3Modeling the influence of forced ventilation on the dispersion of droplets ejected from roadheader-mounted external sprayer显示文摘In order to reveal the influence of forced ventilation on the dispersion of droplets ejected from roadheader-mounted external sprayer,the paper studies the air-flowing field and the droplet distribution under the condition of gentle breeze and normal forced ventilation in heading face using the particle tracking technology of computational fluid dynamics(CFD).The results show that air-flowing tendency in the same section presents great comparability in the period of gentle breeze and forced ventilation,and the difference mainly embodies in the different wind velocity.The influence of ventilation on the dispersion of droplets is faint under the gentle breeze condition.The droplet can be evenly distributed around the cutting head.However,under the normal forced ventilation,a large number of droplets will drift to the return air side.At the same time,droplet clusters are predominantly presented in the lower part of windward side and the middle of the leeward side around the cutting head.In contrast,the droplet concentration in other parts around cutting head decreases a lot and the droplets are unable to form close-grained mist curtain.So the dust escape channel is formed.In addition,the simulation results also reveal that the disturbance of air flow on the droplet distribution can be effectively relieved when using ventilation duct with Coanda effect(VDCE).Field experiment results show that the dust suppression efficiency of total dust and respirable dust increases respectively by 10.5%and 9.3%when using VDCE,which proves that it can weaken the influence of airflow on droplet dispersion.Han Fangwei Wang Deming Jiang Jiaxing Zhu Xiaolong 2014International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2014,24,1:10
4Codimension 3 nonresonant bifurcations of homoclinic orbits with two inclination flips显示文摘Homoclinic bifurcations in four-dimensional vector fields are investigated by setting up a local coordinate near a homoclinic orbit. This homoclinic orbit is principal but its stable and unstable foliations take inclination flip. The existence, nonexistence, and uniqueness of the 1-homoclinic orbit and 1-periodic orbit are studied. The existence of the two-fold 1-periodic orbit and three-fold 1 -periodic orbit are also obtained. 6Allele-aware chromosome-scale assembly of the allopolyploid genome of hexaploid Ma bamboo(Dendrocalamus latiflorus Munro)显示文摘Dendrocalamus latiflorus Munro is a woody clumping bamboo with rapid shoot growth.Both genetic transformation and clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats(CRISPR)/CRISPR-associated protein 9(Cas9)gene editing techniques are available for D.latiflorus,enabling reverse genetic approaches.Thus,D.latiflorus has the potential to be a model bamboo species.However,the genome sequence of D.latiflorus has remained unreported due to its polyploidy and large genome size.Here,we sequenced the D.latiflorus genome and assembled it into three allele-aware subgenomes(AABBCC),representingthe largest genome of a major bamboo species.We assembled 70 allelic chromosomes(2,737 Mb)for hexaploid D.latiflorus using both singlemolecule sequencing from the Pacific Biosciences(Pac Bio)Sequel platform and chromosome conformation capture sequencing(Hi-C).Repetitive sequences comprised 52.65%of the D.latiflorus genome.We annotated 135231 protein-coding genes in the genome based on transcriptomes from eight different tissues.Transcriptome sequencing using RNA-Seq and Pac Bio singlemolecule real-time long-read isoform sequencing revealed highly differential alternative splicing(AS)between non-abortive and abortive shoots,suggesting that AS regulates the abortion rate of bamboo shoots.This high-quality hexaploid genome and comprehensive strand-specific transcriptome datasets for this Poaceae family member will pave the way for bamboo research using D.latiflorus as a model species.Yushan Zheng Deming Yang Jundong Rong Liguang Chen Qiang Zhu Tianyou He Lingyan Chen Jing Ye Lili Fan Yubang Gao Hangxiao Zhang Lianfeng Gu 2022Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2022,64,3:6

8A new design of foam spray nozzle used for precise dust control in underground coal mines显示文摘In order to improve the utilization rate of foam,an arc jet nozzle was designed for precise dust control.Through theoretical analysis,the different demands of foam were compared amongst arc jets,flat jets and full cone jets when the dust source was covered identically by foam.It is proved that foam consumption was least when an arc jet was used.Foam production capability of an arc jet nozzle under different conditions was investigated through experiments.The results show that with the gas liquid ratio(GLR)increasing,the spray state of an arc jet nozzle presents successively water jet,foam jet and mist.Under a reasonable working condition range of foam production and a fixed GLR,foam production quantity increases at first,and then decreases with the increase of liquid supply quantity.When the inner diameter of the nozzle is 14 mm,the best GLR is 30 and the optimum liquid supply quantity is0.375 m^3/h.The results of field experiments show that the total dust and respirable dust suppression efficiency of arc jet nozzles is 85.8%and 82.6%respectively,which are 1.39 and 1.37 times higher than the full cone nozzles and 1.20 and 1.19 times higher than the fiat nozzles.Han Fangwei Wang Deming Jiang Jiaxing Zhu Xiaolong 2016International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2016,26,2:4

10Weak type heterodimensional cycle bifurcation with orbit-flip显示文摘In this paper, we study the weak type heterodimensional cycle with orbit-flip in its non-transversal orbit by using the local moving frame approach. For the first two subcases, we present the sufficient conditions for the existence, uniqueness and non-coexistence of the homoclinic orbit, heteroclinic orbit and periodic orbit. Based on the bifurcation analysis, the bifurcation surfaces and the existence regions are located. And for the third subcase, we theoretically established both the coexistence condition for the homoclinic loop and the periodic orbit and the coexistence condition for the persistent heterodimensional cycle and multiple periodic orbits due to the weak type of the transversal heteroclinic orbit. 11Recent advances in interlayer and separator engineering for lithium-sulfur batteries显示文摘Lithium-sulfur(Li-S)batteries have great potential in next-generation energy storage due to its high theoretical specific capacity and energy density.However,there are several challenges to the practical application of Li-S batteries including the growth of lithium dendrites and the shuttle effect of polysulfide.Introducing interlayeres(freestanding or coated on the separator)is an effective approach to reduce these obstacles and improve the electrochemical performance of Li-S batteries.In this review,we briefly summarize the interlayer materials and structures modified on both cathodic and anodic sides including(ⅰ)carbon-based materials,(ⅱ)polymers,(ⅲ)inorganic metal compounds,(iv)metal-organic frameworks,as well as(v)the novel separators in recent years.We also systematically address the fabrication processes,assembling methods,and functions of interlayers for enhancing the performance of Li-S batteries.Furthermore,the prospects and outlooks of the future development of advanced interlayers and separators are also presented.Deming Zhu Tao Long Bin Xu Yixin Zhao Haitao Hong Ruijie Liu Fancheng Meng Jiehua Liu 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,6:2

16The first determination of atmospheric phosphine in Antarctica显示文摘It is generally thought that phosphine (PH3) concentrations exist at the low ng/m3 level during the night and at the pg/m3 level during daylight in the remote atmosphere of the lower troposphere. The first de- termination of gaseous PH3 on the Antarctic Millor Peninsula is reported in this paper. No PH3 was de- tected in the air samples around 10:00 when it was sunny. However, PH3 was found in all the 10:00 air samples when it was cloudy or light snow with the average of 75.3±28.8 ng/m3 (n=5). It was also found in nearly all the samples around 22:00 with the average of 87.2±70.9 ng/m3 (n=11). Atmospheric PH3 concentrations around 22:00 were generally higher than those around 10:00 in January and they were almost the same in February. In addition, PH3 concentrations around 22:00 showed a downtrend with the decreasing air temperature, suggesting that light intensity and air temperature had an important effect on atmospheric PH3 concentration. It is very surprising to have found that high concentrations of PH3 exist in the Antarctic atmosphere under the influence of strong UV-radiation and light intensity. The tentative analyses show that dry, cold and very clean atmosphere may be very suitable for the PH3 sur- vival and cause the concentration to increase and accumulate in the local atmosphere. New ap- proaches for the PH3 formation and the process of atmospheric chemistry may exist under such an extreme environment.
