1Preparation and characterization of spherical mesoporous ZrO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3) composites with high thermal stability显示文摘Spherical mesoporous ZrO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3) composites containing different zirconia content have been synthesized by an oil-column sol-gel method.A mixed alumina-zirconia hydrosol and hexamethylenetetramine solution were mixed together and added dropwise into a hot oil column.Due to the surface tension,spherical gel particles were formed in the oil column.The spherical gel particles were then aged and washed by deionized water and dried at 120 ℃ for 12 h and then calcined at 600 ℃ for 8 h,960 ℃ for 8 h or 1200 ℃ for 12 h.X-ray diffraction and nitrogen adsorption-desorption measurements indicated that the presence of zirconia prevents the sintering of alumina and the obtained ZrO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3) composites have much larger surface areas than pure alumina.Temperature-programmed desorption of ammonia results illustrated that the addition of zirconia leads to an increase in the number of strong acid sites and the total number of acid sites compared with pure alumina.Thus,the spherical mesoporous ZrO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3) composites prepared in this way were shown to be suitable for high temperature catalytic processes as a catalyst support.LI Yang FENG JunTing LI DianQing 2011Science China Chemistry2011,54,7:2
23D printed hierarchical spinel monolithic catalysts for highly efficient semi-hydrogenation of acetylene显示文摘Porous monolithic catalysts with high specific surface areas,which can not only facilitate heat/mass transfer,but also help to expose active sites,are highly desired in strongly exothermic or endothermic gas–solid phase reactions.In this work,hierarchical spinel monolithic catalysts with a porous woodpile architecture were fabricated via extrusion-based three-dimensional(3D)printing(direct ink writing,DIW in brief)of aluminate-intercalated layered double hydroxide(AI-LDH)followed by low temperature calcination.The intercalation of aluminate in LDH is found crucial to tailor the M^(2+)/Al^(3+)ratio,integrate LDH nanosheets into monolithic catalyst,and enable the conversion of LDH to spinel at the temperature as low as 500℃ with high specific surface areas(>350 m^(2)/g).The rapid mass/heat transfer resulted from the versatile 3D network at macroscale and the highly dispersed and fully exposed active sites benefited from the porous structure at microscale endow the 3D-printed Pd loaded spinel MgAlmixed metal oxide(3D-AI-Pd/MMO)catalyst with excellent catalytic performance in semi-hydrogenation of acetylene,achieving 100%conversion at 60℃ with more than 84%ethylene selectivity.Zijian Yuan Lu Liu Wei Ru Daojin Zhou Yun Kuang Junting Feng Bin Liu Xiaoming Sun 2022Nano Research2022,15,7:2
3sRNAanno-a database repository of uniformly annotated small RNAs in plants显示文摘Small RNAs(sRNAs)are essential regulatory molecules,and there are three major sRNA classes in plants:microRNAs(miRNAs),phased small interfering RNAs(phased siRNAs or phasiRNAs),and heterochromatic siRNAs(hc-siRNAs).Excluding miRNAs,the other two classes are not well annotated or available in public databases for most sequenced plant genomes.We performed a comprehensive sRNA annotation of 143 plant species that have fully sequenced genomes and next-generation sequencing sRNA data publicly available.The results are available via an online repository called sRNAanno(www.plantsRNAs.org).Compared with other public plant sRNA databases,we obtained was much more miRNA annotations,which are more complete and reliable because of the consistent and highly stringent criteria used in our miRNA annotations.sRNAanno also provides free access to genomic information for>22,721 PHAS loci and>22 million hc-siRNA loci annotated from these 143 plant species.Both miRNA and PHAS loci can be easily browsed to view their main features,and a collection of archetypal trans-acting siRNA 3(TAS3)genes were annotated separately for quick access.To facilitate the ease of sRNA annotation,sRNAanno provides free service for sRNA annotations to the community.In summary,the sRNAanno database is a great resource to facilitate genomic and genetic research on plant small RNAs.Chengjie Chen Jiawei Li Junting Feng Bo Liu Lei Feng Xiaoling Yu Guanliang Li Jixian Zhai Blake C.Meyers Rui Xia 2021Horticulture Research2021,8,1:1

8Recent Advances in Constructing Interfacial Active Catalysts Based on Layered Double Hydroxides and Their Catalytic Mechanisms显示文摘The interaction between the metal and the support of supported metal catalysts, which are widely used in industry, is the primary focus of the study of such catalysts. With the developing understanding of the metal–support interaction, the intrinsic factor that influences the catalytic performance has been determined to be the structure of interfacial sites. Layered double hydroxides(LDHs, a class of two-dimensional layered anion clay) possess several unique characteristics, such as the following:(1) tunable elemental component, homogeneous distribution of metal cations.(2) anchoring eff ect.(3) multiple layered structure for exfoliation or intercalation and special memory eff ect;and(4) internal/external confinement eff ects during topological transformation. Taking LDHs and their derivatives as precursors or supports shows superior advantages in designing interfacial active catalysts with tunable properties. 16Exploration about superior anti-counterfeiting ability of Sm^(3+) doped KSr_(2)Nb_(5)O_(15) photochromic ceramics:Origin and atomic-scale mechanism显示文摘Reversible luminescence modulation behavior upon the photochromic effect endows the photochromic ceramics with 3reat potential in anti-counterfeiting and data storage applications.Here,Sm^(3+)-doped KSr_(2)Nb_(5)O_(15) photochromic ceramics exhibit superior anti-counterfeiting ability:good covertness and considerable modulation ratio of luminescent emission intensity after photochromic reaction.The results show that the photochromism originated from oxygen and cation vacancies,which were directly identified by electron paramagnetic resonance and positron annihilation lifetime spectra.Unexpectedly,oxygen vacancies work more effectively than cation vacancies during photochromic reactions.Moreover,the extraordinary anti-counterfeiting ability was attributed to the high energy transfer rate,which was particularly caused by the short mean distance below 1 nm between the Sm^(3+) and vacancies.The work here has provided atomic-scale structural evidence and made a progress in understanding the photochromic origins and mechanism in color-center theory.Shuyao Cao Jiatong Zhu Qian Chen Junting Liu Changying Wu Leilei Li Jie Xu Haixue Yan Feng Gao 2022Journal of Materiomics2022,8,1:1
