1冻融和碳化作用对混凝土氯离子侵蚀的影响显示文摘对4种不同配比混凝土先后进行冻融循环(0,50,150次)、加速碳化(0,1,2星期)和氯离子侵蚀,以研究冻融、碳化作用对混凝土氯离子侵蚀的影响.通过压汞法和选择电极法分别测定不同作用后混凝土的孔径分布和氯离子含量及其毛细吸收变化情况.结果表明:冻融循环增大混凝土孔隙率,作为混凝土损伤的动力源,为氯离子侵蚀创造更为有利的条件;冻融次数越多,造成的氯离子侵蚀越严重;碳化反应破坏混凝土基体原有的过滤机制,并促进Friedel盐分解,使氯离子含量增多;冻融与碳化均不同程度增大混凝土毛细吸水性能,两者共同作用较单独作用时的氯离子侵蚀严重得多.对混凝土结构进行耐久性设计和使用寿命预测时,必须考虑和引进冻融、碳化及其他因素的复合作用.张鹏 赵铁军 郭平功 Wittmann Folker H 2006东南大学学报(自然科学版)2006,36,S2:27
2混凝土氯离子扩散系数试验研究显示文摘采用Cl-电迁移方法、交流电导率测定和Cl-自然扩散方法研究了一系列不同龄期混凝土的Cl-传输特性,分析了影响混凝土Cl-扩散系数的主要因素,比较了混凝土的交流电导率与Cl-扩散系数的关系以及电加速对Cl-扩散系数的影响.结果表明,在饱水状态下,混凝土的孔隙率和孔结构是影响其Cl-扩散系数的主要因素.混凝土的交流电导率不能直接与Cl-扩散系数相互换算,Cl-电迁移试验结果接近自然扩散试验结果的4倍,而自然扩散箱试验更接近自然扩散过程.电加速试验结果应根据自然扩散试验进行修正.杨进波 Folker H.WITTMANN 赵铁军 阎培渝 2007建筑材料学报2007,10,2:25
3混凝土表面防水处理与氯离子隔离层的建立显示文摘介绍了3种有机硅防水剂在混凝土表面上的防水处理试验;对防水剂渗透深度进行了多方面比较研究,由此制定出防水剂渗透深度的应用标准,或对具体的防水处理要求给出了相应的防水剂用量;对经不同防水处理及未经防水处理的混凝土进行吸水对比试验,比较不同防水处理方法的效果;将混凝土与海水持续接触28d,检测渗透到混凝土中的氯离子分布.Folker H.Wittmann 战洪艳 赵铁军 2005建筑材料学报2005,8,1:21
4冻融前后混凝土碳化性能试验研究显示文摘通过对四种不同配合比的混凝土先后进行冻融循环试验(0、50、150次)和加速碳化试验(0、1、2周),研究冻融前后混凝土碳化性能变化情况。结果表明:冻融循环增大了混凝土孔隙率,加速了碳化进程,循环次数越多,加速作用越大;在冻融和高浓度CO2环境下,粉煤灰的掺入增加了混凝土碳化量,并造成较大强度损失,对混凝土结构不利;碳化使混凝土抗压强度略有提高,但不足以弥补冻融造成的强度损失,水灰比越大,强度损失越大。对混凝土结构进行耐久性设计和使用寿命预测时,必须考虑冻融、碳化及其它因素的复合作用。张鹏 赵铁军 杨进波 Wittmann Folker H 2007混凝土2007,,5:14
5海水暴露环境下带裂缝混凝土的表面防水处理显示文摘对带裂缝混凝土表面进行了4种不同硅烷防水处理,通过770次海水干湿循环暴露试验,研究了表面防水处理对带裂缝混凝土水分和Cl-渗透的影响.结果表明,对于无裂缝混凝土而言,硅烷防水处理有效抑制了水分和Cl-的渗透;混凝土开裂后及时进行特定的硅烷防水处理,那么即使裂缝宽度达0.2 mm,仍可建立有效的Cl-隔离层;防水处理后混凝土再开裂时,则防水效果对裂缝宽度的敏感性较大.因此,对带裂缝的钢筋混凝土结构进行硅烷防水处理前,必须对其裂缝状态进行正确评估,以保证硅烷防水处理的有效性.张鹏 戴建国 赵铁军 Folker H.Wittmann S.Hartmann 2009建筑材料学报2009,12,2:12
6Chloride content and pH value in the pore solution of concrete under carbonation显示文摘Chloride content and the pH value of the pore solution in the neighborhood of steel reinforcement are decisive parameters for initiation and rate of corrosion. The pore solution of cement mortar and hardened cement paste has been expressed from the pore space by high pressure in the investigation. The influence of the water-cement ratio, age, and addition of chloride to the fresh mix on chloride content in the pore solution has been determined by ion chromatography. At the same time the pH value of the pore solution has been determined. The dissolved chloride content decreases with increase in the water-cement ratio. The amount of bound chloride increases with time, but it decreases with decreasing content of dissolved chloride in the pore solution. A significant influence of carbonation on the dissolved chloride content of the pore solution has been observed. With complete carbonation, the dissolved chloride content in cement mortar and hardened cement paste increases by a factor between 2 and 12. The bound chloride decreases by 27%-4%. As expected, the pH value decreases from around 13.2 to as low as 8.0 due to carbonation. It can be concluded that carbonation not only lowers the pH value but liberates bound chloride. This is one obvious reason why the combined action of chloride penetration and carbonation accelerates steel corrosion and shortens the service life of reinforced concrete structures.Xiao-mei WAN Folker H. 7离子束微探针及其扫描断层分析应用研究显示文摘以欧共体离子束物理及材料科学研究所的装置为例介绍了离子束微探针实验装置,给出了利用这一装置开展重离子弹性反冲核分析、研究氢在钛合金中的微观分布及其动力学行为的实验结果.该离子束微探针装置可以用来开展带电离子荧光分析、核反应分析、弹性反冲核分析、卢瑟福背散射分析及沟道效应和高离子束密度、大剂量离子注入等分析和研究工作.同时利用微束扫描分析可获得样品中元素的点、线、面分布信息.利用能量为16MeV、直径为3μm的Si5+离子束对钛合金中氢进行断层面扫描分析,观测到了氢在钛合金中的非均匀分布,揭示了氢在钛合金中的不同物理、化学状态与空间分布的相关性,为进一步研究钛的氢化和金属钛的表面腐蚀行为提供了科学依据.王铁山 王贤义 肖国青 Dieter Grambole Folker Herrmann 2003原子核物理评论2003,20,4:3

13Influence of Freeze-thaw Cycles on Properties of Integral Water Repellent Concrete显示文摘Service life of reinforced concrete structures usually was designed on the basis of one selected deteriorating mechanism as for instance carbonation,chloride penetration,and frost action.It could be shown in the meantime by numerous authors,however,that combined actions such as chloride penetration under mechanical load or chloride penetration in combination with freeze-thaw cycles may shorten the service life of reinforced concrete structures more than individual processes acting alone.We have found that chloride penetration is accelerated significantly by freeze-thaw cycles.Frost damage not only reduces mechanical strength and elastic modulus but migration of chloride is facilitated in the damaged pore structure.Chloride penetration can be retarded by the addition of silane emulsion to the fresh concrete.In this way Integral Water Repellent Concrete(IWRC) can be produced.Migration of water and ions dissolved in water can not be prevented by integral water repellent treatment but it is slowed down.The combination of damage mechanisms and the protective measures by integral water repellent treatment have to be taken into consideration in realistic service life prediction and design.马志鸣 WITTMANN Folker H 肖建庄 ZHAO Tiejun 2016Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2016,31,4:1
