| 1 | RFID Based e-quality Tracking in Service-oriented Manufacturing Execution System显示文摘The method of acquiring the real-time data has influenced the implementation of the manufacturing execution system (MES). Accompanied with turning the MES into service-oriented manufacturing execution system (so-MES), real-time e-quality tracking (e-QT), in which real-time data are computed, has played more and more important roles in manufacturing. This paper presents an e-QT model through the study of real-time status data tracking and quality data collecting. An implementing architecture of the e-QT model is constructed on the basis of radio frequency identification devices (RFID) data-tracking network. In order to develop the e-QT system, some key enabling technologies, such as configuration, data collection, and data processing, etc, are studied. The relation schema between hardware is built for the RFID data-tracking network based on the configuration technique. Real-time data are sampled by using data collecting technique. Furthermore, real-time status and quality data in a shop-floor can be acquired in terms of using the real-time data computing method. Finally, a prototype system is developed and a running example is given so as to verify the feasibility of methods proposed in this paper. The proposed research provides effective e-quality tracking theoretical foundation through the use of RFID technology for the discrete manufacturing. | FU Yingbin JIANG Pingyu | 2012 | Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2012,25,5: | 7 |
| 2 | Characterization of DNA damage response deficiency in pancreatic cancer patients from China显示文摘To the editor,Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma(PDAC)has the worst prognosis among all common malignant solid tumors, with a 5-year overall survival(OS)rate of less than 10%[1].Few effective targets for anticancer ther-apy have been confirmed in pancreatic cancer.Recently,it was substantiated that pancreatic cancer patients carry-ing deleterious mutations of the DNA damage response(DDR)genes are more likely to benefit from platinum-based chemotherapy[2]and poly(adenosine diphosphate-ribose)polymerase(PARP)inhibitor[3]. | Xiaofei Zhang Tiebo Mao Bei Zhang Haiyan Xu Jiujie Cui Feng Jiao Dongqin Chen Yu Wang Jiong Hu Qing Xia Shumin Li Ming Yue Jingyu Ma Jiayu Yao Yongchao Wang Xiao Zhang Shiqing Chen Yuezong Bai Yuexiang Wang Xuebin Zhang Qiang Liu Yongwei Sun Deliang Fu Yingbin Liu Lei Xiong Liwei Wang | 2022 | Cancer Communications2022,42,1: | 2 |
| 3 | Stability analysis of intermittently jointed rock slopes based on the stepped failure mode显示文摘In practical engineering, due to the noncontinuity characteristics of joints in rock slopes,in addition to plane failure, stepped sliding failure may occur for intermittently jointed rock slopes.Especially for intermittently bedding jointed rock slopes, the correlation and difference in strength parameters between joints and rock bridges, along with the various failure modes and intermittency of rock bridges, contribute to the complexity of stepped failure modes and the unpredictability of failure regions.Based on the upper-bound limit analysis method and multi-sliders step-path failure mode, considering the shear and tensile failure of rock bridges and the weakened relationship between the strength parameters of rock bridges and jointed surfaces,by introducing the modified M-C failure criterion and the formula for calculating the energy consumption of tensile failure of rock bridges, two failure mechanisms are constructed to obtain the safety factor(F_(s))of intermittently jointed rock slopes. The sequential quadratic programming method is used to obtain the optimal upper-bound solution for F_(s).The influence of multiple key parameters(slope height H,horizontal distance L,Slope angleβ,shear strength parameters of the rock bridgeφr and cr,Dimensionless parameter u,weakening coefficients of the internal friction angle and cohesion between the rock bridges and joint surfaces Kφand Kc)on the stability analysis of intermittently jointed rock slopes under the shear failure mode of rock bridges as well as under the tensile failure mode is also explored. The reliability of the failure mechanisms is verified by comparative analysis with theoretical results, numerical results, and landslide cases, and the variation rules of F_(s)with each key parameter are obtained. The results show that F_(s) varies linearly withφr and cr of the rock bridge and with K_(φ)and K_(c),whereas F_(s)changes nonlinearly with H and L.In particular, with the increase in Kφand Kc,Fs increases by approximately 52.78%and 171.02%on average, respectively. For rock bridge tensile failure,F_(s) shows a nonlinearly positive correlation withφr,cr,Kφand Kc.In particular, with the increase in Kφand Kc,Fs increases by approximately 13%and 61.69%on average, respectively.Fs decreases rapidly with increasing slope gradientβand decreasing dimensionless parameterμ.When Kφand Kc are both less than 1.0,the stepped sliding surface occurs more easily than the plane failure surface, especially in the case of tensile failure of the rock bridge. In addition, rock slopes with higher strength parameters, taller heights, and greater weakening coefficients are prone to rock bridge tension failure with lower Fs,and more attention should be given to the occurrence of such accidents in actual engineering. | LI Dejian FU Junwen LI Hekai CHENG Xiao ZHAO Lianheng ZHANG Yingbin PENG Xinyan | 2024 | Journal of Mountain Science2024,21,3: | 0 |
| 4 | Development of A Neonatal Mouse Model for Coxsackievirus B1 Antiviral Evaluation显示文摘Coxsackievirus B1(CVB1) is a leading causative agent of severe infectious diseases in humans and has been reported to be associated with outbreaks of aseptic meningitis, myocarditis, and the development of chronic diseases such as type 1 diabetes mellitus(T1DM). There is no approved vaccine or effective antiviral therapy to treat CBV1 infection. And animal models to assess the effects of antiviral agents and vaccine remain limited. In this study, we established a neonatal mouse model of CVB1 using a clinically isolated strain to characterize the pathological manifestations of virus infection and to promote the development of vaccines and antiviral drugs against CVB1. One-day-old BALB/c mice were susceptible to CVB1 infection by intraperitoneal injection. Mice challenged with CVB1 at a low dose [10 median tissue culture infective dose(TCID_(50))] exhibited a series of clinical symptoms, such as inactivity, emaciation, limb weakness, hair thinning, hunching and even death. Pathological examination and tissue viral load analysis showed that positive signals of CVB1 were detected in the heart, spinal cord, limb muscle and kidney without pathological damage. Particularly, CVB1 had a strong tropism towards the pancreas, causing severe cellular necrosis with inflammatory infiltration, and was spread by viraemia. Notably, the monoclonal antibody(mAb) 6H5 and antisera elicited from CVB1-vaccinated mice effectively protected the mice from CVB1 infection in the mouse model. In summary, the established neonatal mouse model is an effective tool for evaluating the efficacy of CVB1 antiviral reagents and vaccines. | Zhichao Yin Yuanyuan Wu Rui Zhu Longfa Xu Yu Lin Hongwei Yang Wenkun Fu Qiongzi Huang Dongqing Zhang Jue Wang Wei Wang Yingbin Wang Tong Cheng Ningshao Xia | 2021 | Virologica Sinica2021,36,6: | 0 |
