| 1 | Magnetic Flux Leakage Course of Inner Defects and Its Detectable Depth显示文摘As a promising non-destructive testing(NDT)method,magnetic flux leakage(MFL)testing has been widely used for steel structure inspection.However,MFL testing still faces a great challenge to detect inner defects.Existing MFL course researches mainly focus on surface-breaking defects while that of inner defects is overlooked.In the paper,MFL course of inner defects is investigated by building magnetic circuit models,performing numerical simulations,and conducting MFL experiments.It is found that the near-surface wall has an enhancing effect on the MFL course due to higher permeability of steel than that of air.Further,a high-sensitivity MFL testing method consisting of Helmholtz coil magnetization and induction coil with a high permeability core is proposed to increase the detectable depth of inner defects.Experimental results show that inner defects with buried depth up to 80.0 mm can be detected,suggesting that the proposed MFL method has the potential to detect deeply-buried defects and has a promising future in the field of NDT. | Jianbo Wu Wenqiang Wu Erlong Li Yihua Kang | 2021 | Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2021,34,4: | 2 |

| 14 | Sliding mode-based adaptive tube model predictive control for robotic manipulators with model uncertainty and state constraints显示文摘In this paper,the optimal tracking control for robotic manipulators with state constraints and uncertain dynamics is investigated,and a sliding mode-based adaptive tube model predictive control method is proposed.First,utilizing the high-order fully actuated system approach,the nominal model of the robotic manipulator is constructed as the predictive model.Based on the nominal model,a nominal model predictive controller with the sliding mode is designed,which relaxes the terminal constraints,and realizes the accurate and stable tracking of the desired trajectory by the nominal system.Then,an auxiliary controller based on the node-adaptive neural networks is constructed to dynamically compensate nonlinear uncertain dynamics of the robotic manipulator.Furthermore,the estimation deviation between the nominal and actual states is limited to the tube invariant sets.At the same time,the recursive feasibility of nominal model predictive control is verified,and the ultimately uniformly boundedness of all variables is proved according to the Lyapunov theorem.Finally,experiments show that the robotic manipulator can achieve fast and efficient trajectory tracking under the action of the proposed method. | Erlong Kang Yang Liu Hong Qiao | 2023 | Control Theory and Technology2023,21,3: | 0 |
