| 2 | 基于灰色关联分析与SA-PSO-Elman结合的地震直接经济损失评估显示文摘对地震灾害造成的损失进行评估是国家采取应急救援和灾后援建工作的重要依据。为快速评估地震灾害引起的直接经济损失,提出一种基于灰色关联分析与模拟退火-粒子群-Elman神经网络(SA-PSO-Elman)结合的地震灾害直接经济损失评估模型。该模型先采用灰色关联分析方法客观地选出地震灾害直接经济损失的主要影响因素,即为Elman神经网络的输入,然后将全局寻优能力强及收敛速度快的粒子群算法与能跳出局部极值的模拟退火算法相结合来优化Elman神经网络的权值和阀值,最后将训练好的Elman神经网络运用到地震灾害直接经济损失评估中。通过仿真试验结果表明:该混合算法优化的Elman神经网络模型比Elman神经网络模型和PSOElman神经网络模型具有更高的预测精度和收敛速度。 | 宗学军 李强 杨忠君 何戡 Dimiter Velev | 2016 | 安全与环境工程2016，23，2： | 3 |
| 3 | A data-based photonuclear simulation algorithm for determining specific activity of medical radioisotopes显示文摘For simulating more accurately neutron or proton production from photonuclear reactions,a data-based photonuclear reaction simulation algorithm has been developed.Reliable photonuclear cross sections from evaluated or experimental database are chosen as input data.For checking the validity of the use of the data-based photonuclear algorithm,benchmarking simulations are presented in detail.We calculate photonuclear cross sections or reaction yield for ~9Be,^(48)Ti,^(133)Cs,and ^(197)Au and compare them with experimental data in the region of incident photon energy below ~30 MeV.While Geant4 can hardly reproduce photonuclear experimental data,results obtained from the data-based photonuclear algorithm are found in good agreement with experimental measurements.Potential application in estimation of specific activity of radioisotopes is further discussed.We conclude that the developed data-based photonuclear algorithm is suitable for an accurate prediction of photoninduced neutron or proton productions. | Wen Luo Dimiter L.Balabanski Dan Filipescu | 2016 | Nuclear Science and Techniques2016，27，5： | 3 |
| 4 | Characterization of inflammation and insulin resistance in high-fat diet-induced male C57BL/6J mouse model of obesity显示文摘Background: Animal models of diet-induced obesity(DIO) are commonly used in medical research for mimicking human diseases. There is no universal animal model, and careful evaluation of variety of factors needs to be considered when designing new experiments. Here, we investigated the effect of 9 weeks high-fat diet(HFD) intervention, providing 60% energy from fat, on parameters of inflammation and insulin resistance in male C57 BL/6 J mice.Methods: Six weeks old mice were initiated on regular diet(RD) or HFD providing 60 kcal energy from fat for 9 weeks. Fasting blood glucose levels were measured by glucometer, and fasting plasma levels of insulin and proinflammatory cytokines by Luminex assay. Insulin sensitivity was evaluated by using QUICKI and HOMA2 indexes.Results: HFD mice showed ~ 40% higher body weight and ~ 20% larger abdominal circumference, due to an increase in the white adipose tissue mass. Liver examination revealed increased size and higher hepatic lipid accumulation in livers from HFD mice compared to their RD counterparts. Animals from the HFD group were characterized with significantly higher presence of crown-like structures(CLS) in WAT and higher plasma levels of proinflammatory cytokines(TNF-α, IL-6, leptin, MCP-1, PAI-1, and resistin). HFD-fed mice also demonstrated impaired insulin sensitivity(lower QUICKI, higher HOMA-insulin resistance(HOMA-IR), and lower HOMA-percent sensitivity(HOMA-%S)) index values.Conclusion: Male C57 BL/6 J mice on 9 weeks HFD providing 60 kcal energy from fat display impaired insulin sensitivity and chronic inflammation, thus making this DIO mouse model appropriate for studies of early stages of obesity-related pathology. | Dimiter Avtanski Valentin A.Pavlov Kevin J.Tracey Leonid Poretsky | 2019 | Animal Models and Experimental Medicine2019，2，4： | 3 |

| 9 | Thixotropy of Systems with Shear Thinning and Plastic Flow Behavior显示文摘The definition of the thixotropy is a decrease in viscosity with time in shear and a subsequent recovery of viscosity after the shear deformation is removed.We used therefore start-up experiments with constant shear rates and can speak consequently of shear stress instead of viscosity.The shear stress increases sharply at the beginning of the stress growth experiment,passes an overshoot and begins to decrease up to the steady state shear stress.We can assume that a stress growth curve with an overshoot points out to thixotropic behavior.After the steady state shear stress is reached,the shear deformation is stopped,and the stress relaxation begins.It is to be expected that the shear stress will recover after the stress relaxation.Systems with shear thinning and plastic flow behavior were examined.The thixotropy is discussed in relation to the flow behavior.Stress growth experiments were performed with shear rates from the first Newtonian region and from the shear thinning region of the systems with shear thinning flow behavior.Stress start-up experiments were carrying out with shear rates from the first and second yield stress regions and from the transition section of a system with plastic flow behavior. | Dimiter Hadjistamov | 2019 | 材料科学与工程(中英文B版)2019，9，2： | 1 |
