| 14 | Study on l uidity of squeeze cast AZ91D magnesium alloy with dif erent wall thicknesses显示文摘Rectangular cross-section specimens with different section thicknesses were prepared to study the infl uences of pouring temperature, mould temperature and squeeze velocity on the fl uidity of squeeze cast AZ91D magnesium alloy by means of orthogonal test design method. The results show that pouring temperature, mould temperature and squeeze velocity can significantly affect the fluidity of magnesium alloy specimens with wall thickness no more than 4 mm, and the pouring temperature is the most infl uential factor on the fl uidity of specimens with wall thickness of 1, 2 and 3 mm, while mould temperature is the one for specimens with wall thickness of 4 mm. Increasing pouring temperature between 700 °C and 750 °C is benefi cial to the fl uidity of AZ91D magnesium alloy, and increasing mould temperature signifi cantly enhances the fi lling ability of thick(3 and 4 mm) section castings. The fl uidity of squeeze cast magnesium alloy increases with the increase of wall thickness. It is not recommended to produce magnesium alloy casting with wall thickness of smaller than 3 mm by squeeze cast process due to the poor fl uidity. | 18 | Dynamical Simulation of Cornea Deformation in Laser Surgery显示文摘A dynamical simulation method is presented to model the cornea deformation in surgery of laser thermokeratoplasty. The virtual cornea is constructed as a mass-spring system. The corneal surface tension is simulated by damping spring stretch between mass points on the cornea model. The aqueous humor in the eyeball is modeled as ideal gas, and the intraocular pressure is simulated by gas pressure. The coagulation force is exerted on each photocoagulation spot to demonstrate its collapse caused by the condensation of corneal soft tissue irradiated by laser. An extra viscous drag force is added to each mass point to weaken the mass point oscillation. The use of the effective time-corrected Verlet integral method brings about flowing and stable dynamic simulation procedures. The simulation results show that, comparing to the undeformed model, the curvature of the region between the optical center and photocoagulation spot increases obviously. | 19 | Effect factors of wear particles deposition in the ferrogram based on grey relative analysis显示文摘In this paper, a lot of ferrographic experiments have been made by means of rotary fer-rograph and ferroscope. The oil sample of the experiments has been collected from slip diesel en-gines. The data of the experiments has been analyzed based on grey relative analysis and relativeorder. The result of grey relative analysis shows that the effect of the dilution ratio of the oil sampleis the most key factor, in which the volume and the dilution ratio of the oil sample, and the effect ofthe rotation speed of the magnetic disc on the deposition state of wear particles are investigated.This conclusion is in accordance with the orthogonal experiment based on the same oil sample.
