8泡盛曲霉对高温环境中肉鸡生长性能和抗氧化能力的影响显示文摘文章旨在研究日粮中添加泡盛曲霉对处于高温环境下的雄性肉鸡生长性能和抗氧化能力的影响。试验将15日龄的雄性肉鸡24只随机分为两组,分别饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础日粮(对照组)和在基础日粮中添加泡盛曲霉0.05%。分别将6只肉鸡处于温度适中的条件下(22℃),6只处于热应激条件下(35℃),试验期15 d。饲喂泡盛曲霉处于22℃肉鸡的采食量下降,但其饲料转化率升高了;处于热应激状态的肉鸡体增重和饲料摄入量显著下降。饲喂泡盛曲霉对热应激状态下的肉鸡生长性能无有利影响。尽管泡盛曲霉组热应激条件下丙二醛(脂质过氧化的指标)含量增加,但泡盛曲霉可以降低22℃环境下肉鸡骨骼肌中丙二醛的含量。在热应激条件下,α-生育酚的含量降低,并且泡盛曲霉组的α-生育酚含量同样也减少。但两个条件下肝脏中的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶mRNA的表达量均有所增加。研究表明,饲喂泡盛曲霉可以通过改善抗氧化酶的表达来提高热应激状态下肉鸡的抗氧化能力。El-Deep M H Ijiri D Eid Y Z Yamanaka H Ohtsuka A 2014饲料博览2014,0,9:1
