| 1 | 广东省静脉吸毒者吸毒行为和性行为特征研究显示文摘目的 了解广东省艾滋病(AIDS)高危地区静脉吸毒者(IDUs)吸毒行为和性行为特征,为进一步的HIV/AIDS预防干预研究提供建议.方法 于2002年8月至2004年3月,对200名戒毒所内的静脉吸毒者进行面对面问卷调查.结果 200名IDUs年龄为20~29岁(53.0%),无业(42.5%),男性(83.5%),汉族(96.5%),初中及以下文化程度(86.5%).入所前30天使用的主要毒品是海洛因(99.5%),54%的人有多药滥用.首次吸毒年龄平均为22.79±4.87岁.注射过程中各种共用行为比率为22.0%~33.5%,79.4%的人经常重复使用一支针具.29.2%的人有多性伴,与固定和临时性伴性交从不使用安全套的比率分别为67.3%、25.7%.30%的女性有过以性换钱和换毒品行为,29.2%的男性有花钱买性服务.结论 广东省静脉吸毒者HIV感染相关危险行为普遍存在,包括直接和间接的针具共用行为及危险性行为.应进一步开展危险行为的形成与降低原因的研究,并针对特定的高危行为采取合理的预防干预措施. | 林鹏 付笑冰 李江虹 王晔 钟文龙 Merrill Singer Michael Duke 许锐恒 杨放 刘勇鹰 赵茜茜 何群 孙宝山 陈茂于 范湛丽 黄丽英 | 2006 | 中国艾滋病性病2006，12，2： | 19 |
| 2 | 广东省静脉吸毒人群吸毒行为及针具共用影响因素的定性研究显示文摘目的 确定吸毒及针具共用的影响因素 ,为在中国静脉吸毒者中开展预防针具共用和艾滋病工作提供参考。方法 于 2 0 0 2~ 2 0 0 3年在江门市戒毒所和社区招募静脉吸毒者 ,对每名吸毒者进行约 2h的深入访谈 ,利用NUD IST4 0定性分析软件对访谈记录进行整理、编码、主题归类和分析。结果 共对 5 3名静脉吸毒者进行了深入访谈 ,94 9%的吸毒者首次吸毒年龄为 10~ 2 9岁 ,98 1%首次吸毒的方式为口吸 ;吸毒的主要原因是结交了吸毒的朋友、负性生活事件影响及好奇心的驱使 ;从口吸转为注射吸毒的主要原因是为了省钱及追求快感 ;针具共用的主要原因包括毒瘾发作时没有新针、买针困难、跟共用的人关系好、对自己的健康不关心、不知道共用针具的危害 ,尤其对间接共用针具的危害缺乏认识 ;戒毒失败的原因包括周围的环境因素及缺乏社会支持 ;30 8%的女性吸毒者存在卖淫问题。结论 针具的可及性差和对共用针具的危害缺乏认识是针具共用的主要原因 ,采取加强针具的市场营销及针具交换等减少危害的措施势在必行。 | 杨放 林鹏 王晔 李江虹 付笑冰 钟文龙 刘勇鹰 何群 赵茜茜 Michael Duke 孙宝山 许锐恒 | 2004 | 华南预防医学2004，30，6： | 10 |
| 3 | The origin, diversification and adaptation of a major mangrove clade (Rhizophoreae) revealed by whole-genome sequencing显示文摘Mangroves invade some very marginal habitats for woody plants—at the interface between land and sea.Since mangroves anchor tropical coastal communities globally, their origin, diversification and adaptation are of scientific significance, particularly at a time of global climate change. In this study, a combination of single-molecule long reads and the more conventional short reads are generated from Rhizophora apiculata for the de novo assembly of its genome to a near chromosome level. The longest scaffold, N50 and N90 for the R. apiculata genome, are 13.3 Mb, 5.4 Mb and 1.0 Mb, respectively. Short reads for the genomes and transcriptomes of eight related species are also generated. We find that the ancestor of Rhizophoreae experienced a whole-genome duplication ~70 Myrs ago, which is followed rather quickly by colonization and species diversification. Mangroves exhibit pan-exome modifications of amino acid(AA) usage as well as unusual AA substitutions among closely related species. The usage and substitution of AAs, unique among plants surveyed, is correlated with the rapid evolution of proteins in mangroves. A small subset of these substitutions is associated with mangroves' highly specialized traits(vivipary and red bark) thought to be adaptive in the intertidal habitats. Despite the many adaptive features, mangroves are among the least genetically diverse plants, likely the result of continual habitat turnovers caused by repeated rises and falls of sea level in the geologically recent past. | 5 | Classification of grapefruit peel diseases using color texture feature analysis显示文摘Technologies that can efficiently identify citrus diseases would assure fruit quality and safety and minimize losses for citrus industry.This research was aimed to investigate the potential of using color texture features for detecting citrus peel diseases.A color imaging system was developed to acquire RGB images from grapefruits with normal and five common diseased peel conditions(i.e.,canker,copper burn,greasy spot,melanose,and wind scar).A total of 39 image texture features were determined from the transformed hue(H),saturation(S),and intensity(I)region-of-interest images using the color co-occurrence method for each fruit sample.Algorithms for selecting useful texture features were developed based on a stepwise discriminant analysis,and 14,9,and 11 texture features were selected for three color combinations of HSI,HS,and I,respectively.Classification models were constructed using the reduced texture feature sets through a discriminant function based on a measure of the generalized squared distance.The model using 14 selected HSI texture features achieved the best classification accuracy(96.7%),which suggested that it would be best to use a reduced hue,saturation and intensity texture feature set to differentiate citrus peel diseases.Average classification accuracy and standard deviation were 96.0%and 2.3%,respectively,for a stability test of the classification model,indicating that the model is robust for classifying new fruit samples according to their peel conditions.This research demonstrated that color imaging and texture feature analysis could be used for classifying citrus peel diseases under the controlled laboratory lighting conditions. | Dae Gwan Kim Thomas F.Burks Jianwei Qin Duke M.Bulanon | 2009 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2009，2，3： | 5 |
