2The fractal characteristic change in the Huanghe River Estuary due to the hydrodynamic conditions’variation显示文摘The study area lies in the subaqueous delta, which came into being in 1964~1976. One oil-field road has been built for exploring petroleum to form a wave barrier. The hydrodynamic conditions on the north side of the road are relatively violent, on the contrary the hydrodynamic conditions on the south side of the road are nearly placid. This makes the study area a natural laboratory for studying the influence of the hydrodynamic conditions on the fractal characteristics of the tidal flat. Selecting an area is named Case Ⅰ on the side of stronger hydrodynamic activities and an area is named Case Ⅱ on the other side. Measuring the topography and sampling and analyzing the granulometrical composition, it is found that the hydrodynamic conditions have fatal influence on the surface fractal dimensions and the granulometrical fractal dimensions of the area. In Case Ⅰ, which has strong hydrodynamic conditions, the surface fractal dimensions are obviously larger than those of Case Ⅱ, and the granulometrical fractal dimensions are relatively smaller than those of Case Ⅱ, the surface fractal dimensions of Case Ⅰ decrease quickly with the increase of grid size; the granulometrical fractal dimensions are disperse, while the hydrodynamic conditions of Case Ⅱ are just reverse. A sampling line and a core sampling on each side of the road are selected. It is found that on the south side of the road the granulometrical fractal dimensions vary regularly in the line and with the depth, the farther apart from the road, the smaller the fractal dimensions, and the deeper the sampling position the larger the fractal dimensions, while granulometrical fractal dimensions on the north side of the road have no such regularity pattern. 4PMSM Vector Control Optimization Based on Fractional PI^(λ) of Rotational Speed Outer Loop of Dragonfly Algorithm显示文摘Aiming at the problems of slow dynamic response and weak robustness of integer-order proportional integral(PI)controller in double closed loop vector control system of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM),a method of combining dragonfly algorithm with fractional order PI control is proposed for off-line parameter tuning for the outer loop of speed of the system.The parameter to be optimized is used as the spatial position of the optimal individual searching for food sources in the search space,and the error performance index integrated time and absolute error(ITAE)is used as its target fitness function.The motor speed regulation performances of traditional engineering experience setting integer order PI,particle swarm optimization algorithm tuning fractional order PI and dragonfly algorithm tuning fractional order PI are compared,respectively.Results show that the fractional order PI controller optimized by dragonfly algorithm can improve the dynamic response performance of the system,reduce overshoot and enhance robustness,which proves the feasibility and superiority of the optimization strategy.ZENG Guohui FU Xiuwei LIU Jin HUANG Bo DU Tao ZHU Xiangchen 2021Wuhan University Journal of Natural Sciences2021,26,5:3

6First-principles study on Fe_(2)B_(2)as efficient catalyst for nitrogen reduction reaction显示文摘[18_(T)D$IF]Ammonia(NH_(3))is considered an attractive candidate as a clean,highly efficient energy carrier.The electrocatalytic nitrogen reduction reaction(NRR)can reduce energy input and carbon footprint;therefore,rational design of effective electrocatalysts is essential for achieving high-efficiency electrocatalytic NH_(3)synthesis.Herein,we report that the enzymatic mechanism is the more favourable pathway for NRR,due to lower limiting potential(-0.44 V),lower free energy(only 0.02 eV)of the first hydrogenation step(*N–N to*NH–N),and more electron transfer from Fe_(2)B_(2)to the reaction species.In addition,both vacancies and dopants can be helpful in reducing the reaction energy barrier of the potential-determining step.Therefore,we have demonstrated that Fe_(2)B_(2)is a potential new candidate for effective NRR and highlighted its potential for applications in electrocatalytic NH_(3)synthesis.Wei Song Jia Wang Ling Fu Chaozheng He Chenxu Zhao Yongliang Guo Jinrong Huo Guohui Dong 2021Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,10:1

9Correlates of Sexual Lifestyles Among Older Adults Living With HIV in China: Findings From the Sexual Well-being (SWELL) Study显示文摘Sexual lifestyles are closely related to overall human health and well-being.Few studies have focused on sexual lifestyles among older adults living with HIV(OALHIV),especially in low-and middle-income countries.This study is a part of the sexual well-being among older adults in China(SWELL)study,which is a multicenter cross-sectional study focused on sexual health among older adults aged 50 years and older.Participants were 680 OALHIV(≥50 years old)from the SWELL study conducted from June 2020 to December 2022.Data were collected through one-on-one interviews.We used logistic regression to assess the correlates of sexual activity and sexual satis-faction.Among all participants,37.1%were sexually active.Being older,male,in a steady relationship and employed were associated with being sexually active.The prevalence of sexual satisfaction was 69.8%among sexually active OALHIV.Being homosexual and reporting a better general health status were associated with sexual satisfaction.The OALHIV who have depressive symptoms were less likely to report sexual satisfaction.To support holistic healthy aging among OALHIV,it is important for healthcare providers to be educated about the importance of enquiring about sexual activity,satisfaction and problems and addressing concerns while conveying sex-positive attitudes during clinical reviews,as these are still critical aspects of their health and well-being.Bingyi Wang Xin Peng Leiwen Fu Xinyi Li Tongxin Shi Bowen Liang Tian Tian Thomas Fitzpatrick Zhen Lu Weijie Zhang JunyeBian Xin Xiao YingWang Yunlong Ao Lin Ouyang YongCai Maohe Yu Guohui Wu Linghua Li Xiaojun Meng Huachun Zou 2023Infectious Microbes & Diseases2023,5,3:1

11Electrolyte-dependent formation of solid electrolyte interphase and ion intercalation revealed by in situ surface characterizations显示文摘The formation of solid electrolyte interphase(SEI) and ion intercalation are two key processes in rechargeable batteries, which need to be explored under dynamic operating conditions. In this work, both planar and sandwich model lithium batteries consisting of Li metal | ionic liquid electrolyte | graphite electrode have been constructed and investigated by a series of in situ surface analysis platforms including atomic force microscopy, Raman and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. It is found that the choice of electrolyte, including the concentration and contents, has a profound effect on the SEI formation and evolution, and the subsequent ion intercalation. A smooth and compact SEI is preferably produced in highconcentration electrolytes, with FSI^(-) salt superior to TFSI^(-) salt, facilitating the lithiation/delithiation to achieve high capacity and excellent cycle stability, while suppressing the co-intercalation of electrolyte solvent ions. The properties of the fuzzy approximation of a fuzzy rough set are studied and a fuzzy entropy measure for fuzzy rough sets is proposed. 15Genome assembly and transcriptome analysis provide insights into the antischistosome mechanism of Microtus fortis显示文摘Microtus fortis is the only mammalian host that exhibits intrinsic resistance against Schistosoma japonicum infection.However,the underlying molecular mechanisms of this resistance are not yet known.Here,we perform the first de novo genome assembly of M.fortis,comprehensive gene annotation analysis,and evolution analysis.Furthermore,we compare the recovery rate of schistosomes,pathological changes,and liver transcriptomes between M.fortis and mice at different time points after infection.We observe that the time and type of immune response in M.fortis are different from those in mice.M.fortis activates immune and inflammatory responses on the 10th day post infection,such as leukocyte extravasation,antibody activation,Fc-gamma receptor-mediated phagocytosis,and the interferon signaling cascade,which play important roles in preventing the development of schistosomes.In contrast,an intense immune response occurrs in mice at the late stages of infection and could not eliminate schistosomes.Infected mice suffer severe pathological injury and continuous decreases in cell cycle,lipid metabolism,and other functions.Our findings offer new insights into the intrinsic resistance mechanism of M.fortis against schistosome infection.The genome sequence also provides the basis for future studies of other important traits in M.fortis.Hong Li Zhen Wang Shumei Chai Xiong Bai Guohui Ding Yuanyuan Li Junyi Li Qingyu Xiao Benpeng Miao Weili Lin Jie Feng Mingyue Huang Cheng Gao Bin Li Wei Hu Jiaojiao Lin Zhiqiang Fu Jianyun Xie Yixue Li 2020Journal of Genetics and Genomics2020,47,12:1
16Immediate and long-term outcomes after treat-all among people living with HIV in China:an interrupted time series analysis显示文摘Background In 2003,China implemented free antiretroviral therapy(ART)for people living with HIV(PLHIV),establishing an eligibility threshold of CD4<200 cells/μl.Subsequently,the entry criteria were revised in 2012(eligibility threshold:CD4≤350 cells/μl),2014(CD4≤500 cells/μl),and 2016(treat-all).However,the impact of treat-all policy on HIV care and treatment indicators in China is unknown.We aimed to elucidate the immediate and long-term impact of the implementation of treat-all policy in China.Methods Anonymized programmatic data on ART initiation and collection in PLHIV who newly started ART were retrieved between 1 January 2015 and 31 December 2019,from two provincial and municipal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and ten major infectious disease hospitals specialized in HIV care in China.We used Poisson and quasi-Poisson segmented regression models to estimate the immediate and long-term impact of treat-all on three key indicators:monthly proportion of 30-day ART initiation,mean CD4 counts(cells/μl)at ART initiation,and mean estimated time from infection to diagnosis(year).We built separate models according to gender,age,route of transmission and region.Results Monthly data on ART initiation and collection were available for 75,516 individuals[gender:83.8%males;age:median 39 years,interquartile range(IQR):28-53;region:18.5%Northern China,10.9%Northeastern China,17.5%Southern China,49.2%Southwestern China].In the first month of treat-all,compared with the contemporaneous counterfactual,there was a significant increase in proportion of 30-day ART initiation[+12.6%,incidence rate ratio(IRR)=1.126,95%CI:1.033-1.229;P=0.007]and mean estimated time from infection to diagnosis(+7.0%,IRR=1.070,95%CI:1.021-1.120;P=0.004),while there was no significant change in mean CD4 at ART initiation(IRR=0.990,95%CI:0.956-1.026;P=0.585).By December 2019,the three outcomes were not significantly different from expected levels.In the stratified analysis,compared with the contemporaneous counterfactual,mean CD4 at ART initiation showed significant increases in Northern China(+3.3%,IRR=1.033,95%CI:1.001-1.065;P=0.041)and Northeastern China(+8.0%,IRR=1.080,95%CI:1.003-1.164;P=0.042)in the first month of treat-all;mean estimated time from infection to diagnosis showed significant increases in male(+5.6%,IRR=1.056,95%CI:1.010-1.104;P=0.016),female(+14.8%,IRR=1.148,95%CI:1.062-1.240;P<0.001),aged 26-35(+5.3%,IRR=1.053,95%CI:1.001-1.109;P=0.048)and>50(+7.8%,IRR=1.078,95%CI:1.000-1.161;P=0.046),heterosexual transmission(+12.4%,IRR=1.124,95%CI:1.042-1.213;P=0.002)and Southwestern China(+12.9%,IRR=1.129,95%CI:1.055-1.208;P<0.001)in the first month of treat-all.Conclusions The implementation of treat-all policy in China was associated with a positive effect on HIV care and treatment outcomes.To advance the work of rapid ART,efforts should be made to streamline the testing and ART initiation process,provide comprehensive support services,and address the issue of uneven distribution of medical resources.Xinsheng Wu Guohui Wu Ping Ma Rugang Wang Linghua Li Yinghui Sun Junjie Xu Yuwei Li Tong Zhang Quanmin Li Yuecheng Yang Lijing Wang Xiaoli Xin Ying Qiao Bingxue Fang Zhen Lu Xinyi Zhou Yuanyi Chen Qi Liu Gengfeng Fu Hongxia Wei Xiaojie Huang Bin Su Hui Wang Huachun Zou 2023Infectious Diseases of Poverty2023,12,4:0
17Visualizing surface-enriched Li storage with a nanopore-array model battery显示文摘The coupling of model batteries and surface-sensitive techniques provides an indispensable platform for interrogating the vital surface/interface processes in battery systems.Here,we report a sandwich-format nanopore-array model battery using an ultrathin graphite electrode and an anodized aluminum oxide(AAO)film.The porous framework of AAO regulates the contact pattern of the electrolyte with the graphite electrode from the inner side,while minimizing contamination on the outer surface.This model battery facilitates repetitive charge-discharge processes,where the graphite electrode is reversibly intercalated and deintercalated,and also allows for the in-situ characterizations of ion intercalation in the graphite electrode.The ion distribution profiles indicate that the intercalating Li ions accumulate in both the inner and outer surface regions of graphite,generating a high capacity of~455 mAh·g^(-1)(theory:372 mAh·g^(-1)).The surface enrichment presented herein provides new insights towards the mechanistic understanding of batteries and the rational design strategies.Shiwen Li Guohui Zhang Chao Wang Caixia Meng Xianjin Li Yanxiao Ning Qiang Fu 2023Nano Research2023,16,4:0
18Revealing the effect of electrolyte coordination structures on the intercalation chemistry of batteries显示文摘In-depth understanding of the electrolyte-dependent intercalation chemistry in batteries through direct operando/in situ characterizations is crucial for the development of the high-performance batteries.Herein,taking the Al/graphite battery as a model system,the effect of electrolyte coordination structure on the intercalation processes has been investigated over the batteries with either 1-hexyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride(HMICl)-AlCl_(3) or 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride(EMICl)-AlCl_(3) ionic liquid electrolyte using operando X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)and X-ray diffraction.With a weaker anion-cation interaction in HMI-based electrolyte,the XPS-derived atomic ratio between cointercalated N and intercalated Al is 0.9,which is lower than 1.6 for EMI-based electrolyte.Attributed to the additional de-solvation process,the batteries with the HMI-based electrolyte show a lower ionic diffusion rate,capacity,and cycling performance,which agree with the operando characterization results.Our findings highlight the critical role of the electrolyte coordination structure on the(co-)intercalation chemistry.Chao Wang Xianjin Li Guiming Zhong Caixia Meng Shiwen Li Guohui Zhang Yanxiao Ning Xianfeng Li Qiang Fu 2023Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,6:0
19Expression and characterization of anion exchangerl (AE1) 55 kD transmembrane region and glycophorin A显示文摘A complete transmembrane coding region of human erythrocyte anion exchanger1 (AE1, band 3) and the full length of glycophorin A (GPA) were amplified by PCR amplification. The genes were subcloned into the baculovirus transfer vectors and expressed in Sf9 cells. Western blot showed a cross reaction between band 3 transmembrane domain and GPA.
