| 1 | A Review on Pharmacological and Analytical Aspects of Naringenin显示文摘Flavonoids are a widely distributed group of phytochemicals having benzo-pyrone nucleus, and more than 4,000 different flavonoids have been described and categorized into flavonols, flavones, flavanones, isoflavones, catechins and anthocyanidins. Flavonoids occurs naturally in fruits, vegetables, nuts, and beverages such as coffee, tea, and red wine, as well as in medical herbs. Flavonoids are responsible for the different colors of plant parts and are important constituents of the human diet. Flavanoids have different pharmacological activities, such as antioxidant, anti-allergic, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, antimutagenic and anticancer activity. Naringenin belongs to the flavanones and is mainly found in fruits(grapefruit and oranges) and vegetables. Pharmacologically, it has anticancer, antimutagenic, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antiproliferative and antiatherogenic activities. Naringenin is used for the treatments of osteoporosis, cancer and cardiovascular diseases, and showed lipid-lowering and insulin-like properties. In the present review, detailed pharmacological and analytical aspects of naringenin have been presented, which revealed the impressive pharmacological profile and the possible usefulness in the treatment of different types of diseases in the future. | 3 | 舒芬太尼复合罗哌卡因用于硬膜外无痛分娩的临床观察显示文摘目的探讨舒芬太尼复合罗哌卡因用于连续硬膜外无痛分娩的效果和安全程度。方法将2018年12月至2019年4月期间昆明医科大学附属延安医院100例在产房正常待产的初产妇随机分为2组(n=50例),实验组常规于L2~3间隙行连续硬膜外穿刺,试验量后头侧置硬膜外管4cm接PCEA泵,协助产妇平卧位后给予舒芬太尼复合罗哌卡因的首剂量和维持剂量,对照组产妇实施常规阴道分娩。观察2组产妇硬膜外自控镇痛效果、产程时间、出血量和新生儿Apgar评分情况,记录是否需要助产和紧急更改剖宫产,是否出现产后出血和胎儿窘迫等不良事件。结果 2组产妇的年龄、身高、体重、孕周值比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),实验组产妇分娩镇痛效果的优良率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),2组产妇出血量和新生儿Apgar评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),实验组产妇第一产程和第二产程时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05),实验组产妇出现需要阴道助产、紧急更改剖宫产和产后出血的比例明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论舒芬太尼复合罗哌卡因用于连续硬膜外无痛分娩,镇痛效果显著,能够显著缩短产程时间,提高产妇自然分娩率,降低分娩过程中不良事件的发生率,可以安全有效地应用于临床。 | Dinesh Kumar Shrestha 刘萍 张富荣 | 2019 | 昆明医科大学学报2019,40,10: | 20 |

| 8 | Antidiabetic activity of methanolic bark extract of Alhizia odoratissima Benth.in alloxan induced diabetic albino mice显示文摘Objective:To evaluate the antidiabetic potential of methanolic extract of Albizia odoratissima Benth.bark in alloxan induced diabetic mice.Methods:Group-Ⅰ(normal control) mice received only basal diet without any treatment.In Group-Ⅱ(Diabetic control) mice,diabetes was induced by alloxan(150 mg/kg i.p.) and received only Tween 80.5%v/v in normal saline. (Violaceae).显示文摘Objective:To investigate the naturally occurring antioxidant for the first time from the different solvent fractions of Hybanthus enneaspermus(H.enneaspermus) Linn F.Muell.family(Violaceae). Methods:Different fractions of H.enneaspermus were tested for total phenolic content,and in vitro antioxidant activity was measured by total antioxidant assay,DPPH assay,reducing power, nitric oxide(NO),hydrogen peroxide(H2O2) scavenging assays.Results:The ethyl acetate(EA) fraction was found to have high levels of phenolic content[(212.15±0.79) mg GAE/g].The EA fraction exhibited higher total antioxidant capacity,higher percentage of DPPH radical scavenging activity[(127.07±2.29) Fg/mL],nitric oxide[(245.16±1.44)μg/mLJ,hydrogen peroxide[(227.38±7.18)μg/mL],deoxyribose[(270.61±8.72)μg/mL]and higher reducing power.There was a significant correlation between total phenolic content and total antioxidant activity(r =0.972). | 10 | Assessment of tumor markers CA 19-9,CEA,CA 125,and CA 242 for the early diagnosis and prognosis prediction of gallbladder cancer显示文摘BACKGROUND Gallbladder cancer(GBC)is one of the leading and aggressive cancers in this region of India.It is very difficult to diagnose in the early stage,as it lacks typical early signs and symptoms;thus,the diagnosis is often in the advanced stage,which ultimately leads to a poor 5-year survival outcome.Tumor markers including carbohydrate antigen 19-9(CA 19-9),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),CA 125,CA 242,and alpha fetoprotein are used as indicators in the diagnosis and prognosis of GBC.AIM To compare tumor marker levels between GBC and benign GB diseases(GBDs)and to assess the combined use of tumor markers to increase the diagnostic accuracy for GBC.METHODS Patients of either sex aged≥18 years,with suspected GBC(GB polyp,irregular thick GB wall,GB mass,porcelain GB)on the basis of radiological imaging were included in this study.GB wall thickness using ultrasonography and tumor markers CEA,CA 125,CA 19-9,and CA 242 in all patients were recorded.All cases after surgical intervention were divided into two groups,GBC and benign GBD,according to histopathological examination findings.The cases were followed up and clinical findings,radiological findings,and levels of tumor markers were assessed.RESULTS A total of 200 patients were included in this study,of whom 80 patients had GBC and 120 patients had benign GBD.The median(interquartile range)age was 52.0(41.0-60.0)years and the majority of patients(132,66.0%)were women.Tumor markers including CA 19-9,CA 125,CEA,and CA 242 were significantly elevated in patients with GBC(P<0.001).There was a significant reduction in tumor markers at 3 and 6 mo from baseline(P<0.001).The mean survival of patients with normal and elevated levels of tumor markers CA 125,CA 19-9,and CEA was comparable;however lymph node metastasis and CA 242 expression level were independent prognostic factors.CONCLUSION Serum levels of tumor markers including CA 19-9,CA 125,CEA,and CA 242 were significantly associated with GBC.However,no significant association was observed between the presence of elevated levels of any tumor marker with respect to survival.Tumor marker assessment during follow-up may represent a treatment response. | Seema Rani Sinha Prem Prakash Rakesh Kumar Singh Dinesh Kumar Sinha | 2022 | World Journal of Gastrointestinal Surgery2022,14,11: | 5 |
| 11 | Nanostructured porous polyaniline(PANI)coated carbon cloth(CC)as electrodes for flexible supercapacitor device显示文摘Nanostructured porous polyaniline(PANI)has been synthesized and coated simultaneously on a highly flexible and conductive carbon cloth(CC)substrate using a simple in-situ chemical oxidative polymerization technique.PANI coated CC(PANI-CC)based flexible electrodes were further used for the fabrication of flexible supercapacitor devices.For the comparison purpose,pure PANI has also been synthesized and tested for its electrochemical performance.The energy storage capacity of PANI and PANI–CC composite was investigated using electrochemical techniques like CV,GCD,and EIS in a potential range from 0 to 0.8 V in 1 M H_(2)SO_(4)electrolyte.PANI-CC flexible electrodes exhibited the highest specific capacitance of 691 F/g;whereas,pure PANI could only achieve 575 F/g of specific capacitance at 1 A/g.Composite also exhibited outstanding cyclic stability by recollecting 94%of its initial capacitance after 2000 GCD cycles.For actual implementation,a flexible supercapacitor device has been fabricated using stainless steel sheets and PANI-CC flexile electrodes.The energy storage performance of the PANI-CC flexible supercapacitor device was tested at several bending angles,which resulted in 72%of capacitance retention at a maximum bending angle of 140°compared to the capacitance obtained at an angle 0°(flat state).PANI-CC exhibited improved electrochemical performance than pure PANI due to the synergistic effect between PANI and CC.Here,CC helped in enhancing the conductivity and stability;whereas,PANI boosted the capacitance owing to its excellent porosity and fast pseudocapacitive charge storage response. | Dinesh J.Ahirrao Ajay Kumar Pal Vikalp Singh Neetu Jha | 2021 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,29: | 5 |
| 12 | Inhibitory effect of two Indian medicinal plants on aldose reductase of rat lens in vitro显示文摘Objective:To assesse the inhibitor) effect of alcoholic extract of two Indian medicinal plants namely Ceasalpinia digyna Rottler and.Alangium lamarckii Thwaits on aldose reductase(AR) of rat lens.Methods:Rats lens were enucleated through posterior approach and their homogenate was prepared and centrifuged to obtain a clear supernatant for the determination of AR activity and protein content.Results:The alcoholic extract of Ceasalpirda digyna and Alangium lamarckii had a potent inhibitory effect on the lens AR enzyme.The IC50 values of alcoholic extract of the selected plants were calculated and were(46.29±11.17) and(106.00±5.11)μg/mL,respectively. | 18 | Pedalium murex Linn.:An overview of its phytopharmacological aspects显示文摘Pedalium murex Linn(family:Pedaliaceae)(P.murex) commonly known as Large Caltrops and Gokhru(India) is a shrub found in the Southern part.Deccan region of India and in some parts of Ceylon.Different parts of the plant are used to treat various ailments like,cough,cold and as an antiseptic.Interestingly.P.murex is reported traditionally to have an excellent cure in patients with reproductive disorders which are mainly impotency in men.nocturnal emissions,gonorrhoea as well as leucorrhoea in women.The plant has also benifiled in complications like urinary track disorder as well as gastro intestinal tract disorders.Phytochemically the plant is popular for the presence of a considerable amount of diosgenin and vanillin which are regarded as an important source and useful starting materials for synthesizing steroidal contraceptive drugs and isatin alkaloids.Other phytochemicals reported in the plant includes quercetin.ursolic acid,caffeic acid,amino acids(glycine,histidine,tyrosine,threonine,aspartie acid and glutamic acid) and various classes of fatty acids(triacontanoic acid,nonacosane.tritriacontane.tetratriacontanyl and heptatriacontan-4-one).Pharmacologically,the plant have been investigated for antiulcerogenic. nephroprotective.hypolipidemic,aphrodisiac,antioxidant,antimicrobial and insecticidal activities.From all these reports it can be concluded that the plant were found to have a better profile with potential natural source for the treatment of various range of either acute or chronic disease.The overall database of our review article was collected from the scientific sources in regards with all the information ol the research article for P.murex published so far. | Dinesh Kumar Patel Damiki Laloo Rajesh Kumar Siva Hemalatha | 2011 | Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Medicine2011,4,9: | 3 |
| 19 | 鲍曼不动杆菌分子特征及其在替加环素压力下外排泵表达的变化显示文摘目的鲍曼不动杆菌是医院内感染常见的细菌。文中旨在分析其分子流行特征,检测外排泵和调节蛋白基因的携带率,并研究替加环素对外排泵和调节蛋白基因表达的影响。方法选取2017年5月至2019年3月江苏大学附属医院住院患者183株鲍曼不动杆菌。分为耐药组(一类及以上抗菌药物耐药的菌株,139株),敏感组(药敏试验中的药物均为非耐药的菌株,44株)。应用重复序列PCR作菌株的同源性分析,并以脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)为同源性分析的金标准对部分菌株进行验证和比较。PCR检测耐药相关基因。依据同源性分析、外排泵携带率检测及药敏试验结果,选取6株外排泵基因全携带但耐药表型不同的临床菌株作为实验株,包括敏感株(SAB)、多药耐药株(MDRAB)、广泛耐药株(XDRAB),进行替加环素体外诱导,诱导后的菌株为诱导组,以不含替加环素LB培养的相同菌株为对照组。检测AdeB、TetB等外排泵基因及AdeS、BaeS等调节蛋白的基因表达变化。结果同源性分析显示,183株临床分离株包含有45个克隆群。耐药组AdeB、TetB基因(97.84%、98.56%)检出率均高于敏感组(63.64%、20.45%),CraA、AbeM等基因亦高于敏感组(P<0.05)。替加环素诱导前MDRAB、XDRAB中AdeB(4.17±0.94、6.86±3.23)、TetB(13.06±0.38、13.96±0.63)表达较SAB(0.00±3.70、0.00±0.70)升高(P<0.05),MDRAB菌株中MacB、BaeS表达较SAB菌株亦升高(P<0.05)。MDRAB、XDRAB菌株中AbaQ表达较SAB菌株降低(P<0.05)。诱导组AdeB、TetB在各菌株的表达较对照组明显升高(P<0.01);除SAB1菌株外,AbaQ、AbeM在其余菌株中的表达较对照组明显升高(P<0.05);AdeS在SAB1、SAB2、MDRAB1、XDRAB2菌株中的表达较对照组升高(P<0.05);负调节蛋白SoxR在SAB1、XDRAB1菌株中表达较对照组降低(P<0.05)。结论AdeB、TetB、AbeS、AdeS、BaeS在临床鲍曼不动杆菌多药耐药过程中发挥着重要的作用,其中AdeB和TetB在菌株对替加环素耐药过程中的作用尤为明显,可能是替加环素耐药的优势外排泵基因。 | 程建军 Kesavan Dinesh Kumar 阴晴 王慧璇 蔡伟 陈建国 苏兆亮 许化溪 | 2020 | 医学研究生学报2020,33,1: | 3 |
