6应用超声检测PG600管理对早熟的IM母猪发情、排卵以及产后发情反应进行优化选择显示文摘通过超声检测PG600管理实施研究其对6月龄母猪转变成IM发情母猪的周期性和繁殖性能的影响。以添加溶剂处理大白猪母猪(n=94)为对照组。母猪处理3d后发情期子宫超声图像显示(100%比对照组65%),PG600管理使IM发情母猪比例显著增加。与PG600(3.3d)与对照组(4.7d)注射母猪相比,青春时长明显减少。PG600组母猪,第2次发情排卵率比第1次高,这种情况并未发生在对照组。PG600组的母猪在黄体期的孕酮浓度高于对照组。PG600组的母猪二次发情比例(89%)与对照组(74%)相似。各处理第2次发情母猪的怀孕率和活胚胎数无显著差异。B超和PG600的共同作用优化了外源激素的靶向治疗母猪的需要,因此促进了母猪的产前和产后系统。Martinat-Botté F Venturi  Royer Elleboudt F Furstoss V Ridremont B Driancourt M A 2011饲料博览2011,,5:1
