1Insulation Performance of CF3I-N2 Gas Mixtures as Alternative for SF6 in GIS/C-GIS显示文摘CF3I has been widely considered as a potential alternative for SF6,because it has low global warming potential(GWP)but an insulation capability that is 1.2 times greater than that of SF6.In this paper,the electron swarm parameters of CF3I and its gas mixture with N2,including the effective ionization coefficient and electron drift velocity,are examined theoretically through the Boltzmann equation method in the condition of steady-state Townsend(SST)experiments.Based on the derived data of the limiting field strength of CF3I-N2gas mixture,taking into consideration of environmental aspects such as GWP,ozone depletion potential(ODP),liquefaction temperature and toxicity,we studied the possibility of applying the gas mixture as the insulation medium in gas-insulated switchgears(GIS)or cubic type gas-insulated switchgears(C-GIS).It is found that CF3I-N2gas mixtures contained 30%~70%CF3I perform comprehensively better than pure SF6and compressed N2,and especially in medium and low voltage environments,the boiling point of CF3I-N2gas mixture meets the domestic and global requirements in mid-low latitude regions.Therefore we conclude that the gas mixture is acceptable for replacing SF6as the insulation medium in C-GISs.DENG Yunkun XIAO Dengming CHEN Jiong 2013高电压技术2013,39,9:25
2Breakdown Properties of Nano-SiO2/LDPE Composite显示文摘聚合物纳米复合介质的击穿强度与纳米填充颗粒的质量分数、粒径和表面处理密切相关。以不同表面处理的纳米SiO2颗粒为填料,制备了不同填充质量分数、粒径的纳米SiO2/低密度聚乙烯(low density polyethylene,LDPE)复合介质,测试了其在交流、直流正极性和直流负极性3种不同类型电场下的击穿场强。结果表明:在所研究范围内,填充纳米SiO2颗粒可以提高低密度聚乙烯的击穿场强,并且随着填充质量分数的增加,复合介质的击穿场强有升高的趋势。纳米颗粒填充质量分数相同时,在12~16am粒径下,复合介质的击穿场强有随纳米SiO2粒径的升高而降低的趋势;在7nm小粒径下,可能由于纳米颗粒容易团聚,导致击穿场强较粒径大时要低。另外,纳米SiO2颗粒表面经疏水性处理后,能够有效提高复合介质的击穿场强。LAN Li WU Jiandong JI Zheqiang WANG Qiaohua LI Zhe XIAO Dengming YIN Yi 2012中国电机工程学报2012,32,13:14

4Discrete element simulation of localized deformation in stochastic distributed granular materials显示文摘The deformation in granular material under loading conditions is a problem of great interest currently. In this paper,the micro-mechanism of the localized deformations in stochastically distributed granular materials is investigated based on the modi-fied distinct element method under the plane strain conditions,and the influences of the confining pressure,the initial void ratio and the friction coefficient on the localized deformation and the stability of granular materials are also studied. It is concluded,based on the numerical simulation testing,that two crossed shear sliding planes may occur inside the granular assembly,and deformation patterns vary with the increasing of transverse strain. These conclusions are in good agreement with the present experimental results. By tangential velocity profiles along the direction normal to the two shear sliding planes,it can be found that there are two different shear deformation patterns: one is the fluid-like shear mode and the other is the solid-like shear mode. 8Magnetic properties and microstructure of nanocrystalline bulk Nd-Fe-B with Ce-Co addition显示文摘The influence of Ce-Co alloy addition and sintering holding time on permanent magnetic properties and micro structure of nanocrystalline Nd-Fe-B bulk alloy were investigated.The coercivity of Nd-Fe-B bulk alloy can be enhanced greatly by more than 100% after adding Ce-Co powders.However,when the concentration of Ce-Co is up to 30 wt%,the density of the magnet can reach the maximum value of 7.58 g/cm^(3),but the coercivity does not increase significantly.On the other hand,with the increase of holding time to 10 min,the density and coercivity of magnets increase gradually,reaching up to 7.55 g/cm^(3) and 1134.3 kA/m,respectively.After the addition of Ce-Co alloy,Ce-Co may easily diffuse into the Nd-Fe-B matrix during hot-pressing and under the high pressure and temperature,thus increasing the content of grain boundary phase and the pinning effect of grain boundary,which leads to the increase of coercivity.The extension of the hot-pressing holding time may be more conducive to the diffusion of CeCo into the Nd-Fe-B matrix.In addition,the effect of Ce-Co addition on the magnetic properties of Nd-FeB with different content of rare earth was also studied.The addition of Ce-Co can effectively increase the coercivity of nanocomposite Nd_(2)Fe_(14)B/α-Fe magnets.The addition of Nb to the parent alloy can further improve the coercivity.For Nd_(11)Fe_(81.5)Nb_(1)Ga_(0.5)B_(6) alloy with 10 wt% Ce-Co addition,the coercivity can increase from 740.28 to 1098.48 kA/m.Yilong Ma Qiqi Yang Xiaoli Chen Ying He Wenbo Xiang Jiaqi Lai Bin Shao Donglin Guo Dengming Chen Kejian Li 2021Journal of Rare Earths2021,39,6:1

12Numerical simulation on directional solidification of Al-Ni-Co alloy based on FEM显示文摘The ratio,of the temperature gradient at the solidifiationfront to the solidification rate of solid-liquid interface,plays a large part in columnar grain growth.The transient temperature fields of directional solidification of Al-Ni-Co alloy were studied by employing a finite element method.The temperature gradient at the solidification front and the solidification rate were analyzed for molten steels pouring at different temperatures.The results show that with different initial pouring temperatures,the individual ratio of the temperature gradient at solidification front to the solidification rate soars up in the initial stage of solidification,then varies within 2,000-6,000℃.s.cm-2,and finally goes down rapidly and even tend to be closed to each other when the solidification thickness reaches 5-6 cm.The simulation result is consistent with the practical production which can provide an available reference for process optimization of directional solidified Al-Ni-Co alloy.Yang Zhili Chen Dengming Tian Shilong, Liao Daohan Yang Yu 2010China Foundry2010,7,1:1
