1Identification of long-range transport pathways and potential sources of PM2.5 and PM10 in Beijing from 2014 to 2015显示文摘Trajectory clustering, potential source contribution function(PSCF) and concentration-weighted trajectory(CWT) methods were applied to investigate the transport pathways and identify potential sources of PM_(2.5)and PM_(10) in different seasons from June 2014 to May 2015 in Beijing.The cluster analyses showed that Beijing was affected by trajectories from the south and southeast in summer and autumn. In winter and spring, Beijing was not only affected by the trajectories from the south and southeast, but was also affected by trajectories from the north and northwest. In addition, the analyses of the pressure profile of backward trajectories showed that backward trajectories, which have important influence on Beijing, were mainly distributed above 970 h Pa in summer and autumn and below 950 h Pa in spring and winter. This indicates that PM_(2.5)and PM_(10) were strongly affected by the near surface air masses in summer and autumn and by high altitude air masses in winter and spring. Results of PSCF and CWT analyses showed that the largest potential source areas were identified in spring, followed by winter and autumn,then summer. In addition, potential source regions of PM_(10) were similar to those of PM_(2.5). There were a clear seasonal and spatial variation of the potential source areas of Beijing and the airflow in the horizontal and vertical directions. 2New type of spherical pore Al alloy foam with low porosity and high strength显示文摘A computer system for displacement sensor is developed to obtain the real-time curve of the liquid porosity of molten Al alloy foam. The relationship between the curve of Pl-t and the change of the shape of the cells (spherical, similar spherical and polygonal) in the foaming process is analyzed. The changes of cell diameter and cell wall thickness are studied. And the the controlling methods of a new Al alloy foam with spherical pores, low porosity and high strength are developed on this basis. 3Deep Structural Framework and Genetic Analysis of Gold Concentration Areas in the Northwestern Jiaodong Peninsula, China: A New Understanding based on High-Resolution Reflective Seismic Survey显示文摘The gold concentration areas in the northwestern Jiaodong Peninsula constituted an important gold metallogenetic region in Eastern China during the Mesozoic. The deep geological bodies' texture characteristic is important for exploring the resources thoroughly and understanding the metallogenic process. The detailed textures were revealed using high-resolution seismic profiles through the three major ore-controlling structures-Sanshandao fault zone, Jiaojia fault zone and Zhaoping fault zone. This study aims to establish a deep structural framework of this area. Based on their formation mechanism, the fault structures developed in the area can be divided into regional and local fault structures. The structural styles are characterised by superimposing their compressional, strike-slip and extensional multi-stage activities. The crust is cut by vertical structures corresponding to a left-lateral strike-slip fault system on the surface. Nearby these structures are the arc-shape structures formed by multi-stage magma intrusions into the upper crust. Bounded by the Tancheng–Lujiang and Muping–Jimo fault zones, the current Jiaodong block, developed a series of NE-trending strike-slip fault systems, was probably formed by the assemblage of several obliquely aligned blocks. The intensive magmatism and hydrothermal activity between the blocks induced large-scale mineralisation. 5Statistical scenarios forecasting method for wind power ramp events using modified neural networks显示文摘Wind power ramp events increasingly affect the integration of wind power and cause more and more problems to the safety of power grid operation in recent years.Several forecasting techniques for wind power ramp events have been reported.In this paper,the statistical scenarios forecasting method is proposed for wind power ramp event probabilistic forecasting based on the probability generating model.Multi-objective fitness functions are established considering cumulative density functions and higher order moment autocorrelation functions with respect to the consistency of distribution and timing characteristics,respectively.Parameters of probability generating model are calculated by the iterative optimization using the modified genetic algorithm with multi-objective fitness functions.A number of statistical scenarios captured bands are generated accordingly.Eventually,ramp event probability characteristics are detected from scenarios captured bands to evaluate the ramp event forecasting method.A wind plant of Bonneville Power Administration with actual wind power data is selected for calculation and statistical analysis.It is shown that statistical results with multi-objective functions are more accurate than the results with single objective functions.Moreover,the statistical scenarios forecasting method can accurately estimate the characteristics of wind power ramp events.The results verify that the proposed method can guide the generation method of statistical scenarios and forecasting models for ramp events.Mingjian CUI Deping KE Di GAN Yuanzhang SUN 2015Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy2015,3,3:13

7Thermal decomposition kinetics of titanium hydride and Al alloy melt foaming process显示文摘A temperature programmed decomposition (TPD) apparatus with metal tube struc- ture, in which Ar is used as the carrier gas, is established and the TPD spectrum of titanium hy- dride is acquired. Using consulting table method (CTM), spectrum superposition method (SSM) and differential spectrum technique, TPD spectrum of titanium hydride is separated and a set of thermal decomposition kinetics equations are acquired. 8Calculation analysis of sustained casing pressure in gas wells显示文摘Sustained casing pressure (SCP) in gas wells brings a serious threat to worker safety and environmental protection. According to geological conditions, wellbore structure and cement data of gas wells in the Sichuan-Chongqing region, China, the position, time, environmental condition and the value of SCP have been analyzed. On this basis, the shape of the pressure bleed-down plot and pressure buildup plot were diagnosed and the mechanism of SCP has been clarified. Based on generalized annular Darcy percolation theory and gas-liquid two-phase fluid dynamics theory, a coupled mathematical model of gas migration in a cemented annulus with a mud column above the cement has been developed. The volume of gas migrated in the annulus and the value of SCP changing with time in a gas well in Sichuan have been calculated by this model. 9Effectiveness of Jinying capsule on pelvic inflammatory disease in patients with symptom pattern of damp and heat accumulation: a double-blinded, multicenter, randomized, placebo-controlled clinical trial显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the therapeutic effectiveness and safety of Jinying capsule on pelvic inflammatory disease(PID) in patients with symptoms identified as the pattern of damp and heat accumulation in terms of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM).METHODS: We conducted a double-blinded, multicenter, randomized, placebo-controlled clinical trial which included 155 patients diagnosed with PID and identified as symptom pattern of damp and heat accumulation. They were randomly divided into experimental group(n = 78) and control group(n = 77) according to a random number table. The treatment lasted for a period of 28 d. The experimental group was given Jinying capsules and oral levofloxacin plus oral metronidazole for first 7 d.They continued with Jinying capsules and levofloxacin placebo and metronidazole placebo for another 7 d. For the remaining 14 d, they continued with Jinying capsules only. Whereas, the control group was treated with oral levofloxacin and metronidazole and Jinying capsule placebo for the first 14 d in the same way as the experimental group and then continued with Jinying capsule placebo only for the remaining 14 d. The clinical efficacy was assessed using McCormack scale, TCM symptom pattern scores, physicochemical indexes including white blood cell and erythrocyte sedimentation rate, C-reaction protein, smear of vaginal discharge,and pelvic ultrasound.RESULTS: Comparing McCormack scale between both groups after treatment, the difference in curative effect between both groups was significant (P = 0.0269). The cure rate of the experimental group and control group is 76.32% and 59.46% respectively at week 4. Comparing TCM symptom pattern scores between both groups before and after treatment, the differences in total effective rate were both significant(P < 0.05). The curative effect rate of experimental group is 2.63% and 13.70% of the control group at week 1(P = 0.0131), and73.33% of the experimental group and 56.94% of the control group at week 4(P = 0.0369). No significant differences were found between the two groups on the Physicochemical indexes(all P >0.05). 10Study on Titanium Alloy TC4 Ballistic Penetration Resistance Part I:Ballistic Impact Tests显示文摘Ballistic impact test of different-scale casings is an efficient way to demonstrate the casing containment capability at the preliminary design stage of the engine. For the sake of studying the titanium alloy TC4 casing performance, the ballistic tests of flat and curved simulation casing are implemented by using two flat blades of different sizes as the projectile. The impact mechanism and failure of the target are discussed. Impact of the projectile is a highly nonlinear transient process with the large deformation of the target. On the impact, failures of the flat casing and the subscale casing are similar, concluding two parts, the global dishing and localized ductile tearing. The main localized failure mode combines plugging (shear) and petaling (shear) if the projectile perforates or penetrates, while crater (shear) if the projectile rebounds. 12Mechanism of low thermal conductivity of xonotlite-silica aerogel nanoporous super insulation material显示文摘In an effort to incorporate the low thermal conductivity of the silica aerogel and the superior structure strength of the xonotlite,a composite material of these two was produced. It was synthesized under vacuum condition and dried by supercritical drying technique. The thermal conductivity of the new material,which is at 298K with the gas pressure ranging from 1.01×105 to 1×10-2Pa,was measured using the transient hot-strip method. The mechanism of the low thermal conductivity was studied. The re-sults indicate that the low thermal conductivity mainly results from the significant decrease of gaseous thermal conductivity of the new material due to the restriction of the motion of gas molecules in its fine structures. 15Porcine Immunoglobulin Fc Fused P30/P54 Protein of African Swine Fever Virus Displaying on Surface of S. cerevisiae Elicit Strong Antibody Production in Swine显示文摘African swine fever virus(ASFV)infects domestic pigs and European wild boars with strong,hemorrhagic and high mortality.The primary cellular targets of ASFV is the porcine macrophages.Up to now,no commercial vaccine or effective treatment available to control the disease.In this study,three recombinant Saccharomyces cerevisiae(S.cerevisiae)strains expressing fused ASFV proteins-porcine Ig heavy chains were constructed and the immunogenicity of the S.cerevisiae-vectored cocktail ASFV feeding vaccine was further evaluated.To be specific,the P30-Fcγand P54-Fcαfusion proteins displaying on surface of S.cerevisiae cells were produced by fusing the Fc fragment of porcine immunoglobulin IgG1 or IgA1 with p30 or p54 gene of ASFV respectively.The recombinant P30-Fcγand P54-Fcαfusion proteins expressed by S.cerevisiae were verified by Western blotting,flow cytometry and immunofluorescence assay.Porcine immunoglobulin Fc fragment fused P30/P54 proteins elicited P30/P54-specific antibody production and induced higher mucosal immunity in swine.The absorption and phagocytosis of recombinant S.cerevisiae strains in IPEC-J2 cells or porcine alveolar macrophage(PAM)cells were significantly enhanced,too.Here,we introduce a kind of cheap and safe oral S.cerevisiae-vectored vaccine,which could activate the specific mucosal immunity for controlling ASFV infection.Chen Chen Deping Hua Jingxuan Shi Zheng Tan Min Zhu Kun Tan Lilin Zhang Jinhai Huang 2021Virologica Sinica2021,36,2:7
16Deformation failure mechanism and application of the backfill along the goaf-side retained roadway显示文摘In order to determine the rational width of backfill in the goaf-side retained roadway, the deformation failure mechanism of surrounding rock in retained roadway is studied in the use of theoretical analysis, numerical simulation, etc., when the width of backfill is different. The results show that: with the increase of backfill width, the roof deformation above the backfill decreases; the outside of backfill obviously suffers from greater stress compared to the inner side of backfill; the damage firstly appears in the intersection of top backfill and roof; the plastic failure area is mainly distributed in the roof and floor of inside the roadway; 2 m wide backfill in the goaf-side retained roadway can meet the requirements of roadway deformation. Based on the original combination support of 'anchor-mesh-belt-lock' in the haulage-track roadway, the study also considers the reinforced support of 'anchor-mesh-belt' above the backfill, and 50 m ahead of working face, and 200 m behind the working face. This kind of support achieves a good result. 17The Pattern of Policy Change on Disaster Management in China:A Bibliometric Analysis of Policy Documents, 1949–2016显示文摘This article presents a comprehensive review of China's policy system for the management of natural hazard-induced disasters from 1949 to 2016 through a quantitative bibliometric analysis of 5472 policy documents on such disasters. It identifies four phases of China's evolving disaster management system, which focused on agriculture, economic development, government and professional capacity building, and disaster governance,respectively. Characteristics of policies and contributing factors of policy change in each of the four phases are discussed in depth. 18Spherical foam growth in Al alloy melt显示文摘Due to the demand of high-tech Al alloy foam with spherical pores, high strength and high energy-absorption capacity has become one of the research foci. The aim of this study is to ascertain the growth regularity of spherical foam in Al alloy melt. Three-dimensional packing model such as face-centered cubic is established to study the spherical foam growth. Theoretical results are compared with experimental ones, and the face-centered cubic model corresponds well with the experiment. It is reasonable to assume that the pores have the same radius, the total pore number keeps unchanged and spherical foam grows with face-centered cubic packing mode. 19Hyaluronic acid facilitates bone repair effects of calcium phosphate cement by accelerating osteogenic expression显示文摘Calcium phosphate cements(CPC)are widely anticipated to be an optimum bone repair substitute due to its satisfied biocompatibility and degradability,suitable to be used in minimally invasive treatment of bone defects.However the clinical application of CPC is still not satisfied by its poor cohesiveness and mechanical properties,in particular its osteoinductivity.Hyaluronic acid reinforced calcium phosphate cements(HA/CPC)showed extroadinary potential not only enhancing the compressive strength of the cements but also significantly increasing its osteoinductivity.In our study,the compressive strength of HA/CPC increased significantly when the cement was added 1%hyaluronic acid(denoted as 1-HA/CPC).In the meantime,hyaluronic acid obviously promoted ALP activity,osteogenic related protein and mRNA expression of hBMSCs(human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells)in vitro,cement group of HA/CPC with 4%hyaluronic acid adding(denoted as 4-HA/CPC)showed optimal enhancement in hBMSCs differentiation.After being implanted in rat tibial defects,4-HA/CPC group exhibited better bone repair ability and bone growth promoting factors,comparing to pure CPC and 1-HA/CPC groups.The underlying biological mechanism of this stimulation for HA/CPC may be on account of higher osteogenic promoting factors secretion and osteogenic genes expression with hyaluronic acid incorporation.These results indicate that hyaluronic acid is a highly anticipated additive to improve physicochemical properties and osteoinductivity performance of CPCs for minimally invasive healing of bone defects.Xu Cui Chengcheng Huang Zhizhen Chen Meng Zhang Chunyu Liu Kun Su Jianyun Wang Li Li Renxian Wang Bing Li Dafu Chen Changshun Ruan Deping Wang William W.Lu Haobo Pan 2021Bioactive Materials2021,6,11:6
20Study on ballistic penetration resistance of titanium alloy TC4, Part II: Numerical analysis显示文摘Enhancing containment capability and reducing weight are always great concerns in the design of casings. Ballistic tests can help to mitigate a catastrophic event after a blade out, yet taking time and costing money. A wise way is to hunt for a validated numerical simulation technology, through which the material dynamic behavior over the strain rate range in the ballistic tests should be represented and reasonable failure strain should be defined. The simulation results show that the validation of the numerical simulation technology based on the test data can accurately estimate the absorption energy, describe the physical process and failure mode during the penetration, as well as the failure mechanism. It is found that energy dissipation of projectiles is in manner of compression stage, energy conversion stage, and interactive scrap stage. An effect indicator is proposed, where the factors of critical velocity including impact orientation and mass of projectiles and thickness of casings are considered.
