2Cardioprotective mechanisms of salvianic acid A sodium in rats with myocardial infarction based on proteome and transcriptome analysis显示文摘Ischemic heart diseases(IHDs)cause great morbidity and mortality worldwide,necessitating effective treatment.Salvianic acid A sodium(SAAS)is an active compound derived from the well-known herbal medicine Danshen,which has been widely used for clinical treatment of cardiovascular diseases in China.This study aimed to confirm the cardioprotective effects of SAAS in rats with myocardial infarction and to investigate the underlying molecular mechanisms based on proteome and transcriptome profiling of myocardial tissue.The results showed that SAAS effectively protected against myocardial injury and improved cardiac function.The differentially expressed proteins and genes included important structural molecules,receptors,transcription factors,and cofactors.Functional enrichment analysis indicated that SAAS participated in the regulation of actin cytoskeleton,phagosome,focal adhesion,tight junction,apoptosis,MAPK signaling,and Wnt signaling pathways,which are closely related to cardiovascular diseases.SAAS may exert its cardioprotective effect by targeting multiple pathways at both the proteome and transcriptome levels.This study has provided not only new insights into the pathogenesis of myocardial infarction but also a road map of the cardioprotective molecular mechanisms of SAAS,which may provide pharmacological evidence to aid in its clinical application.Dan Jia Cheng-zhong Zhang Yan Qiu Xiao-fei Chen Lin Jia Alex F.Chen Yi-feng Chai Zhen-yu Zhu Jin Huang Chuan Zhang 2019Acta Pharmacologica Sinica2019,40,12:4
3量子点540诱导人皮肤成纤维细胞DNA双链断裂显示文摘目的探讨具有多聚乙烯基乙二醇(PEG)作为包被材料及无PEG包被的CdSe/ZnS(内芯/外壳)量子点540的DNA损伤特性。方法分别应用细胞毒性实验(MTS)和苔盼蓝法分析经量子点540处理后人皮肤成纤维细胞的存活率和增殖情况,γH2AX焦点形成及彗星实验探讨DNA损伤情况。结果8 nmol/L和80 nmol/L有PEG包被的量子点540处理细胞后,细胞生存率及生长趋势与阴性对照相比差异无统计学意义。而无PEG包被的量子点540在同样剂量下可引起细胞生存率及生长趋势的下降。同时,无PEG包被的量子点540可使细胞核内γH2AX焦点数量以及有γH2AX焦点的细胞数量增加,有彗尾的细胞数量增加,且尾相增大。结论量子点540在PEG的包被下无明显细胞毒性。在没有PEG包被的情况下,量子点540均表现出细胞毒性以及遗传毒性作用,可导致细胞DNA的双链断裂。章晨 董正伟 沈筱筠 Frank F.Chen 杨军 2008毒理学杂志2008,22,3:3

9STUDY ON THE TANTALIZING ON THE SURFACE OF TITANIUM ALLOY BY NET-SHAPE CATHODE GLOW DISCHARGING显示文摘A new net-shape cathode sputtering target which has a simple structure and a hig h sputtering was put forward. The multiple-structure made of alloying and coatin g layers of tantalum was achieved on the surface of TC4 (Ti6Al4V) using this met hod in double glow surface alloying process. 13Solid-state alloying of Al-Mg alloys by accumulative roll-bonding:Microstructure and properties显示文摘In this study,a novel solid-state alloying approach was adopted to fabricate Al-Mg alloys with high Mg contents(C_(Mg)) by accumulative roll-bonding(ARB)of Al and Mg elemental materials to ultrahigh cycles.Experimental results showed that the degree of alloying increased with the increase of ARB cycles and a supersaturatedα-Al solid solution accompanied with nanoprecipitates was formed in the Al-Mg alloys by ARB to 70 cycles.The as-prepared Al-Mg alloys exhibited enhanced mechanical properties,with a maximum tensile strength of∼615 MPa and a tensile elongation of∼10%at C_(Mg)=13 wt.%.The high strength can be attributed to different mechanisms,namely solid solution strengthening,grain boundary strengthening,dislocation strengthening,and precipitation strengthening.The Al-Mg alloys showed increased work hardening with increasing C_(Mg),due to the enhanced formation of nanoprecipitates.Meanwhile,no obvious drop in the intergranular corrosion(IGC)resistance was found in the Al-Mg alloys with C_(Mg) up to 13 wt.%.Moreover,sensitization treatment was found to induce little decrease in the IGC resistance of the Al-Mg alloys with C_(Mg)≤13 wt.%.We found that the excellent IGC resistance was due to the suppression of grain boundary precipitation by the preferred formation of precipitates within the grains that were induced by ARB.Our study indicated the novelty of the present solid-state alloying approach to achieving a superior combination of high mechanical properties and IGC resistance in Al-Mg alloys.X.M.Mei Q.S.Mei J.Y.Li C.L.Li L.Wan F.Chen Z.H.Chen T.Xu Y.C.Wang Y.Y.Tan 2022Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,30:1
