| 1 | Comparison of sentinel lymph node detection performances using blue dye in conjunction with indocyanine green or radioisotope in breast cancer patients: a prospective singlecenter randomized study显示文摘Objective:This randomized study aimed to compare the clinical efficacy between the novel dual tracer composed of indocyanine green(ICG)and blue dye(BD)and the conventional dual tracer composed of radioisotope and BD for sentinel lymph node(SLN)mapping in patients with breast cancer.Methods:This study enrolled 471 clinically lymph node-negative patients with primary breast cancer.All patients underwent mastectomy,and those undergoing sentinel lymph node biopsy(SLNB)were randomized to receive blue dye plus radioisotope(RB group)or BD plus ICG(IB group).The detection performances on SLN identification rate,positive SLN counts,detection sensitivity,and false-negative rate were compared between the two groups.Results:In the IB group,97%(194/200)of the patients who underwent the ICG and BD dual tracer injection showed fluorescentpositive lymphatic vessels within 2–5 min.The identification rate of SLNs was comparable between the IB group(99.0%,198/200)and the RB group(99.6%,270/271)(P=0.79).No significant differences were observed in the identification rate of metastatic SLNs(22.5%vs.22.9%,P>0.05,RB group vs.IB group,the same below),positive SLN counts(3.72±2.28 vs.3.91±2.13,P>0.05),positive metastatic SLN counts(0.38±0.84 vs.0.34±0.78,P>0.05),SLNB detection sensitivity(94.4%vs.92.5%,P>0.05),or false-negative rate(5.6%vs.7.5%,P>0.05)between the two groups.Conclusions:ICG can be used as a promising alternative tracer for radioisotope in SLN mapping,and when it is combined with BD in lymphangiography,it offers comparable detection sensitivity compared to the conventional lymphatic mapping strategies that are widely used in clinical practice. | Long Yuan Xiaowei Qi Yi Zhang Xinhua Yang Fan Zhang Linjun Fan Li Chen Kongyong Zhang Ling Zhong Yanling Li Sijie Gan Wenying Fu Jun Jiang | 2018 | Cancer Biology & Medicine2018,15,4: | 9 |
| 2 | A prediction model of NH3 concentration for swine house in cold region based on Empirical Mode Decomposition and Elman neural network显示文摘In order to improve the accuracy and reliability of ammonia(NH3)concentration prediction,which can provides a support to the ventilation control strategy,so as to reduce the impact of NH3 on the health and productivity of swine,this paper proposed an NH3 concentration prediction method based on Empirical Mode Decomposition(EMD)and Elman neural network modelling.The NH3 concentration and other four environmental parameters including temperature,humidity,carbon dioxide and light intensity were decomposed into several different time-scale intrinsic mode functions(IMFs).Then,the Elman neural network prediction model was used to predict each IMF.The predicted NH3 was obtained by reconstructing all the IMFs by EMD.The results show that for the proposed method,the determination coefficient between the predicted and real measured value is 0.9856,the Mean Absolute Error is 0.7088 ppm,the Root Mean Square Error is 0.9096 ppm,and the Mean Absolute Percentage Error is 0.41%.Compared with the Elman neural network,the proposed method has a good improvement in the accuracy,and provide effective parameters for the environmental monitoring of the swine house and the regulation of the NH3 concentration. | Weizheng Shen Xiao Fu Runtao Wang Yanling Yin Yan Zhang Udaybeer Singh Bilegtsaikhan Lkhagva Jian Sun | 2019 | Information Processing in Agriculture2019,6,2: | 4 |
| 3 | Blood flow differences in cun-kou(radial)artery and anterior tibial artery:normal people vs patients with chronic gastritis显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To explore the blood flow differences in cun-kou(radial) artery and anterior tibial artery between normal people and patients with chronic gastritis METHODS: Using doppler ultrasonography, blood flow charts [peak systolic velocity(VP), maximum blood flow velocity in diastole(VD), mean blood flow velocity(VM), pulse index(PI), resistance index(RI), blood vessel diameter(D), vessel volume(SV),circulation blood flow periodic time(ET)] measured by at cun-kou(radial) artery and anterior tibial artery in normal group(n = 30) and chronic gastritis group(n = 30) in department of ultrasound, Beijing Anzhen hospital, capital medical university.RESULTS: In the doppler flow charts of the normal group, there were statistically significant differences in VD, VM, D, RI, SV, ET between cun-kou artery and anterior tibial artery(P < 0.05), and there were more statistically significant differences in PI between cun-kou artery and anterior tibial artery(P <0.01). In the comparison of doppler flow charts in the chronic gastritis group, there were statistically significant differences in VD, VM, D, RI, SV, ET between cun-kou artery and anterior tibial artery(P <0.05), and there were more statistically significant differences in PI between cun-kou artery and anterior tibial artery(P < 0.01). In the comparison of doppler flow charts between normal group and chronic gastritis group, there were statistically significant differences in SV, ET between normal group and chronic gastritis group(P < 0.05), and there were more statistically significant differences in PI between normal group and chronic gastritis group(P < 0.01).CONCLUSION: Based on the differences in doppler flow charts between the normal group and the chronic gastritis group, the doppler flow charts of cun-kou artery and anterior tibial artery were not only proved to be significantly different, but also provided quantitative objective indexes for the study of cun-kou artery and anterior tibial artery doppler flow charts of normal people and chronic gastritis patients. | 5 | Clinical application of traditional herbal medicine in five countries and regions: Japan;South Korea;China's Mainland;Hong Kong, China;Taiwan, China显示文摘Objective:To study the characteristics of the clinical application of traditional herbal medicine in five countries and regions where traditional medicine(TM)is widely used:Japan;South Korea;China's Mainland;Hong Kong,China;Taiwan,China.And to analyze,from multiple angles,the variations in the methods of TM used in each countries and regions.Methods:Fifty commonly used traditional herbs(TOP50)from classical formulae were selected,and descriptive statistics,correlation analyses,and Friedman test were used to compare methods of clinical application and dosages in the countries and regions of interest based on a retrospective review of randomly-selected medical records.Results:There were significant differences in sequencing TOP50 among the five countries and regions(P<.01).The adherence to the classical formulae,from strong to weak was Japan;China's Mainland;Taiwan,China;Hong Kong,China;South Korea.There were also significant differences in TOP50 dosing regimens(P<.01).Overall dosages of TOP50 from high to low were:China's Mainland;Hong Kong,China;Taiwan,China;South Korea;Japan.Finally,there were significant differences in the dosage intervals(P<.01),with dosage intervals from maximum to minimum as follows:China's Mainland;Taiwan,China;Hong Kong,China;South Korea;Japan.Conclusions:The clinical dosages of traditional herbal medicine used in the China's Mainland are relatively large compared with those prescribed in the other four countries and regions,and the range of dosages in China's Mainland is more flexible.On the other hand,clinical dosages of TOP50 are the lowest in Japan,where the dosage range is also the narrowest,supporting the idea that Doctors of Kampo medicine are highly cautious and are likely to adhere strictly to classical formulae,while Hong Kong,China and Taiwan,China are in the middle.The dosage of TOP50 in South Korea is significantly lower than that used in the China's Mainland;Hong Kong,China and Taiwan,China where the adherence to the classical formulae was the lowest,albeit slightly higher than that in Japan.The methods of clinical application of traditional herbal medicine in the five countries and regions were affected by multiple factors,including history,geography,climate,and culture. | Liming Chen Yanling Fu Lin Zhang Sijia Zhao Qing Feng Yihua Cheng Tosha Yanai Daji Xu Mingyu Luo Sang Woo An Woong Seok Lee Seong Hoon Cho Byung Wook Lee | 2015 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medical Sciences2015,2,3: | 1 |

| 8 | Effect of Palrnatine on lipopolysaccharide-induced acute lung injury by inhibiting activation of the Akt/NF-κB pathway显示文摘Inflammation plays an important role in the development of acute lung injury(ALI).Severe pulmonary inflammation can cause acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS)or even death.Expression of proinflammatory interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS)in the process of pulmonary inflammation will further exacerbate the severity of ALI.The purpose of this study was to explore the effect of Palrnatine(Pa)on lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-induced mouse ALI and its underlying mechanism.Pa,a natural product,has a wide range of pharmacological activities with the potential to protect against lung injury.Western blotting and quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR)assays were performed to detect the expression and translation of inflammatory genes and proteins in vitro and in vivo.Immunoprecipitation was used to detect the degree of P65 translocation into the nucleus.We also used molecular modeling to further clarify the mechanism of action.The results showed that Pa pretreatment could significantly inhibit the expression and secretion of the inflammatory cytokine IL-1β,and significantly reduce the protein level of the proinflammatory protease iNOS,in both in vivo and in vitro models induced by LPS.Further mechanism studies showed that Pa could significantly inhibit the activation of the protein kinase B(Akt)/nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB)signaling pathway in the LPS-induced ALI mode and in LPS-induced RAW264.7 cells.Through molecular dynamics simulation,we observed that Pa was bound to the catalytic pocket of Akt and effectively inhibited the biological activity of Akt.These results indicated that Pa significantly relieves LPS-induced ALI by activating the Akt/NF-κB signaling pathway. | Xingchi KAN Yingsheng CHEN Bingxu HUANG Shoupeng FU Wenjin GUO Xin RAN Yu CAO Dianwen XU Ji CHENG Zhanqing YANG Yanling XU | 2021 | Journal of Zhejiang University-Science B(Biomedicine & Biotechnology)2021,22,11: | 1 |

| 13 | Preparation and Insecticidal Activity of Sea Anemone Peptide AP-GI from Aiptasia pallida显示文摘[Objectives] This study was conducted to synthesize sea anemone peptide Ap-GI and investigate its insecticidal activity. [Methods] The linear peptide Ap-GI was synthesized by solid phase peptide synthesis(SPPS), and the linear peptide was subjected to the two-step oxidative folding, mass spectrometry identification and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) purification. Then, the MTT method and insect injection method were used to study its insecticidal activity. [Results] The synthesized sea anemone peptide had a purity of 95%. The test results of the MTT method showed that the peptide Ap-GI had the activity of inhibiting the growth of insect cells sf9 with the median effective dose of 0.7 nM;and the test results of the injection method on yellow mealworms showed that the peptide Ap-GI had high insecticidal activity, and the median lethal dose was 16.9 nM. | 14 | Properties and nucleotide sequence of linear plasmid-like DNA pC4 from mitochondria of Cucumis sativus显示文摘Four kinds of mitochondrial plasmid-like DNAs, designated pC1, pC2, pC3 and pC4, were detected in Cucumis sativus Jinyan No. 4. The electron microscopy observation showed that pC4 was linear conformation. Complete sequence of pC4 was cloned into pUC19 with E. coli JM109 as host. Sequence analysis revealed that pC4 was 370 bp long, the shortest one among all the reported mitochondrial plasmid-like DNAs. pC4 was AT rich. It contained terminal direct repeat sequence (35 bp in length)as well as many short direct and inverted repeats. ORFs in pC4 were short. pC4 was found to be homologous to nuclear DNAs, but lack homology with main mitochondrial and chloroplast DNAs. pC4-homologous sequence also occurred in nuclear genome of Jinyan No. 7 which contained no mitochondrial plasmid-like DNAs. | 15 | Unveiling the precipitation behavior and mechanical properties of Co-free Ni_(47-x)Fe_(30)Cr_(12)Mn_(8)Al_(x)Ti_(3) high-entropy alloys显示文摘Precipitate hardening is considered as an effective method to strengthen High-and medium-entropy alloys(HEAs and MEAs),especially the recently developed Co-free HEAs/MEAs,In this work,a systematic study on precipitation and mechanical behaviors of a Co-free HEAs with dilute amount of Al addition,Ni_(47-x)Fe_(30 C)r_(12)Mn_(8) Al_(x)Ti_(3)(x=2 at.%,5 at.% and 7 at.%),is presented.Results shown that the Ni_(45)Fe_(30)Cr_(12)Mn_(8) Al_(2) Ti_(3) has a face-centered cubic(FCC)+L1_(2)+η three-phased structure.With increasing Al content,the formation of η phase is inhibited,accompanying with an enhanced formation of B2 phase,and FCC+L1_(2)+B2 three-phased structure is thus observed in alloys with x=5 and 7.The constrained lattice mismatch between FCC matrix and L1_(2) precipitates is decreased with increasing Al content,leading to an enhanced precipitation behavior of L1_(2) phase.As a result of microstructural evolution,the mechanical properties of the aged HEAs changed:the Ni_(42)Fe_(30)Cr_(12)Mn_(8) Al_5 Ti_(3) alloy exhibits a better combination of a yield strength of 661 MPa and tensile ductility of 29.7% as compared to the 2 at.% Al alloyed HEA;and addition of Al beyond 5 at.% results in an increase of strength with a large expense of ductility.We believe that the present work is helpful for developing high-performance Co-free HEAs/MEAs strengthened by nanoprecipitates via composition optimizing. | Jiantao Fan Liming Fu Yanle Sun Feng Xu Yi Ding Mao Wen Aidang Shan | 2022 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,23: | 0 |

| 18 | Characteristics of Xiao Chai Hu decoction based on randomized controlled trials: A bibliometric analysis显示文摘Objective:To explore the characteristics of Xiao Chai Hu(XCH)decoction in randomized controlled trials(RCTs)using a bibliometric method.Methods:Seven databases including PubMed,Web of Science,Embase,Cochrane library,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Chinese Scientific Journal Database(VIP)and Wanfang database were retrieved from inception to May 27,2022.In the study,XCH decoction(or modified)used alone or combined with conventional Western medicine as an intervention measure was included.The basic characteristics,funding support,relevant diseases,intervention methods,and adverse events(AEs)were analyzed.Data analysis was performed using SPSS 26.0 software.Results:A total of 813 RCTs were included,published from 1989 to 2022.There was only one Englishlanguage literature with the recent impact factor of 5.374.There were 147 studies were from Chineselanguage core journals,with the highest impact factor of 2.414.Only 6.15%of the literatures mentioned funding support.96.31%of the included literature reported the statistical significance of using XCH decoction.The diseases treated mainly included chronic hepatitis B(9.35%),cough variant asthma(5.66%),dizziness(5.54%),bile reflux gastritis(4.43%),and fever(4.18%).However,the overall research design of the included literature was poor,and large sample size,multicenter RCTs are needed.The incidence of AEs of XCH decoction alone was 8.86%,which was significantly lower than that of conventional Western medicine treatment.The combination of XCH decoction and conventional Western medicine treatment could reduce the incidence of AEs,and no serious adverse event was reported.Conclusion:Although the included studies show that XCH decoction is widely used,and has good efficacy and few AEs.Due to the low quality of the included RCTs,there may be some bias,and its rational use based on the specific conditions is recommended in clinical practice. | Zhongyi Pan Mei Han Yifei Zhang Tianzhe Liu Lijun Zhou Daiying Tan Qi Wang Zhe Liu Yanling Fu | 2023 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medical Sciences2023,10,1: | 0 |

(Fu Zi in Chinese) by traditional Chinese medicine physicians–A cross-sectional questionnaire survey in Beijing显示文摘Objective:To investigate clinical application of aconite root(Aconitum carmichaelii Debx.;hereinafter“aconite”)by traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)physicians in TCM hospitals in Beijing and explore the specific use of aconite and the effect of different doses on decoction time.Methods:This was a cross-sectional study using two-stage sampling.Questionnaires were administered among TCM physicians from TCM hospitals in Beijing between September 2020 and August 2021.The questionnaire mainly included general demographics,clinical backgrounds of TCM physicians,and clinical application of aconite.The data analyses were performed using SPSS 20.0.Results:A total of 387 questionnaires were collected,of which 385 were valid.Of the 385 participating TCM physicians,331(85.97%)used aconite in clinical practice.The top three medical diagnoses treated with aconite were heart failure,diarrhea without cause,and chronic gastritis.The TCM pattern treated most frequently with a high dose of aconite was spleen-kidney yang deficiency,and the TCM pattern treated most frequently with a low dose was spleen yang deficiency,while spleen-kidney yang deficiency was treated most frequently with a common dose of aconite.The top three common formulas were Sini decoction,Mahuang Xixin Fuzi decoction,and Zhenwu decoction.Hei Shun Pian was the most common herbal pieces of aconite.The highest frequency of the maximum dose of aconite was 15 g,that of the minimum dose was 3 g,and that of the common dose was 10 g.There was a certain correlation between decoction time and the dose of aconite.Most TCM physicians advised their patients to take medicine twice a day.Conclusion:In this study,we refined and quantified the use of aconite and enriched the exploration of the clinical application of aconite besides its provisions in the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China. | Xiaopeng Zhao Shenglou Ni Ning Liang Qiuchen Huang Zhongyi Pan Lin Zhang Jia Song Yanling Fu | 2021 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medical Sciences2021,8,4: | 0 |
| 20 | Preparation of Sea Anemone Peptide Toxin Ap-TxI and Its Insecticidal Activity显示文摘[Objectives]This study was conducted to synthesize sea anemone peptide toxin Ap-TxI and investigate its insecticidal activity. [Methods] The sea anemone linear peptide toxin Ap-TxI was synthesized by the solid-phase peptide synthesis(SPPS), and six cysteines were oxidized to form three disulfide bonds by a three-step directional oxidation method. Then, purification by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) and mass spectrometry identification were performed. Finally, the insect cytotoxicity and insecticidal activity of Ap-TxI were studied by the MTT method and insect injection method. [Results] The oxidized peptide Ap-TxI with three disulfide bonds in natural configuration was successfully synthesized by the SPPS method, and its purity was >90% by HPLC analysis. The results of the MTT method showed that Ap-TxI was active on the growth of insect cells sf9, with a half effective dose of 0.2 nM;and the results of the mealworm injection test showed that the polypeptide Ap-TxI had high insecticidal activity with a median lethal dose of 11.7 nM.
