| 1 | 融资约束、不确定性与公司投资:基于制造业上市公司面板数据的证据显示文摘针对我国制造业上市公司1998—2009年的面板数据,以厂商面临的不确定性水平为阈值变量建立分类指标函数,应用Hansen阈值估计法和system GMM估计法分析了融资约束和不确定性的交互关系对厂商投资行为的影响。研究发现:厂商投资行为存在显著的单一阈值效应,由模型内生决定的不确定性阈值所划分的两个样本组中,厂商固定投资与其现金流显著正相关,并且低不确定状态组别厂商的现金流估计系数远小于高不确定状态组别厂商的这一系数,表明厂商面临的不确定性程度越高,投资支出受融资约束程度越严重。上述结论不仅为融资约束假说提供了经验支持,也证实了不确定性会通过影响厂商受融资约束程度进而影响厂商投资行为。最后,讨论了实证结论的政策含义。 | 刘康兵 申朴 Elmer Sterken | 2011 | 南开经济研究2011，，4： | 33 |
| 2 | 资本市场不完美、信贷配给与公司投资显示文摘本文分析了资本市场不完美条件下的公司投资行为,通过一个标准的借贷模型我们证实了Stiglitz和Weiss(1981)的结论,即信贷市场存在均衡配给和(或)歧视。更重要的是,本文进一步证明,均衡信贷配给意味着企业家使用外部融资的边际成本为无穷大,因此,如果投资项目规模是可分的,此时企业家将有不可抗拒的激励削减哪怕是一个货币单位的投资支出进而贷款需求,这种行为导致信贷配给在均衡中消失,信贷市场获得一个出清的均衡结果。本文运用类似方法还证明了信贷歧视也不会成为一种均衡现象。文章最后还表明,不对称信息产生的外部融资溢价使得企业家对初始计划投资的削减幅度、进而其最终实际资本支出取决于厂商拥有的净财富水平。 | 刘康兵 Elmer Sterken 尹伯成 | 2007 | 世界经济文汇2007，，6： | 6 |
