| 1 | 3D Printed Integrated Gradient-Conductive MXene/CNT/Polyimide Aerogel Frames for Electromagnetic Interference Shielding with Ultra-Low Reflection显示文摘Construction of advanced electromagnetic interference(EMI)shielding materials with miniaturized,programmable structure and low reflection are promising but challenging.Herein,an integrated transition-metal carbides/carbon nanotube/polyimide(gradient-conductive MXene/CNT/PI,GCMCP)aerogel frame with hierarchical porous structure and gradient-conductivity has been constructed to achieve EMI shielding with ultra-low reflection.The gradient-conductive structures are obtained by continuous 3D printing of MXene/CNT/poly(amic acid)inks with different CNT contents,where the slightly conductive top layer serves as EM absorption layer and the highly conductive bottom layer as reflection layer.In addition,the hierarchical porous structure could extend the EM dissipation path and dissipate EM by multiple reflections.Consequently,the GCMCP aerogel frames exhibit an excellent average EMI shielding efficiency(68.2 dB)and low reflection(R=0.23).Furthermore,the GCMCP aerogel frames with miniaturized and programmable structures can be used as EMI shielding gaskets and effectively block wireless power transmission,which shows a prosperous application prospect in defense industry and aerospace. | Tiantian Xue Yi Yang Dingyi Yu Qamar Wali Zhenyu Wang Xuesong Cao Wei Fan Tianxi Liu | 2023 | Nano-Micro Letters2023,15,3: | 5 |
| 2 | Neuroprotective effects of Ginkgo biloba dropping pills in Parkinson's disease显示文摘Parkinson's disease(PD) is the second most common neurodegenerative disease in the world;however,it lacks effective and safe treatments. Ginkgo biloba dropping pill(GBDP), a unique Chinese G. biloba leaf extract preparation, exhibits antioxidant and neuroprotective effects and has a potential as an alternative therapy for PD. Thus, the aims of this study were to evaluate the effects of GBDP in in vitro and in vivo PD models and to compare the chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of GBDP and the G. biloba extract EGb 761. Using liquid chromatography tandem-mass spectrometry, 46 GBDP constituents were identified. Principal component analysis identified differences in the chemical profiles of GBDP and EGb 761. A quantitative analysis of 12 constituents showed that GBDP had higher levels of several flavonoids and terpene trilactones than EGb 761, whereas EGb 761 had higher levels of organic acids.Moreover, we found that GBDP prevented 6-hydroxydopamine-induced dopaminergic neuron loss in zebrafish and improved cognitive impairment and neuronal damage in methyl-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine-induced PD mice. Although similar effects were observed after EGb 761 treatment,the neuroprotective effects were greater after GBDP treatment on several endpoints. | 3 | High-speed and high-power germanium photodetector with a lateral silicon nitride waveguide显示文摘Up to now, the light coupling schemes of germanium-on-silicon photodetectors(Ge-on-Si PDs) could be divided into three main categories:(1) vertical(or normal-incidence) illumination, which can be from the top or back of the wafer/chip, and waveguide-integrated coupling including(2) butt coupling and(3) evanescent coupling. In evanescent coupling the input waveguide can be positioned on top, at the bottom, or lateral to the absorber. Here,to the best of our knowledge, we propose the first concept of Ge-on-Si PD with double lateral silicon nitride(Si_(3)N_(4)) waveguides, which can serve as a novel waveguide-integrated coupling configuration: double lateral coupling. The Ge-on-Si PD with double lateral Si_(3)N_(4) waveguides features uniform optical field distribution in the Ge region, which is very beneficial to improving the operation speed for high input power. The proposed Ge-on-Si PD is comprehensively characterized by static and dynamic measurements. The typical internal responsivity is evaluated to be 0.52 A/W at an input power of 25 mW. The equivalent circuit model and theoretical 3 dB optoelectrical(OE) bandwidth investigation of Ge-on-Si PD with lateral coupling are implemented. Based on the small-signal(S21) radio-frequency measurements, under 4 mA photocurrent, a 60 GHz bandwidth operating at-3 V bias voltage is demonstrated. When the photocurrent is up to 12 mA, the 3 dB OE bandwidth still has 36 GHz. With 1 mA photocurrent, the 70, 80, 90, and 100 Gbit/s non-return-to-zero(NRZ) and 100,120, 140, and 150 Gbit/s four-level pulse amplitude modulation clear openings of eye diagrams are experimentally obtained without utilizing any offline digital signal processing at the receiver side. In order to verify the highpower handling performance in high-speed data transmission, we investigate the eye diagram variations with the increase of photocurrents. The clear open electrical eye diagrams of 60 Gbit/s NRZ under 20 mA photocurrent are also obtained. | 4 | Enantioseletive bioaccumulation of tebuconazole in earthworm Eisenia fetida显示文摘Methods of extraction and determination of tebuconazole enantiomers in earthworm(Eisenia fetida)were developed by capillary electrophoresis(CE)and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Both CE and HPLC have excellent resolution and recovery.The linearity ranges were 2.9-102.4mg/kg and 3.0-99.6mg/kg for(+)-R-tebuconazole and(-)-S-tebuconazole respectively in CE,and from 0.56 to 1000mg/kg for both enantiomers in HPLC.Enantioselective bioaccumulation in earthworms from soil was investigated under laboratory condition at concentrations of 10 and 50 mg/kg dw in soil.The uptake kinetics of(+)-R-tebuconazole fitted the firstorder kinetics well with r2 0.97 and 0.94 under 10 and 50mg/kg dw exposure condition,respectively,while(-)-S-tebuconazole with r 2 0.75 and 0.22 did not show the same.Bioaccumulation of tebuconazole in earthworm tissues was enantioselective with a preferential accumulation of(+)-R-tebuconazole.The(+)-R-tebuconazole might also have biomagnifying effect potential in earthworm food chain with biota-sediment accumulation factor(BSAF) of 1.64kg OC/kg lip in 10 mg/kg dw exposure group and 2.61kg OC/kg lip in 50mg/kg dw exposure group from soil to earthworm after 36 days.Although(-)-S-tebuconazole shares the same physicochemical properties with(+)-R-tebuconazole,it did not biomagnify.BSAFs of(-)-S-tebuconazole were 0.50kg OC/kg lip(10 mg/kg dw tebuconazole exposure) and 0.28kg OC/kg lip(50mg/kg dw tebuconazole exposure) after 36 days,which was possibly owing to biotransformation or metabolism in earthworm tissues. | Dingyi Yu Jianzhong Li Yanfeng Zhang Huili Wang Baoyuan Guo Lin Zheng | 2012 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2012,24,12: | 2 |
| 5 | Clinical characteristics and prognosis of pulmonary inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor:An over 10-year retrospective analysis显示文摘Importance:Pulmonary inflammatory myofibroblastic tumors(PIMTs)are primary lung tumors in children.Misdiagnosis easily occurs because of the nonspecific clinical manifestations,laboratory examination results,and imaging findings in affected patients.Objective:To summarize the clinical characteristics,diagnosis,and prognosis of children with PIMTs.Methods:This retrospective analysis included 23 children with PIMTs who received treatment in our hospital from January 2008 to January 2019.The clinical manifestations,laboratory examination results,and computed tomography findings were retrospectively analyzed.Results:The population included 13 boys and 10 girls,with a median age at onset of 78 months(range,10-126 months).Fourteen patients had PIMT lesions in the right lung and nine patients had PIMT lesions in the left lung.The surgical procedures included pulmonary wedge resection,pulmonary lobectomy,and total pneumonectomy.The median operation time was 115 min(range,45-235 min);the median intraoperative blood loss volume was 30 mL(range,3-500 mL).During the operation,one patient each had pulmonary hemorrhage,vena cava hemorrhage,and thoracic duct injury.Postoperative complications included pulmonary embolism in one patient and tumor recurrence in two patients;neither of these complications recurred after reoperation.The median follow-up period was 49 months(range,2-127 months).Interpretation:Children with PIMTs exhibited good prognoses and primarily underwent surgical resection as treatment.Complete preoperative evaluation should be performed in affected patients. | Na Zhang Qi Zeng Chenghao Chen Jie Yu Dong Yan ChangqiXu Dingyi Liu Qian Zhang Xu Zhang | 2020 | Pediatric Investigation2020,4,3: | 1 |
| 6 | High Permeability of Boron along the Transverse Direction of Wood under High-Voltage Electrostatic Field (HVEF) Treatment显示文摘Permeability of wood preservative is one of the most significant factors for protection of wood construction.Ani-sotropic flow permeability was involved in different directions of wood with higher flow resistance in the trans-verse and lower longitudinal directions.In this study,boron acid solution was brushed onto the tangential section of air-dried wood cubes and boron penetration along wood transverse direction was investigated under free dif-fusion,vacuum and HVEF treatments.Multi-scale boron distribution,FTIR measurement,leaching property,mechanical properties and fungistatic characteristic were investigated for free diffusion,vacuum and HVEF trea-ted samples respectively.The results revealed that boron exhibited high permeability along the transverse direc-tion with the penetration depth of≈35 mm for HVEF treated samples and≈1 mm for free diffusion and vacuum treated samples.For HVEF treated samples,no significant decrease of hardness,compression modulus of elasti-city and strength were found in the treated samples.Better fungistatic characteristic was showcased in HVEF trea-ted samples exposed to white rot fungi.Thus,HVEF treatment has a positive effect on boron permeability and the improvement of penetration depth of preservatives hence playing a significant role in wood protection and prolonging the service life of wood construction. | Daiyuan Zhang Qian He Baocong Du Junbao Yu Xudong Zhu Dingyi Yang Shengcai Li Tianyi Zhan Liming Shen Zhiqiang Wang Xiaoning Lu | 2022 | Journal of Renewable Materials2022,10,3: | 1 |

| 8 | Enhanced visible-light photocatalytic hydrogen evolution using two-dimensional carbon nitride sheets with the removal of amine groups显示文摘Two-dimensional(2D)carbon nitride sheets(CNs)with atomically thin structures are regarded as one of the most promising materials for solar energy conversion.However,due to their substantially enlarged bandgap caused by the strong quantum size effect and their incomplete polymerisation with a large number of non-condensed surface amino groups,the practical applicability of CNs in photocatalysis is limited.In this study,CNs with broad visible-light absorption were synthesised using a 5-min fast thermal annealing.The removal of uncondensed amine groups reduces the bandgap of CNs from 3.06 eV to 2.60 eV,increasing their absorption of visible light.Interestingly,the CNs were distorted after annealing,which can differentiate the spatial positions of electrons and holes,enhancing the visible-light absorption efficiency.As a result,when exposed to visible light,the photocatalytic hydrogen production activity of atomically thin 2D CNs rose by 8.38 times.This research presents a dependable and speedy method for creating highly effective visible-light photocatalysts with narrowed bandgaps and improved visible-light absorption. | Yu Zhang Liting Wu Shaopeng Wang Dingyi Yang Huan Liang Yizhang Wu Jian Hao Youqing Wang Jianke Liu Yong Wang | 2024 | Chinese Chemical Letters2024,35,2: | 0 |
| 9 | 408 Gbit/s PAM-8 sidewall-doped germanium-silicon photodetector显示文摘Based on the 90 nm silicon photonics commercial foundry,sidewall-doped germanium-silicon photodetectors(PDs)are designed and fabricated.The large designed overlap between the optical field and electric field achieves high responsivity while retaining high-speed performance.Even including the loss due to optical fiber coupling,the PD demonstrates an external responsivity greater than 0.55 A/W for transverse magnetic(TM)polarization and 0.65 A/W for transverse electric(TE)polarization at 1530 nm.A flat responsivity spectrum of>0.5 A/W is achieved up to 1580 nm for both polarizations.Their internal responsivities can exceed 1 A/W in the C+L optical communication bands.Furthermore,with the aid of a 200 mm wafer-level test and analysis,the overall PDs of 26 reticles have a 3 dB optoelectrical bandwidth>50 GHz and a dark current<10 nA at a-3 V bias voltage.Finally,the eye diagram performances under TE and TM polarizations,various modulation formats,and different input wavelengths are comprehensively investigated.The clear open electrical eye diagrams up to 120,130,140,and 150 Gbit/s nonreturn-to-zero are experimentally attained at a photocurrent of 1 m A.To the best of our knowledge,this is the first time that single-lane direct detection of record-high-speed 200,224,256,and290 Gbit/s four-level pulse amplitude modulation(PAM)and 300,336,384,and 408 Gbit/s eight-level PAM optical signals has been experimentally achieved. | XIAO HU DINGYI WU YE LIU DAIGAO CHEN LEI WANG XI XIAO SHAOHUA YU | 2023 | Photonics Research2023,11,6: | 0 |
| 10 | Synthesis and luminescent properties of a Schiff-base-boron-quinacridone compound显示文摘A novel Schiff-base-boron-quinacridone compound (4) has been synthesized. The absorption and emission properties of 4 have been studied carefully. Experimental results demonstrated that the in-troduction of Schiff-base-boron moieties could suppress the aggregation of molecules 4 in solution and enhance the photoluminescent efficiency in relatively high concentration solution.
