1高碳水化合物、高饱和脂肪饮食诱导代谢综合征大鼠的饱和脂肪分布、肝脏低密度脂蛋白受体表达情况显示文摘'脂质假说'确定饱和脂肪酸(SFA)提高低密度脂蛋白胆固醇,从而增加代谢综合征(MetS)的风险。本研究的目的是探讨亚慢性戒断高碳水化合物、高饱和脂肪(HCHF)对MetS的影响,以及有害SFA饮食(C120月桂酸;C140肉豆蔻酸;C160棕榈酸;C180硬脂酸)对肝、白色脂肪组织(Wat)和粪便的影响。长时间饲喂HCHF饲料诱导MetS大鼠作为人类MetS模型。MetS诱导大鼠在16周试验的最后4周变为基础日粮。分析靶组织和肝脏低密度脂蛋白受体(LDLr)SFA表达。通过分析SFA含量变化,戒断HCHF饲料后,WAT和肝脏中C160和C180含量减少。饲喂HCHF饲料时,粪便中C120含量极显著降低,而戒断后极显著增加(P<0.01)。戒断后,肝脏LDLr表达有所提高。长期饲喂HCHF饲料可导致的MetS可造成肝脏和WAT中SFA的累积,降低SFA的排泄,减少肝脏LDLr表达,而戒断后显著逆转。本试验有助于更好地了解MetS期间食物中SFA的代谢过程,有助于通过营养成分的调整改善潜在并发症。Hazarika A Kalita H Kalita M C Devi R 2017饲料博览2017,0,8:2
