1Distribution,Frequency and Variation of Stripe Rust Resistance Loci Yr10,Lr34/Yr18 and Yr36 in Chinese Wheat Cultivars显示文摘Wheat stripe rust is a devastating disease in many regions of the world.In wheat,49 resistance genes for stripe rust have been officially documented,but only three genes are cloned,including the race-specific resistance Yr10 candidate gene(Yr10_(CG)) and slow-rusting genes Lr34/Yr18(hereafter designated as Yr18) and Yr36.In this study,we developed gene-specific markers for these genes and used them to screen a collection of 659 wheat accessions,including 485 Chinese cultivars.Thirteen percent and eleven percent of the tested Chinese cultivars were positive for the markers for Yr10_(CG) and Yr18_(RH)(the resistant haplotype of Yr18),respectively,but none were positive for the Yr36 marker.Since there is a limited use of the Yr10 gene in Chinese wheat,the relatively high frequency of wheat varieties with the Yr10_(CG) marker suggests that the identity of the Yr10 gene is unknown.With regards to the Yr18 gene,29%of the tested cultivars that are used in the Middle and Lower Yangtze Valleys' winter wheat zone were positive for Yr18_(RH) markers.A non-functional allele of Yr18_(RH) was identified in 'Mingxian 169',a commonly used susceptible check for studying stripe rust.The data presented here will provide useful information for marker-assisted selection for wheat stripe rust resistance.Cuiling Yuan Hui Jiang Honggang Wang Kun Li Heng Tang Xianbin Li Daolin Fu 2012Journal of Genetics and Genomics2012,39,11:12
2Steady-State Cornering Properties of a Non-pneumatic Tire with Mechanical Elastic Structure显示文摘Mechanical elastic wheel(ME-wheel)is a new type of non-inflatable safety tyre,and the structure is significantly different from traditional pneumatic tyre.In order to investigate cornering properties of ME-wheel,experimental research on mechanics characteristics of ME-wheel under steady-state cornering conditions are carried out.The test of steady-state cornering properties of ME-wheel at different experimental parameter conditions is conducted by test bench for dynamic mechanical properties of tyre.Cornering property curves are used to analyze the steady-state cornering properties of ME-wheel,namely the variation tendency of lateral force or aligning torque with the increase of side-slip angle.Moreover,evaluation indexes for cornering properties of ME-wheel are extracted and the effect of different experimental parameters(including vertical load,friction coefficient,and speed)on cornering properties of ME-wheel is contrastively analyzed.The proposed research can provide certain reference to facilitate structure parameters and cornering properties optimizing process of ME-wheel.Fu Hongxun Zhao Youqun Lin Fen Du Xianbin Zhu Mingmin 2017Transactions of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics2017,34,5:2
3Applying nanotechnology to boost cancer immunotherapy by promoting immunogenic cell death显示文摘Tumor immunotherapy,especially immune checkpoint blockade(ICB),has revolutionized the cancer field.However,the limited response of tumors to immunotherapy is a major obstacle.Tumor immunogenic cell death(ICD)is a death mode of tumor cells that can promote tumor immunity.ICD can induce strong an-titumor immune responses through the ectopic exposure of calreticulin on the plasma membrane surface and the release of the non-histone nuclear protein high-mobility group box 1(HMGB1),ATP,and in-terferon(IFN),thus activating an adaptive immune response against dead cell-associated antigens and enhancing the therapeutic effect of tumor immunotherapy.Chemotherapy,radiotherapy,photothermal therapy,magneto-thermodynamics therapy,nanopulse stimulation,and oncolytic virus therapy can all induce a strong antitumor immune response by ICD.In addition,the application of nanotechnology can precisely target drug delivery and improve the efficacy of immunotherapy.Here we introduce the basic concepts and molecular mechanisms underlying the induction of ICD.Then,we summarize and discuss the progress in the application of nanotechnology in immunotherapy to promote ICD.Finally,we attempt to define the challenges and future directions in this area to extend the benefits of ICD to a broader patient population.Lvqin Fu Xianbin Ma Yuantong Liu Zhigang Xu Zhijun Sun 2022Chinese Chemical Letters2022,33,4:1

5Inner wall running state monitoring for the main pipe of nuclear power显示文摘The heat conduction equation is solved in this paper under specific boundary conditions.The coefficients of the obtained distribution equation are simplified with the piecewise integral method.Then the associated model for the cylindrical thermal equipment is established.The relationship of the surface temperatures,the material properties and the inner wall state of the cylindrical thermal equipment is described in the associated model.This model is applied to the inner wall running state monitoring of the main pipe.A multi-channel distributed optical fiber temperature measurement system is designed to acquire the external surface temperatures of the main pipe.Then the associated model can be used to analyze the surface temperature data of the main pipe.The location and the physical dimension of the inner wall defect can be got.Therefore,the inner wall defect monitoring of the main pipe can be realized.The feasibility of this method is verified by experiment.This method also provides a theoretical basis for the real-time monitoring of the main pipe’s internal state.ZHANG YuCun ZHOU Shan FU XianBin 2013Science China(Technological Sciences)2013,56,10:1
