1Microstructure and thermal conductivity of copper matrix composites reinforced with mixtures of diamond and SiC particles显示文摘The thermal conductivity of diamond hybrid SiC/Cu,diamond/Cu and SiC/Cu composite were calculated by using the extended differential effective medium (DEM) theoretical model in this paper.The effects of the particle volume fraction,the particle size and the volume ratio of the diamond particles to the total particles on the thermal conductivity of the composite were studied.The DEM theoretical calculation results show that,for the diamond hybrid SiC/Cu composite,when the particle volume fraction is above 46% and the volume ratio of the diamond particles to the SiC particles is above 13:12,the thermal conductivity of the composite can reach 500 W·m-1·K-1.The thermal conduc-tivity of the composite has little change when the particle size is above 200μm.The experimental results show that Ti can improve the wettability of the SiC and Cu.The thermal conductivity of the diamond hybrid SiCTi/Cu is almost two times better than that of the diamond hybrid SiC/Cu.It is feasible to predict the thermal conductivity of the composite by DEM theoretical model.Han, Yuanyuan Guo, Hong Yin, Fazhang Zhang, Ximin Chu, Ke Fan, Yeming 2012Rare Metals2012,31,1:14
2Interfacial microstructure and properties of diamond/Cu-xCr composites for electronic packaging applications显示文摘Diamond/Cu-xCr composites were fabricated by pressure infiltration process.The thermal conductivities of diamond/Cu-xCr(x = 0.1,0.5,0.8) composites were above 650 W/mK,higher than that of diamond/Cu composites.The tensile strengths ranged from 186 to 225 MPa,and the bonding strengths ranged from 400 to 525 MPa.Influences of Cr element on the thermo-physical properties and interface structures were analyzed.The intermediate layer was confirmed as Cr3C2 and the amount of Cr3C2 increased with the increase of Cr concentration in Cu-xCr alloys.When the Cr concentration was up to 0.5 wt.%,the content of the Cr3C2 layer was constant.As the thickness of the Cr3C2 layer became larger,the composites showed a lower thermal conductivity but higher mechanical properties.The coefficients of thermal expansion(CTE) of diamond/Cu-xCr(x = 0.1,0.5,0.8) composites were in good agreement with the predictions of the Kerner' model.ZHANG Ximin GUO Hong YIN Fazhang FAN Yeming ZHANG Yongzhong 2011Rare Metals2011,30,1:12

4Regulation of the order-disorder phase transition in a Cs_(2)NaFeCl_(6) double perovskite towards reversible thermochromic application显示文摘Multifunctional lead-free double perovskites demonstrate remarkable potential towards applications in various fields.Herein,an environmentally-friendly,low-cost,high-throughput Cs_(2)NaFeCl_(6) single crystal with exceedingly high thermal stability is designed and grown.It obtains a cubic lattice system in the temperature range of 80-500 K,accompanied by a completely reversible chromatic variation ranging from yellow to black.Importantly,the intriguing thermochromism is proved to own extremely high reproducibility(over 1000 cycles)without a hysteretic effect,originating from its structural flexibility that including(i)the noteworthy distortion/deformation of[NaCl_(6)]5−and[FeCl_(6)]3−octahedra;(ii)order-disorder arrangement transition of[NaCl_(6)]5−and[FeCl6]3−octahedra as the function of temperature.This study paves the way towards a new class of smart windows and camouflage coatings with an unprecedented colour range based on a Cs_(2)NaFeCl_(6) perovskite.Wenzhe Li Naveed Ur Rahman Yeming Xian Hang Yin Yunkai Bao Yi Long Songyang Yuan Yangyi Zhang Yaxuan Yuan Jiandong Fan 2021Journal of Semiconductors2021,42,7:2

6Use of angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors and angiotensin Ⅱ receptor blockers in context of COVID-19 outbreak:a retrospective analysis显示文摘The possible effects of angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors(ACEIs)or angiotensin Ⅱ receptor blockers(ARBs)on COVID-19 disease severity have generated considerable debate.We performed a single-center,retrospective analysis of hospitalized adult COVID-19 patients in Wuhan,China,who had definite clinical outcome(dead or discharged)by February 15,2020.Patients on anti-hypertensive treatment with or without ACEI/ARB were compared on their clinical characteristics and outcomes.The medical records from 702 patients were screened.Among the 101 patients with a history of hypertension and taking at least one anti-hypertensive medication,40 patients were receiving ACEI/ARB as part of their regimen,and 61 patients were on antihypertensive medication other than ACEI/ARB.We observed no statistically significant differences in percentages of in-hospital mortality(28%vs.34%,P=0.46),ICU admission(20%vs.28%,P=0.37)or invasive mechanical ventilation(18%vs.26%,P=0.31)between patients with or without ACEI/ARB treatment.Further multivariable adjustment of age and gender did not provide evidence for a significant association between ACEI/ARB treatment and severe COVID-19 outcomes.Our findings confirm the lack of an association between chronic receipt of reninangiotensin system antagonists and severe outcomes of COVID-19.Patients should continue previous antihypertensive therapy until further evidence is available.Jiuyang Xu Chaolin Huang Guohui Fan Zhibo Liu Lianhan Shang Fei Zhou Yeming Wang Jiapei Yu Luning Yang Ke Xie Zhisheng Huang Lixue Huang Xiaoying Gu Hui Li Yi Zhang Yimin Wang Frederick G.Hayden Peter W.Horby Bin Cao Chen Wang 2020Frontiers of Medicine2020,14,5:2

11Impact of corticosteroids on initiation and half-year durability of humoral response in COVID-19 survivors显示文摘Background:The impact of corticosteroids on humoral responses in coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)sur-vivors during the acute phase and subsequent 6-month period remains unknown.This study aimed to determine how the use of corticosteroids influences the initiation and duration of humoral responses in COVID-19 survivors 6 months after infection onset.Methods:We used kinetic antibody data from the lopinavir-ritonavir trial conducted at Jin Yin-Tan Hospital in January 2020,which involved adults hospitalized with severe COVID-19(LOTUS,ChiCTR2000029308).Anti-body samples were collected from 192 patients during hospitalization,and kinetic antibodies were monitored at all available time points after recruitment.Additionally,plasma samples were collected from 101 COVID-19 survivors for comprehensive humoral immune measurement at the half-year follow-up visit.The main focus was comparing the humoral responses between patients treated with systemic corticosteroid therapy and the non-corticosteroid group.Results:From illness onset to day 30,the median antibody titre areas under the receiver operating characteristic curve(AUCs)of nucleoprotein(N),spike protein(S),and receptor-binding domain(RBD)immunoglobulin G(IgG)were significantly lower in the corticosteroids group.The AUCs of N-,S-,and RBD-IgM as well as neutralizing antibodies(NAbs)were numerically lower in the corticosteroids group compared with the non-corticosteroid group.However,peak titres of N,S,RBD-IgM and-IgG and NAbs were not influenced by corticosteroids.During 6-month follow-up,we observed a delayed decline for most binding antibodies,except N-IgM(��−0.05,95%CI[−0.10,0.00])in the corticosteroids group,though not reaching statistical significance.No significant difference was observed for NAbs.However,for the half-year seropositive rate,corticosteroids significantly accelerated the decay of IgA and IgM but made no difference to N-,S-,and RBD-IgG or NAbs.Additionally,corticosteroids group showed a trend towards delayed viral clearance compared with the non-corticosteroid group,but the results were not statistically significant(adjusted hazard ratio 0.71,95%CI 0.50-1.00;P=0.0508).Conclusion:Our findings suggested that corticosteroid therapy was associated with impaired initiation of the antibody response but this did not compromise the peak titres of binding and neutralizing antibodies.Throughout the decay phase,from the acute phase to the half-year follow-up visit,short-term and low-dose corticosteroids did not significantly affect humoral responses,except for accelerating the waning of short-lived antibodies.Yeming Wang Li Guo Guohui Fan Yang Han Qiao Zhang Lili Ren Hui Zhang Geng Wang Xueyang Zhang Tingxuan Huang Weiyang Wang Lan Chen Lixue Huang Xiaoying Gu Xinming Wang Jingchuan Zhong Ying Wang Hui Li Jiapei Yu Zhibo Liu Chaolin Huang Bin Cao Jianwei Wang 2024Chinese Medical Journal Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine2024,2,1:0
12New form of geodetic coordinate system taking two length quantity as coordinate parameters显示文摘A new form of geodetic coordinate system based on geodesic coordinates instead of geodetic longitude and latitude was proposed.The vertical and horizontal geodesic coordinates measured with length were defined as coordinate parameters,but the two families of coordinate curves were still meridians and parallel circles.The first fundamental form on the ellipsoidal surface and its three coefficients were deduced by the geodesic coordinate.The formula for the latitudinal scale factor of length for geodetic parallel lines was derived,by which the obtained result conformed to that standard value calculated from geodetic latitude,and it is applicable in the range of 400 km from north to south.Therefore,it lays the foundation for establishing the differential equation and differential relationship based on this type of coordinate parameters;and consequently,it is convenient and accurate enough to operate on the ellipsoidal surface in this new form of geodetic coordinate system.Yimin SHI Ziyang ZHU Yeming FAN 2009Frontiers of Structural and Civil Engineering2009,3,1:0
