| 2 | Genome differentiation in Magonoliaceae as revealed from meiotic pairing in interspecific and intergeneric hybrids显示文摘The cross compatibility within and between Yulania Spach and Michelia L.(Magnoliaceae) is relatively good and various such hybrids,obtained by conventional artificial hybridization,are available.The aim of the present study was to determine the extent of genome differentiation between the species involved in these crosses through the observation of chromosome pairing during meiosis in pollen mother cells(PMCs) of the hybrids.Chromosome pairing behavior was studied in five species(2n = 38) and two interspecific hybrids of Michelia,eight species(2n = 38,76 and 114) and 10 interspecific hybrids of Yulania,and three intergeneric hybrids between Michelia and Yulania.The results showed that chromosome pairing was normal with bivalent formation in diploid parental species and in interspecific hybrids.In addition to bivalents,multivalents were encountered in polyploid parental species and polyploid interspecific hybrids.In the intergeneric hybrids between a tetraploid Yulania and two diploid Michelia,19 chromosomes,most likely originating from Michelia,were unable to synapse from zygotene to metaphase I.Meiotic chromosome pairing indicated a high degree of homology between species within Michelia and Yulania and less homology between the genomes of these two genera.The differentiation of morphological characters and the distinctness of natural distribution also support the conclusion that these two genera are likely independent monophyletic groups.This suggests that the two genera were split at early evolution of Magnoliaceae and the overlapping characteristics in external morphology and internal structures of the two genera may be the result of parallel evolution or ancient common ancestry. | Shou-Zhou ZHANG Ya-Ling WANG Zi-Can HE Erland EJDER | 2011 | Journal of Systematics and Evolution2011，49，6： | 3 |
| 3 | Acute myocardial infarction and sub-acute stent thrombosis associated with occult essential thrombocythemia显示文摘A70-year-old female with no previous cardiac history presented with complaints of severe chest and back pain lasting for 20 minutes.She had a past history of type 2 diabetes mellitus for five years and hypertension for twenty years,but denied a history of hyperlipidemia,smoking or hemorrhagic disorder.There was no family history of coronary artery or hematologic disease.On physical examination,the blood pressure was 145/90 mmHg and the heart rate was 102 beats/min.Cardiac examination revealed normal S1 and S2 sounds.There were no murmors or clicks.The lungs were clear on auscultation.Hepatosplenomegaly or lymphadenopathy was not detected.Her electrocardiogram showed ST elevations in lead V1-V6,consistent with acute anterior MI and echocardiogram supported the diagnosis with a slight reduction in wall motion in the anterior region. | Zafer Isilak Mehmet Tezcan Murat Atalay Ejder Kardesoglu | 2014 | Chinese Medical Journal2014，，19： | 2 |

| 17 | 集装箱船双燃料发动机投资的环境与经济评价显示文摘In this study,environmental and economic examinations of Liquefied Natural Gas(LNG)investments are conducted.A year-long noon report data is received from a container ship and LNG conversion is performed.Savings from both the fuel expenses and the amount of the emissions are calculated and presented.To eliminate the fuel consumption uncertainties in future operation periods of the stated ship,different scenarios that simulate various fuel consumption statuses are created and analyzed within the Monte Carlo Simulation method.Lastly,calculations are made with two different time prices,approx.one and half year apart.As a result of the analyses,LNG can provide high environmental benefits since it reduces 99%for SOx,95%for PM10,95%for PM2.5,41%for CO_(2),and 82%for NOx,respectively.It is also determined that LNG investment is highly sensitive to fuel prices.In addition,the LNG usage can be beneficial for maritime companies in terms of marine policies such as paying carbon tax based on the expanding European Union Emission Trade System to maritime business.Still,it needs supportive carbon reduction method to comply with the maritime decarbonization strategy.This study has great importance in that the economic analysis way presented is able to adapt any alternative fuel system conversion for the maritime industry. | Çağlar Karatuğ Emir Ejder Mina Tadros Yasin Arslanoğlu | 2023 | 哈尔滨工程大学学报(英文版)2023，22，4： | 0 |
