| 1 | 硬粒小麦与野生二粒小麦重组自交系群体穗部性状的QTL定位显示文摘野生二粒小麦是现代栽培小麦的祖先种,含有极为丰富的遗传多样性。本研究利用来自以色列Gitit的野生二粒小麦G18-16与来自欧洲的硬粒小麦栽培品种Langdon杂交构建的重组自交系F6代152个家系,进行了抽穗期、单株有效穗数、穗粒数、穗长、芒长等数量性状基因位点(QTL)分析,发现全部家系在5个性状上表现出宽广的遗传差异。14个穗部性状加性QTL被定位,LOD值为1.9~13.4,贡献率为7.3%~54.2%。控制抽穗期的QTL共3个,定位在3A(2个)和7B上;在2A(2个)和5A上共找到3个控制穗粒数的QTL;在5B上找到2个控制单株有效穗数的QTL;控制穗长的3个QTL分布在5A(2个)和7A上;在4B,5A和7A上共找到3个控制芒长的QTL。获得的QTL可用于今后分子标记辅助育种改良现代栽培小麦。 | 严俊 张玲玲 万兵 苟君波 王运长 许昌敏 Tzion Fahima 程剑平 | 2011 | 四川农业大学学报2011,29,2: | 8 |
| 2 | Caspase-1 activation by NLRP3 inflammasome dampens IL-33-dependent house dust mite-induced allergic lung inflammation显示文摘The cysteine protease caspase-1(Casp-1)contributes to innate immunity through the assembly of NLRP3,NLRC4,AIM2,and NLRP6 inflammasomes.Here we ask whether caspase-1 activation plays a regulatory role in house dust mite(HDM)-induced experimental allergic airway inflammation.We report enhanced airway inflammation in caspase-1-deficient mice exposed toHDMwith a marked eosinophil recruitment,increased expression of IL-4,IL-5,IL-13,aswell as full-length and bioactive IL-33.Furthermore,mice deficient for NLRP3 failed to control eosinophil influx in the airways and displayed augmented Th2 cytokine and chemokine levels,suggesting that the NLPR3 inflammasome complex controls HDM-induced inflammation.IL-33 neutralization by administration of soluble ST2 receptor inhibited the enhanced allergic inflammation,while administration of recombinant IL-33 during challenge phase enhanced allergic inflammation in caspase-1-deficient mice.Therefore,we show that caspase-1,NLRP3,and ASC,but not NLRC4,contribute to the upregulation of allergic lung inflammation.Moreover,we cannot exclude an effect of caspase-11,because caspase-1-deficient mice are deficient for both caspases.Mechanistically,absence of caspase-1 is associated with increased expression of IL-33,uric acid,and spleen tyrosine kinase(Syk)production.This study highlights acritical role of caspase-1 activation andNLPR3/ASCinflammasomecomplex in the down-modulation of IL-33 in vivo and in vitro,thereby regulating Th2 response in HDM-induced allergic lung inflammation. | Fahima Madouri Noelline Guillou Louis Fauconnier Tiffany Marchiol Nathalie Rouxel Pauline Chenuet Aurelie Ledru Lionel Apetoh Franc¸ois Ghiringhelli Mathias Chamaillard Song Guo Zheng Fabrice Trovero Valerie F.J.Quesniaux Bernhard Ryffel Dieudonnee Togbe | 2015 | Journal of Molecular Cell Biology2015,7,4: | 8 |
| 3 | 四倍体小麦籽粒多组分营养物质含量的QTL定位及相关性分析显示文摘为了寻找改良普通栽培小麦营养物质含量的基因资源,以野生二粒小麦G18-16和硬粒小麦Langdon杂交所构建的重组自交系F6代群体为研究材料,种植于黔中地区并对该群体籽粒可溶性蛋白质、总类黄酮、总酚、植酸和黄色素5个营养性状含量进行测定。共检测到6个相关的QTLs,分别分布在染色体2A、3A、4A、6B和7A上。除小麦籽粒总酚性状外,其余四个性状均呈正态分布。网络相关性分析表明,所有营养性状与农艺性状间均呈显著负相关,仅黄色素与农艺性状无显著相关性。主成分分析(Principal component analysis,PCA)也显示总酚和黄色素与其他营养性状有显著差异,并且是造成群体分布差异最主要的因素。因此,小麦总酚和黄色素性状在其生理代谢中可能存在特殊性。另外,PCA还筛选出2组在5个营养性状上存在显著差异的基因池家系各4株,为回交和精细定位提供了较可靠的研究材料。 | 凡迪 薛文韬 严俊 赵钢 FAHIMA Tzion 程剑平 | 2014 | 麦类作物学报2014,34,12: | 6 |
| 4 | 小麦花后库源器官氮素、磷素营养物质积累动态分析显示文摘为探究小麦开花后不同部位氮素、磷素营养物质积累的动态规律,以中国春和贵紫1号2个小麦品种为材料,分别于花后5,15,25,35,45 d对小麦旗叶、茎鞘、颖壳穗轴和子粒中氨基酸、可溶性蛋白质、无机磷、植酸含量及单粒质量进行动态测定。结果表明,在子粒发育过程中,2个小麦品种库源器官氮素、磷素营养物质及单粒质量均有相似的变化趋势。除源器官的氨基酸和茎鞘的植酸外,其他氮素、磷素营养物质与子粒库中的5个营养性状均具有显著相关性。子粒发育中期库源器官氮素、磷素营养物质含量的差异远小于其前期与后期。结果还表明,小麦子粒发育中期(花后15~25 d)库源器官氮、磷代谢最为旺盛。建议此时期更应注重小麦氮、磷养分均衡,既满足子粒积累足够氮、磷营养,不致早衰,又同时注意防止其过量造成贪青晚熟,以保证小麦的优质高产。 | 梁勇 李大清 陈月星 程剑平 赵钢 FAHIMA Tzion 严俊 | 2019 | 河南农业大学学报2019,53,4: | 3 |

Biofortification and Nutritional Quality显示文摘Mineral nutrient malnutrition,especially deficiency in selenium(Se),affects the health of approximately 1 billion people worldwide.Wheat,a staple food crop,plays an important role in producing Se-enriched foodstuffs to increase the Se intake of humans.This study aimed to evaluate the effects of different Se application methods on grain yield and nutritional quality,grain Se absorption and accumulation,as well as 14 other trace elements concentrations in wheat grains.A sand culture experiment was conducted via a completely randomized 3×2×1 factorial scheme(three Se levels×two methods of Se application,foliar or soil×one Se sources,selenite),with two wheat cultivars(Guizi No.1,Chinese Spring).The results showed that both foliar Se and soil Se application methods had effects on wheat pollination.Foliar Se application resulted in early flowering of wheat,while soil Se application caused early flowering of wheat at low Se levels(5 mg kg^(−1))and delayed wheat flowering at high selenium levels(10 mg kg^(−1)),respectively.For trace elements,human essential trace elements(Fe,Zn,Mn,Cu,Cr,Mo,Co and Ni)concentrations in wheat grains were dependent of Se applica-tion methods and wheat cultivars.However,toxic trace elements(Cd,Pb,Hg,As,Li and Al)concentrations can be decreased by both methods,indicating a possible antagonistic effect.Moreover,both methods increased Se concentrations,and improved grain yield and nutritional quality,while the foliar application was better than soil.Accordingly,this study provided useful information concerning nutritional biofortification of wheat,indicating that it is feasible to apply Se to conduct Se biofortification,inhibit the heavy metal elements concentrations and improve yield and quality in crops,which caused human health benefits. | Yong Liang Yuexing Chen Dong Liu Jianping Cheng Gang Zhao Tzion Fahima Jun Yan | 2020 | Phyton-International Journal of Experimental Botany2020,89,2: | 1 |
