2Interpretation of breast cancer screening guideline for Chinese women显示文摘Breast cancer is the most common malignant tumor in Chinese women.Early screening is the best way to improve the rates of early diagnosis and survival of breast cancer patients.The peak onset age for breast cancer in Chinese women is considerably younger than those in European and American women.It is imperative to develop breast cancer screening guideline that is suitable for Chinese women.By summarizing the current evidence on breast cancer screening in Chinese women,and referring to the latest guidelines and consensus on breast cancer screening in Europe,the United States,and East Asia,the China Anti-Cancer Association and National Clinical Research Center for Cancer(Tianjin Medical University Cancer Institute and Hospital)have formulated population-based guideline for breast cancer screening in Chinese women.The guideline provides recommendations on breast cancer screening for Chinese women at average or high risk of breast cancer according to the following three aspects:age of screening,screening methods,and screening interval.This article provides more detailed information to support the recommendations in this guideline and to provide more direction for current breast cancer screening practices in China.Yubei Huang Zhongsheng Tong Kexin Chen Ying Wang Peifang Liu Lin Gu Juntian Liu Jinpu Yu Fengju Song Wenhua Zhao Yehui Shi Hui Li Huaiyuan Xiao Xishan Hao 2019Cancer Biology & Medicine2019,16,4:10
3Seismotectonics of the 26 November 2005 Jiujiang-Ruichang,Jiangxi,Ms 5.7 Earthquake显示文摘The 26 November 2005 Jiujiang-Ruichang,Jiangxi,Ms 5.7 earthquake occurred in a seismotectonic setting of moderate earthquake.The northwest-trending Xiangfan-Guangji fault(XFG) does not enter into the epicenter vicinity,but the northeast-trending Ruichang-Wuning fault(RWF) as a regional fault extends to the epicenter nearby,appearing as the Ruichang basin and its marginal faults.Tilting of the Ruichang Basin(RCB) in the Quaternary was controlled by the RCB southeast-marginal,buried fault(RSMBF).Shallow geophysical survey reveals that the RSMBF caused an offset of the reflection layers.Drill hole columnar section demonstrates that there are about 10-12 m displacement in the lower section of the middle-Pleistocene Series along the RSMBF,but no disruption is found in the upper section of the middle-Pleistocene Series.The RSMBF not only has activity in the Quaternary,but also coincides with the nodal plane I from the focal mechanism of the Jiujiang-Ruichang Ms 5.7 earthquake.This evidence,including aftershock distribution and isoseismic lines,strongly suggests that the RSMBF might be the seismogenic tectonics.The RWF is discontinuous at the surface,and consists of three en echelon Quaternary basins,which are the Ruichang,Fanzhen and Wuning basins.Three moderate earthquakes,the Fanzhen ML 4.9 earthquake,the Yejiapu ML 4.1 earthquake and the Jiujiang-Ruichang Ms 5.7 earthquake,have happened in the basins since 1995.The seismogenic tectonics of the Jiujiang-Ruichang Ms 5.7 earthquake is not isolated,but may be controlled by the RWF at depth,the slip of which causes the accumulation of energy for earthquake occurrence.HAN Zhujun LUFushui JI Fengju ZENG Xinfu An Yanfen 2012Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2012,86,2:6
4Roles of low?density lipoproteinreceptor?related protein 1 in tumors显示文摘Low-density lipoprotein receptor-related protein 1(LRP1,also known as CD91),a multifunctional endocytic and cell signaling receptor,is widely expressed on the surface of multiple cell types such as hepatocytes,fibroblasts,neurons,astrocytes,macrophages,smooth muscle cells,and malignant cells.Emerging in vitro and in vivo evidence demonstrates that LRP1 is critically involved in many processes that drive tumorigenesis and tumor progression.For example,LRP1 not only promotes tumor cell migration and invasion by regulating matrix metalloproteinase(MMP)-2and MMP-9 expression and functions but also inhibits cell apoptosis by regulating the insulin receptor,the serine/threonine protein kinase signaling pathway,and the expression of Caspase-3.LRPI-mediated phosphorylation of the extracellular signal-regulated kinase pathway and c-jun N-terminal kinase are also involved in tumor cell proliferation and invasion.In addition,LRP1 has been shown to be down-regulated by microRNA-205 and methylation of LRP1CpG islands.Furthermore,a novel fusion gene,LRP1-SNRNP25,promotes osteosarcoma cell invasion and migration.Only by understanding the mechanisms of these effects can we develop novel diagnostic and therapeutic strategies for cancers mediated by LRP1.Peipei Xing Zhichao Liao Zhiwu Ren Jun Zhao Fengju Song Guowen Wang Kexin Chen Jilong Yang 2016Chinese Journal of Cancer2016,35,1:4

6Spatial Distribution and Environmental Determinants of Denitrification Enzyme Activity in Reed-Dominated Raised Fields显示文摘Denitrification is an important process of nitrogen removal in lake ecosystems.However,the importance of denitrification across the entire soil-depth gradients including subsurface layers remains poorly understood.This study aims to determine the spatial pattern of soil denitrification enzyme activity(DEA) and its environmental determinants across the entire soil depth gradients in the raised fields in Baiyang Lake,North China.In two different zones of the raised fields(i.e.,water boundary vs.main body of the raised fields),the soil samples from 1.0 m to 1.1 m depth were collected,and the DEA and following environmental determinants were quantified:soil moisture,p H,total nitrogen(TN),ammonia nitrogen(NH4+-N),nitrate nitrogen(NO3–-N),total organic carbon(TOC),and rhizome biomass of Phragmites australis.The results showed that the soil DEA and environmental factors had a striking zonal distribution across the entire soil depth gradients.The soil DEA reached two peak values in the upper and middle soil layers,indicating that denitrification are important in both topsoil and subsurface of the raised fields.The correlation analysis showed that the DEA is negatively correlated with the soil depth(p < 0.05).However,this phenomenon did not occur in the distance to the water edge,except in the upper layers(from 0.2 m to 0.7 m) of the boundary zone of the raised fields.In the main body of the raised fields,the DEA level remained high;however,it showed no significant relationship with the distance to the water edge.The linear regression analysis showed significant positive correlation of the DEA with the soil TN,NO3–-N,NH4+-N,and TOC;whereas it showed negative correlation with soil p H.No significant correlations with soil moisture and temperature were observed.A positive correlation was also found between the DEA and rhizome biomass of P.australis.LAN Yan CUI Baoshan HAN Zhen LI Xia LI Fengju ZHANG Yongtao 2015Chinese Geographical Science2015,25,4:2
7Biological improvement of saline alkali soil reference system:A review显示文摘This work presents a reference system overview to improve the efficiency of biological improvement of saline-alkali soil developed during the last thirty years, ranging from connotation, general methods and species, soil desalination, soil structure, soil organic content, microbial flora, enzyme activity, yield and economic benefits. The reference system presented is divided into three main groups: suitable varieties, suitable cultivation measures, and a comprehensive evaluation system.There has been a lot of research on biological improvement of saline alkali soil, but these studies are very fragmented and lack a comprehensive standard system. Also, there is a lack of practical significance, particularly with regard to optimal species, densities and times of sowing for particular regions. On the other hand, the corresponding cultivation measure is very important. 8Enhanced high temperature cycling performance of LiMn_2O_4/graphite cells with methylene methanedisulfonate(MMDS) as electrolyte additive and its acting mechanism显示文摘The effects of methylene methanedisulfonate(MMDS) on the high-temperature(50℃) cycle performance of LiMn2O4/graphite cells are investigated.By addition of 2 wt%MMDS into a routine electrolyte,the high-temperature cycling performance of LiMn204/graphite cells can be significantly improved.The analysis of differential capacity curves and energy-dispersive X-ray spectrometry(EDX) indicates that MMDS decomposed on both cathode and anode.The three-electrode system of pouch cell is used to reveal the capacity loss mechanism in the cells.It is shown that the capacity fading of cells without MMDS in the electrolytes is due to irreversible lithium consumption during cycling and irreversible damage of LiMn2O4 material,while the capacity fading of cell with 2 wt%MMDS in electrolytes mainly originated from irreversible lithium consumption during cycling.Fengju Bian Zhongru Zhang Yong Yang 2014Journal of Energy Chemistry2014,23,3:2

17Corneal subbasal nerve fiber regeneration in myopic patients after laser in situ keratomileusis显示文摘A total of 26 myopic patients(52 eyes) underwent laser in situ keratomileusis.In vivo confocal microscopy revealed that most of the regenerated corneal subbasal nerve fibers in the corneal flap originated from the stump of corneal subbasal nerve fibers outside the ablation zone and extended towards the center of the cornea in all patients.Meanwhile,new fibers were also found to directly regenerate from deep in the stroma in some cases.Approximately 94% of regenerated corneal subbasal nerve fibers(73/78 eyes) regrew vertically into the peripheral central 6-mm circle area 1 month after surgery,78%(28/36 eyes) grew into the central 3-6 mm area at 2 months,and 23% into the central 3-mm circle area at 3 months.In addition,there was no significant difference in corneal subbasal nerve fiber regenerative capacity between the basic fibroblast growth factor group and the 20%(v/v) deproteinized extract of calf blood group.The majority of corneal subbasal nerve fiber regeneration occurred from the stump of corneal subbasal nerve fibers outside the corneal flap,and the remaining growth occurred deep within the stroma.Shijing Deng Mengmeng Wang Fengju Zhang Xuguang Sun Wenbo Hou Ning Guo 2012Neural Regeneration Research2012,7,20:1
18Anti-melanoma action of small molecular peptides derived from Brucea javanica(L.)Merr.globulin in vitro显示文摘Objective:The morbidity of malignant melanoma keeps increasing annually.It has high risks of metastasis,drug resistance,and poor prognosis in clinics.Moreover,the available medicines used commonly,such as dacarbazine,temozolomide,the v-Raf murine sarcoma viral oncogene homolog B1(BRAF)inhibitor vemurafenib,and the programmed cell death protein 1 inhibitor pembrolizumab,have some limitations at some extent.Therefore,a more effective therapeutic strategy is still urgently necessary.Methods:In this study,Brucea javanica(L.)Merr.globulins were hydrolyzed with pepsin,then ultra-filtrated to collect small molecular peptides(≤3 kDa).The peptides were then analyzed by antiproliferative assay,cell-cycle distribution,apoptosis assay,and in vitro wound-scratch assay.Finally,western blotting was conducted to elucidate the underlying anti-melanoma mechanism.Results:The small molecular peptide from B.javanica significantly inhibited malignant melanoma cell proliferation with the IC_(50) of 2.72 mg/mL for 72 h.Further analysis indicated that B.javanica peptides arrested cell cycle at the S and G2/M phases and induced apoptosis by upregulating p21,p53,Bax,caspase-3,and cleaved PARP while downregulating Bcl-2 expression.The inhibitory migration effects were also confirmed by wound-healing assay.Conclusion:The small molecular biopeptides from B.javanica may be a promising bioactive agent candidate for melanoma treatment.Yi Zhao Huiyun Wang Yanyan Yin Haoyu Shi Dong Wang Fengjue Shu Rongchun Wang Lingzhi Wang 2022Journal of Traditional Chinese Medical Sciences2022,9,1:1
