1Super-resolution of Solar Magnetograms Using Deep Learning显示文摘Currently,data-driven models of solar activity forecast are investigated extensively by using machine learning.For model training,it is highly demanded to establish a large database which may contain observations coming from different instruments with different spatio-temporal resolutions.In this paper,we employ deep learning models for super-resolution(SR)of magnetogram of Michelson Doppler Imager(MDI)in order to achieve the same spatial resolution of Helioseismic and Magnetic Imager(HMI).First,a generative adversarial network(GAN)is designed to transfer characteristics of MDI onto downscaled HMI,getting low-resolution HMI magnetogram in the same domain as MDI.Then,with the paired low-resolution and high-resolution HMI magnetograms,another GAN is trained in a supervised learning way,which consists of two streams,one is for generating high-fidelity image content,the other is explicitly optimized for generating elaborate image gradients.Thus,these two streams work together to guarantee both high-fidelity and photorealistic super-resolved images.Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method can generate super-resolved magnetograms with perceptual-pleasant visual quality.Meanwhile,the best PSNR,LPIPS,RMSE,comparable SSIM and CC are obtained by the proposed method.The source code and data set can be accessed via http://gffzz188fe103f8f1460asbuuqwubkcwu06nfn.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/filterbank/SPSR.Fengping Dou Long Xu Zhixiang Ren Dong Zhao Xinze Zhang 2022Research in Astronomy and Astrophysics2022,22,8:1
2Genome-wide identification and expression analysis of the GhIQD gene family in upland cotton(Gossypium hirsutum L.)显示文摘Background:Calmodulin(CaM)is one of the most important Ca^(2+)signaling receptors because it regulates diverse physiological and biochemical reactions in plants.CaM functions by interacting with CaM-binding proteins(CaMBPs)to modulate Ca^(2+)signaling.IQ domain(IQD)proteins are plant-specific CaMBPs that bind to CaM by their specific CaM binding sites.Results:In this study,we identified 102 GhIQD genes in the Gossypium hirsutum L.genome.The GhIQD gene family was classified into four clusters(Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,andⅣ),and we then mapped the GhIQD genes to the G.hirsutum L.chromosomes.Moreover,we found that 100 of the 102 GhIQD genes resulted from segmental duplication events,indicating that segmental duplication is the main force driving GhIQD gene expansion.Gene expression pattern analysis showed that a total of 89 GhIQD genes expressed in the elongation stage and second cell wall biosynthesis stage of the fiber cells,suggesting that GhIQD genes may contribute to fiber cell development in cotton.In addition,we found that 20 selected GhIQD genes were highly expressed in various tissues.Exogenous application of MeJA significantly enhanced the expression levels of GhIQD genes.Conclusions:Our study shows that GhIQD genes are involved in fiber cell development in cotton and are also widely induced by MeJA.Thw results provide bases to systematically characterize the evolution and biological functions of GhIQD genes,as well as clues to breed better cotton varieties in the future.DOU Lingling LV Limin KANG Yangyang TIAN Ruijie HUANG Deqing LI Jiayin LI Siyi LIU Fengping CAO Lingyan JIN Yuhua LIU Yang LI Huaizhu WANG Wenbo PANG Chaoyou SHANG Haihong ZOU Changsong SONG Guoli XIAO Guanghui 2021Journal of Cotton Research2021,4,1:0
3Modeling detector response function of alpha particles for neutron depth profiling显示文摘The energy spreading of recorded ions is influenced by straggling,geometrical acceptance angles and detector energy resolution effects in neutron depth profiling(NDP)and a symmetric Gaussian function model was customarily applied before.In addition,the spectra of mono-energetic alpha particles show a well known asymmetric shape as well when measured by silicon detectors.This article presents a physical model predicting the observed energy spectrum of a sample ion with target nuclides in prearranged depths.It is expressed as the convolution of a Gaussian function with a left-hand double-exponential function.Experiment showed that the predicted ions spectrum derived from the asymmetric model matches the observed energy spectrum.Therefore,the model can be applied to produce matrix for inversion of NDP spectrum.DOU HaiFeng LI RunDong XU JiaYun YUAN Shu TANG FengPing YANG Xin 2014Science China(Technological Sciences)2014,57,1:0
