| 1 | Investigating the first-order flotation kinetics models for Sarcheshmeh copper sulfide ore显示文摘This study was performed in two phases of work.In the first stage,four conventional first-order flotation kinetics models were fitted to the measured recoveries data and the best model were selected.In the second stage,influence of pH,solid concentration,water chemistry and the amount of collector dosage were investigated on kinetics parameters including flotation rate constant and ultimate recovery.The results indicated that that perfectly mixed reactor model and Kelsall model gave the best and the weakest fit to the experimental data,respectively.It was observed that flotation rate constant and ultimate recovery were strongly affected by chemical factors investigated especially water quality.The flotation rate constant decreased with increasing the solids content,while ultimate recovery increased to certain value and thereafter reduced.It was also found that the most values of flotation rate constant and ultimate recovery obtained in dosage of collector are 30 and 40 g/t,respectively. | Asghar Azizi Ahmad Hassanzadeh Behnam Fadaei | 2015 | International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2015，25，5： | 12 |

| 3 | Sciatic nerve injury alters the spatial arrangement of neurons and glial cells in the anterior horn of the spinal cord显示文摘The spatial arrangement of the cell is important and considered as underlying mechanism for mathematical modeling of cell to cell interaction.The ability of cells to take on the characteristics of other cells in an organism,it is important to understand the dynamical behavior of the cells.This method implements experimental parameters of the cell-cell interaction into the mathematical simulation of cell arrangement.The purpose of this research was to explore the three-dimensional spatial distribution of anterior horn cells in the rat spinal cord to examine differences after sciatic nerve injury.Sixteen Sprague-Dawley male rats were assigned to control and axotomy groups.Twelve weeks after surgery,the anterior horn was removed for first-and second-order stereological studies.Second-order stereological techniques were applied to estimate the pair correlation and cross-correlation functions using a dipole probe superimposed onto the spinal cord sections.The findings revealed 7% and 36% reductions in the mean volume and total number of motoneurons,respectively,and a25% increase in the neuroglial cell number in the axotomized rats compared to the control rats.In contrast,the anterior horn volume remained unchanged.The results also indicated a broader gap in the pair correlation curve for the motoneurons and neuroglial cells in the axotomized rats compared to the control rats.This finding shows a negative correlation for the distribution of motoneurons and neuroglial cells in the axotomized rats.The cross-correlation curve shows a negative correlation between the motoneurons and neuroglial cells in the axotomized rats.These findings suggest that cellular structural and functional changes after sciatic nerve injury lead to the alterations in the spatial arrangement of motoneurons and neuroglial cells,finally affecting the normal function of the central nervous system.The experimental protocol was reviewed and approved by the Animal Ethics Committee of Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences(approval No.IR.SBMU.MSP.REC1395.375) on October 17,2016. | Ali Rashidiani-Rashidabadi Mohammad Hassan Heidari Ensieh Sajadi Fatemeh Hejazi Fatemeh Fadaei Fathabady Yousef Sadeghi Abbas Aliaghaei Amir Raoofi Mohammad-Amin Abdollahifar Reza Mastery Farahni | 2019 | Neural Regeneration Research2019，14，10： | 2 |

| 8 | Characteristics and clinical presentations of pediatric 0retinoblastoma in North-western Iran显示文摘·AIM:To report the characteristics and clinical presentations of retinoblastoma in a series of pediatric patients from Iran. ·METHODS:In this retrospective study, profiles of pediatric patients with retinoblastoma archived in a referral eye hospital in north-west of Iran during 7 years (n =40 patients with 57 eyes) were reviewed. Demographics, as well as the laterality, clinical manifestations and the types of treatment were the major endpoints. The Student's t test, Mann-Whitney U -test, Chi-square or Fishers' Exact test was used for analysis where appropriate. ·RESULTS:There were 23 cases (57.7%) with unilateral and 17 cases (42.5%) with bilateral involvement. The male to female ratio was 1 to 1.4 with a mean admitting age of 24.0±11.3 (range:5-62) months. The mean diagnosis delay was (7.4±9.6) months (range:10 days to 13 months). The most common presenting sign was leukocoria (97.5%) followed by proptosis (7.5%), strabismus (7.5%), hyphema (5%), orbital cellulitis (5%) and glaucoma (2.5%). Enucleation was performed in 95.7% of the cases with unilateral involvement and at least one eye of the patients with bilateral disease.
