1肿瘤坏死因子α基因多态性与中国人自身免疫肝病相关性研究显示文摘目的 探讨肿瘤坏死因子α(TNFα)启动子基因多念性与中国人自身免疫性肝炎(AIH)、原发性胆汁性肝硬化(PBC)发病的相关性。 方法 采用序列特异性聚合酶链式反应方法分析49例AIH、58例PBC患者外周血单核细胞基因组DNA TNFα启动子-308、238 G/A基因多态性,并与160例正常对照组比较。 结果 正常对照组中国人与白种人TNFα*2携带率差异较大。虽然从百分率上可以看出中国人PBC患者TNF α*2携带率低于正常对照组(10.34%与16.88%),但统计学上两者差异无显著性,TNFα-238位基因多态性分布也与正常对照组差异无显著性;AIH患者TNF α自动子-308、-238 G/A基因多态性均与正常人差异无显著性。 结论 不同人种自身免疫肝病的免疫相关基因不同,中国人AIH、PBC与TNFα启动子基因的多态性间不存在基因连锁关系。范列英 仲人前 屠小卿 Thomas Pfeiffer Ralph Feltens 朱烨 周琳 2004中华肝脏病杂志2004,12,3:15
2维生素D受体基因多态性与中国人自身免疫肝病相关性研究显示文摘目的 探讨维生素D受体 (VDR)基因多态性与中国人自身免疫性肝炎 (AIH)和原发性胆汁性肝硬化 (PBC)发病的相关性。方法 采用限制性长度多态性分析 (restrictionfragmentlengthpolymorphismanalysis ,RFLP)法分析 4 9例AIH、5 8例PBC患者外周血单核细胞基因组DNAVDR外显子2和外显子 7~外显子 9处限制性内切酶FokI、BsmI、ApaI和TaqI基因多态性 ,并与 16 0例正常对照组比较。结果 FokI基因多态性与AIH相关 ,AIH患者ff表型携带者明显高于正常对照组 (34 7%vs18 8% ,P =0 0 19) ;BsmI基因多态性与PBC相关 ,PBC患者携带Bb表型者较正常人明显降低(5 2 %vs 17 5 % ,P =0 0 2 1) ,而bb表型者明显升高 (94 8%vs 80 6 % ,P =0 0 1)。结论 研究结果表明VDR基因多态性与中国人AIH、PBC发病间存在基因连锁。虽然VDR基因表型分布不同 ,但不同人种 ,包括高加索人均存在相似的基因连锁。范列英 仲人前 屠小卿 朱烨 弓长丽 周琳 赵智贤 Ralph Feltens Thomas Pfeiffer 2003中华医学杂志2003,83,21:8
3Complementarity among species in horizontal versus vertical rooting space显示文摘Aims Many experiments have shown a positive effect of species richness on productivity in grassland plant communities.However,it is poorly understood how environmental conditions affect this relationship.We aimed to test whether deep soil and limiting nutrient conditions increase the complementarity effect(CE)of species richness due to enhanced potential for resource partitioning.Methods We grew monocultures and mixtures of four common grassland species in pots on shallow and deep soil,factorially combined with two nutrient levels.Soil volume was kept constant to avoid confounding soil depth and volume.Using an additive partitioning method,we separated biodiversity effects on plant productivity into components due to species complementarity and dominance.Important findings Net biodiversity and complementarity effects were consistently higher in shallow pots,which was unexpected,and at the low nutrient level.These two results suggest that although belowground partitioning of resources was important,especially under low nutrient conditions,it was not due to differences in rooting depths.We conclude that in our experiment(i)horizontal root segregation might have been more important than the partitioning of rooting depths and(ii)that the positive effects of deep soil found in other studies were due to the combination of deeper soil with larger soil volume.Stefanie von Felten Bernhard Schmid 2008Journal of Plant Ecology2008,1,1:6
