1Deformation control of asymmetric floor heave in a deep rock roadway:A case study显示文摘In order to control asymmetric floor heave in deep rock roadways and deformation around the surrounding rock mass after excavation, in this paper we discuss the failure mechanism and coupling control countermeasures using the finite difference method(FLAC3D) combined with comparative analysis and typical engineering application at Xingcun coal mine. It is indicated by the analysis that the simple symmetric support systems used in the past led to destruction of the deep rock roadway from the key zone and resulted in the deformation of asymmetric floor heave in the roadway. Suitable reinforced support countermeasures are proposed to reduce the deformation of the floor heave and the potential risk during mining. The application shows that the present support technology can be used to better environmental conditions. The countermeasures of asymmetric coupling support can not only effectively reduce the discrepancy deformation at the key area of the surrounding rock mass, but also effectively control floor heave, which helps realize the integration of support and maintain the stability of the deep rock roadways at Xingcun coal mine.Sun Xiaoming Wang Dong Feng Jili Zhang Chun Chen Yanwei 2014International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2014,24,6:10
2Literature Review on Wireless Sensing Wi-Fi Signal-Based Recognition of Human Activities显示文摘With the rapid development and wide deployment of wireless technology, Wi-Fi signals have no longer been confined to the Internet as a communication medium. Wi-Fi signals will be modulated again by human actions when propagating indoors, carrying rich human body state information. Therefore, a novel wireless sensing technology is gradually emerging that can realize gesture recognition, human daily activity detection, identification,indoor localization and human body tracking, vital signs detection, imaging, and emotional recognition by extracting effective feature information about human actions from Wi-Fi signals. Researchers mainly use channel state information or frequency modulated carrier wave in their current implementation schemes of wireless sensing technology, called 'Walls have eyes', and these schemes cover radio-frequency technology, signal processing technology, and machine learning. These available wireless sensing systems can be used in many applications such as smart home, medical health care, search-and-rescue, security, and with the high precision and passively device-free through-wall detection function. This paper elaborates the research actuality and summarizes each system structure and the basic principles of various wireless sensing applications in detail. Meanwhile, two popular implementation schemes are analyzed. 3A Preliminary Genetic Linkage Map of Sinonovacula constricta(Lamarck, 1818) Based on Microsatellites Derived from RAD Sequencing显示文摘Sinonovacula constricta is one of the important economic aquaculture species in China. In this study, we constructed genetic linkage maps of S. constricta based on 300 microsatellite markers derived from RAD-seq using an F1 full-sib family. The female map contained 204 microsatellites assigned to 22 linkage groups, which covered 1529.5 cM with an average interval of 10.3 cM. The male consisted of 187 microsatellites in 19 linkage groups corresponding to the haploid chromosome number(n(28)19), which spanned 1429.3 cM with an average interval of 8.7 cM. The genome coverage was approximately 83.5% and 81.4%, respectively. An integrated map was constructed according to the common markers in parental linkage groups, which had a total length of 1683.8 cM with an average interval of 7.3 cM. The genome coverage of the integrated map was approximately 86.3%. 8Application of Mullite Composite Lining Plates in Rotary Coke Tanks for Coke Dry Quenching Equipment显示文摘To reduce the burning loss and the spalling and to improve energy efficiency,the mullite composite lining plates were used to replace cast steel or alloy lining in rotary coke tanks for coke dry quenching equipment.The results show that:the dense mullite composite lining plate in the cone part has the density of 2.20 g·cm^(-3) and the wear test,s volume loss of 4.08 cm^(3),and the light weight mullite composite lining plate in the straight cylinder part has the density of 1.95 g·cm^(-3) and the wear test,s volume loss of 17.6 cm^(3).After using,there is no shrinkage gap,no burn loss or holes in the plates,indicating good sealing of the mullite composite lining plates.The lining plate for the cone part has low burning loss,without spalling for more than half a year.The outer surface temperature of coke tanks adopting the cast steel or the alloy lining is 480 to 570℃,while that of the ones adopting mullite composite lining plates is 120 to 170℃,showing a largely improved insulating property.Adopting mullite composite lining plates on the basis of the current coke tank cage,the lining plates can be timely treated and wholly replaced,improving the service life and reducing the maintenance workload.XU Guotao SHENG Junbo FENG Qiang TU Hongbing WANG Dachun LIU Li ZHANG Yanwei ZHANG Honglei 2022China's Refractories2022,31,3:1
9Impact of typhoon Lekima(2019)on material transport in Laizhou Bay using Lagrangian coherent structures显示文摘Typhoon has an impact on an estuary and coastal environment.However,the present research lacks the detailed description of material transport processes during typhoon passage,such as the transport channels and barriers in the course of material transport and material accumulation area,etc.Therefore,Lagrangian coherent structures(a method developed for describing the transport structure of fluids in recent years)was introduced to investigate and predict the floating material and debris transport process in the Laizhou Bay,Bohai Sea,during typhoon Lekima in 2019.Results show that the Lagrangian coherent structure could well explain the complex flow phenomena in the bay.During the typhoon,the general direction of floating material transport in the Laizhou Bay was anticlockwise.There was a channel for material transport in the northwest and south of the bay,and there are transportation obstacles in the northeast-southwest direction in the middle of the bay.Therefore,the typhoon might worsen the water quality.These results provide references for precise countermeasures to control the formulation of pollution in the Laizhou Bay.Qi LOU Zhengyan LI Yanwei ZHANG Yilei FENG Xueqing ZHANG 2022Journal of Oceanology and Limnology2022,40,3:1

11High-dose radiation associated with improved survival in IDH-wildtype lowgrade glioma显示文摘Background:As molecular advances have deepened the knowledge on low-grade glioma(LGG),we investigated the effect of higher radiation dose on the survival of IDH-wildtype(IDHwt)LGG.Methods:In the current study,52 IDHwt LGG patients who received radiotherapy were enrolled from the Chinese Glioma Genome Atlas dataset.Radiation doses>54 Gy were defined as high-dose,whereas doses≤54 Gy were defined as low-dose.We performed univariate and multivariate survival analyses to examine the prognostic role of high-dose radiotherapy.Results:In total,the radiation dose ranged from 48.6 Gy to 61.2 Gy,with a median of 55.8 Gy,and 31 patients were grouped into high-dose radiation.Univariate survival analysis indicated that high-dose radiotherapy(p=0.015),tumors located in the frontal lobe(p=0.009),and pathology of astrocytoma(p=0.037)were significantly prognostic factors for overall survival.In multivariate survival analysis,high-dose radiotherapy(p=0.028)and tumors located in the frontal lobe(p=0.016)were independently associated with better overall survival.Conclusions:In conclusion,high-dose radiotherapy independently improved the survival of IDHwt LGG.This can guide treatments for glioma with known molecular characteristics.Shuai Liu Yanwei Liu Guanzhang Li Jin Feng Li Chen Xiaoguang Qiu 2021Chinese Neurosurgical Journal2021,7,2:1

13Construction of a Normalized Full-Length cDNA Library of Cephalopod Amphioctopus fangsiao and Development of Microsatellite Markers显示文摘Amphioctopus fangsiao is one of the most economically important species and has been considered to be a candidate for aquaculture. In order to facilitate its fine-scale genetic analyses, we constructed a normalized full-length library successfully and developed a set of microsatellite markers in this study. The normalized full-length library had a storage capacity of 6.9×105 independent clones. The recombination efficiency was 95% and the average size of inserted fragments was longer than 1000 bp. A total of 3440 high quality ESTs were obtained, which were assembled into 1803 unigenes. Of these unigenes, 450(25%) were assigned into 33 Gene Ontology terms, 576(31.9%) into 153 Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes pathways, and 275(15.3%) into 22 Clusters of Orthologous Groups. Seventy-six polymorphic microsatellite markers were identified. The number of alleles per locus ranged from 4 to 17, and the observed and expected heterozygosities varied between 0.167 and 0.967 and between 0.326 and 0.944, respectively. Twelve loci were significantly deviated from Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium after Bonferroni correction and no linkage disequilibrium was found between different loci. 14Kinetic study on hydrolysis and oxidation of formamidine disulfide in acidic solutions显示文摘Hydrolysis and oxidation of formamidine disulfide in acidic medium were investigated using high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) and mass spectrometry(MS) at 25 °C.By controlling the slow reaction rate and choosing appropriate mobile phase,HPLC provides the unique advantages over other methods(UV-Vis,chemical separation) in species tracking and kinetic study.In addition to thiourea and formamidine sulfinic acid,two unreported products were also detected in the hydrolysis reaction.Mass spectrometry measurement indicates these two products to be formamidine sulfenic acid and thiocyanogen with mass weights of 92.28 and 116.36,respectively.In the oxidation of formamidine disulfide by hydrogen peroxide,besides thiourea,formamidine sulfenic acid,formamidine sulfinic acid,thiocyanogen and urea,formamidine sulfonic acid and sulfate could be detected.The oxidation reaction was found to be first order in both formamidine disulfide and hydrogen peroxide.The rate constants of hydrolysis and oxidation reactions were determined in the pH range of 1.5-3.0.It was found both rate constants are increased with the increasing of pH.Experimental curves of different species can be effectively simulated via a mechanism scheme for formamidine disulfide oxidation,including hydrolysis equilibrium of formamidine disulfide and irreversible hydrolysis of formamidine sulfenic acid.HU Ying FENG JiaMin LI YanWei SUN YanYan XU Li ZHAO YueMin GAO QingYu 2012Science China Chemistry2012,55,2:0
15Comparative transcriptome analysis of abalone Haliotis discus hannai with green and gray egg colors显示文摘Haliotis discus hannai is an important marine economic species in China.Its egg color was found to be associated with economic traits,which provides a new idea for breeding.However,the molecular mechanism of the egg-color formation has not been reported.Thus,the pigment composition and comparative transcriptome analyses of H.discus hannai with green and gray egg color were conducted using high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)and RNA-Seq methods.Results show that individuals with green and gray eggs both possess the fucoxanthin.Lutein existed in gray-egged individuals,but not in green-egged individuals.In transcriptome analysis,272310 unigenes were received from 461162 transcripts with a mean length of 985 bp and N50 of 1524 bp,respectively.A total of 185 unigenes were identifi ed as diff erentially expressed genes(DEGs).The DEGs involved in“fl avin-containing compound metabolic process”,“melanosome”,“glutathione metabolism”,and“cytochrome b6f complex”were likely related to the formation of the egg color.Our results provide foundational information for the functional analysis of egg-color related genes and are benefi cial to the selective breeding of H.discus hannai.Yanwei FENG Bo YUAN Xu JIANG Xiangquan LIU Zan LI Guohua SUN Xiaohui XU 2021Journal of Oceanology and Limnology2021,39,1:0
16Development and drought tolerance assay of marker-free transgenic rice with OsAPX2 using biolistic particle-mediated co-transformation显示文摘Abiotic stresses such as drought, salinity, and low temperature cause–losses in rice production worldwide. The emergence of transgenic technology has enabled improvements in the drought resistance of rice plants and helped avert crop damage due to drought stress.Selectable marker genes conferring resistance to antibiotics or herbicides have been widely used to identify genetically modified plants. However, the use of such markers has limited the public acceptance of genetically modified organisms. Marker-free materials (i.e., those containing a single foreign gene) may be more easily accepted by the public and more likely to find common use. In the present study, we created marker-free drought-tolerant transgenic rice plants using particle bombardment. Overall, 842 T_0plants overexpressing the rice ascorbate peroxidase-coding gene OsAPX2 were generated. Eight independentmarker-free lines were identified from T_1 seedlings using the polymerase chain reaction.The molecular characteristics of these lines were examined, including the expression level,copy number, and flanking sequences of OsAPX2, in the T_2 progeny. A simulated drought test using polyethylene glycol and a drought-tolerance test of seedlings confirmed that the marker-free lines carrying OsAPX2 showed significantly improved drought tolerance in seedlings. In the field, the yield of the wild-type plant decreased by 60% under drought conditions compared with normal conditions. However, the transgenic line showed a yield loss of approximately 26%. 17MR动态增强特征对乳腺癌诊断的价值(英文)显示文摘Objective:The aim of the study was to further explore the diagnostic value of breast dynamic contrast enhancement (DCE), and improve specificity of breast cancer diagnosis. Methods:The 93 patients with 105 breast masses were performed with routine magnetic resonance (MR) scan and DCE scan. Results:1. Morphological manifestations and pathologic findings:105 masses of enhance forms could be divided into six types:(1) No enhancement, 9 masses (breast cyst); (2) The heterogeneous enhancement, 31 masses (fiber adenoma, 9; breast cancer, 11; mammary gland hyperplasia, 10; leafy tumor, 1); (3) The unheterogeneous enhancement, 42 masses (fiber adenoma, 5; the hyperplasia, 3; breast cancer, 33; leafy tumor, 1); (4) Ring enhancement, 17 masses (breast cancer, 15; fiber adenoma, 1 and inflammation, 1); (5) Reticular enhancement, 2 cases (gigantic breast, 1 and inflammation, 1). (6) Duct shape enhancement, 4 (hyperplasia, 1; duct carcinoma, 3). 2. Enhancement slope and pathology results:The maximum slope in 62 malignant masses was equally 19.19 ± 8.13, maximum slopes in 43 benign masses was equally 9.46 ± 6.64, the difference had a very significance (P < 0.01). In 42 masses with II type curves, the maximum slope of 24 malignant focuses were 17.52 ± 6.39, while 18 benign focuses 8.33 ± 5.47, the difference had a very significance (P < 0.01). Use a test-receiver to work curve (ROC curve) progress analysis, with 14.85 for critical point, sensibility for 67%, specificity for 83%; with 17.10 for critical value, the specificity was 100%. 3. Curve type and pathological results:According to general type standard, type I of single-phase curve, 20 masses; type II of platform type curve, 42 and III type curve type of washout, 43. A group of six kinds of forms were as follows:(1) No increased signal strength curve, 9 (cyst); (2) The curve signal strength slowly increasing, 6 (hyperplasia 2, fiber adenoma 2, chronic inflammation 1, duct carcinoma 1); (3) The intensity of curve after rapid increase early, continued to increase slowly 5 (hyperplasia 4, inflammatory breast cancer 1); (4) Curve early signal strength increasing rapidly formed the stop after middle-late platform (platform type), 42 (hyperplasia 9, fiber adenoma 8, leafy tumor 1, and breast cancer 24); (5) Early signal strength rapid increase arrived the peak then rapid declined (outflow type), 40 (hyperplasia 1, fiber adenoma 5, leafy tumor 1, breast 33); (6) Early signal strength increase quickly reached a peak, after platform period, then rising quickly again, and all of 3 for breast cancer. Conclusion:Enhancement morphological characteristics of breast cancer such as duct or ring enhancement had diagnostic value. Maximum slope in benign or malignant lesions, particularly in the differential diagnosis of type II curve played an important role. 19Transcriptome Profile Based on Protein-Protein Interaction Networks Provides a Set of Core Genes for Understanding the Metabolic Mechanisms of the Egg-Protecting Behavior in Amphioctopus fangsiao显示文摘Marine organisms cannot grow and reproduce without proper metabolic regulation.Within a metabolic network,problems with a given link will affect the normal life activities of the organism.Many metabolic mechanisms associated with behaviors of Am-phioctopus fangsiao are still unclear.Moreover,as a factor affecting the normal growth of A.fangsiao,egg protection has rarely been considered in previous behavioral studies.In this research,we analyzed the transcriptome profile of gene expression in A.fangsiao egg-unprotected larvae and egg-protected larvae,and identified 818 differentially expressed genes(DEGs).We used GO and KEGG enrichment analyses to search for metabolism-related DEGs.Protein-protein interaction networks were constructed to examine the interactions between metabolism-related genes.Twenty hub genes with multiple protein-protein interaction relationships or that were involved in multiple KEGG signaling pathways were obtained and verified by quantitative RT-PCR.We first studied the effects of egg protection on the metabolism of A.fangsiao larvae by means of protein-protein interaction networks,and the results provide va-luable gene resources for understanding the metabolism of invertebrate larvae.The data serve as a foundation for further research on the egg-protecting behavior of invertebrates.BAO Xiaokai LI Zan ZHANG Jianbai LI Yan CHEN Xipan WANG Weijun SUN Guohua XU Xiaohui LIU Xiumei FENG Yanwei YANG Jianmin 2022Journal of Ocean University of China2022,21,5:0
