and two times(0.187 μmol/dm 3 ) lower respectively. GSH(+) Chinese scallop viscera homogenates samples were compared with GSH(-) samples,the concentration in the GTX4 and GTX1 was 9%(approximately 0.12 μmol/dm 3 ) and 11%(approximately 0.36 μmol/dm 3 ) lower respectively,GTX2 and GTX3 was 17%(approximately 0.14 μmol/dm 3 ) and 19%(approximately 0.006 μmol/dm 3 ) higher respectively. In contrast,there was a little change in the concentration of PSP toxins of Manila clam and Razor shell tissue homogenates. These observations on three shellfish tissues confirmed that there were species-specific differences in PSP toxins transformation. PSP toxins transformation was more pronounced in viscera tissue than in muscle tissue. 13Fe3O4 nanoparticle-enabled mode-locking in an erbiumdoped fiber laser显示文摘In this paper,we have proposed and demonstrated the generation of passively mode-locked pulses and dissipative soliton resonance in an erbium-doped fiber laser based on Fe3O4 nanoparticles as saturable absorbers.We obtained self-starting mode-locked pulses with fundamental repetition frequency of 7.69 MHz and center wavelength of 1561 nm.The output of a pulsed laser has spectral width of 0.69 nm and pulse duration of 14 ns with rectangular pulse profile at the pump power of 190 mW.As far as we know,this is the first time that Fe3O4 nanoparticles have been developed as low-dimensional materials for passive mode-locking with rectangular pulse.Our experiments have confirmed that Fe3O4 has a wide prospect as a nonlinear photonics device for ultrafast fiber laser applications.Xiaohui LI Jiajun PENG Ruisheng LIU Jishu LIU Tianci FENG Abdul Qyyum Cunxiao GAO Mingyuan XUE Jian ZHANG 2020Frontiers of Optoelectronics2020,13,2:1
14Shape controllable preparations of PbS nanocrystals using cysteine as the precursor of S^(2-)ions显示文摘Flowerlike, spherical and cubic PbS nanoparticles have been successfully synthesized by refluxing cysteine and lead nitrate in an alkaline solu- tion. The influences of the cysteine to Pb2+ molar ratio, the pH value of the reaction mixture as well as the refluxing time on the shape of PbS nanoparticles were investigated. Detailed experimental results demonstrated that a higher molar ratio of cysteine to Pb2+ (5.2:1) and shorter refluxing time favor the for- mation of flowerlike PbS nanoparticles at pH 9.0. While lower pH value (8.0) favors the formation of spherical PbS nanoparticles, and higher pH value (10.0), however, favors the formation of cubic PbS nanoparticles. 16Distributed Asynchronous Learning for Multipath Data Transmission Based on P-DDQN显示文摘Adaptive packet scheduling can efficiently enhance the performance of multipath Data Transmission.However,realizing precise packet scheduling is challenging due to the nature of high dynamics and unpredictability of network link states.To this end,this paper proposes a distributed asynchronous deep reinforcement learning framework to intensify the dynamics and prediction of adaptive packet scheduling.Our framework contains two parts:local asynchronous packet scheduling and distributed cooperative control center.In local asynchronous packet scheduling,an asynchronous prioritized replay double deep Q-learning packets scheduling algorithm is proposed for dynamic adaptive packet scheduling learning,which makes a combination of prioritized replay double deep Q-learning network(P-DDQN)to make the fitting analysis.In distributed cooperative control center,a distributed scheduling learning and neural fitting acceleration algorithm to adaptively update neural network parameters of P-DDQN for more precise packet scheduling.Experimental results show that our solution has a better performance than Random weight algorithm and Round-Robin algorithm in throughput and loss ratio.Further,our solution has 1.32 times and 1.54 times better than Random weight algorithm and Round-Robin algorithm on the stability of multipath data transmission,respectively.Kang Liu Wei Quan Deyun Gao Chengxiao Yu Mingyuan Liu Yuming Zhang 2021China Communications2021,18,8:1
