| 1 | Polarization-maintaining few mode fiber composed of a central circular-hole and an elliptical-ring core显示文摘We propose a novel waveguide design of polarization-maintaining few mode fiber(PM-FMF) supporting ≥10non-degenerate modes, utilizing a central circular air hole and a circumjacent elliptical-ring core. The structure endows a new degree of freedom to adjust the birefringence of all the guided modes, including the fundamental polarization mode. Numerical simulations demonstrate that, by optimizing the air hole and elliptical-ring core,a PM-FMF supporting 10 distinctive polarization modes has been achieved, and the effective index difference Δn_(eff) between the adjacent guided modes could be kept larger than 1.32 × 10^(-4) over the whole C +L band. | 5 | Pore-fillings of dolomite reservoirs in Sinian Dengying Formation in Sichuan basin显示文摘The Sinian Dengying Formation in the Sichuan basin is an important potential reservoir for oil and gas exploration in the periphery of the Sichuan basin.Its reservoirs were well developed.And many kinds of fillings which lead to the decrease of pores can be seen in reservoir pores and caves.In this paper,the pore fillings of the Dengying Formation reservoir in Sichuan basin are the object of study.The types and characteristics of the fillings are studied in detail by means of rock slices analysis,cathode luminescence,trace elements and inclusion temperature measurement.The study shows that the fillings include dolomite fillings and siliceous quartz fillings and bitumen fillings.Among them,dolomite fillings can be divided into botryoidal dolomite fillings,foliated dolomite fillings,finely-medium crystalline dolomite fillings and coarse crystalline dolomite fillings.50%–80%of the pores are filled by the dolomite fillings with botryoidal structure,and the pores can be partially full filled;0%–20%of pores are filled by foliated dolomite fillings;20–80%of the pores are filled by finely-medium dolomite fillings;20–80%of the pores are filled by coarse crystalline dolomite fillings.1%–5%of secondary pores are often filled by siliceous quartzs,and the pores can be partially full filled.Bitumen fillings often occur after the above-mentioned fillings,and the residual pores are often semi-filled by bitumens,which makes the original pores and throat smaller and reduces the effective porosity and permeability of the reservoir.So,it is a destructive diagenesis.The pore fillings make the secondary porosity in the reservoir significantly lower,which is not conducive to the formation and preservation of the Dengying Formation reservoir. | Chao Chen Xuefei Yang Xingzhi Wang Deming Zeng Mingyou Feng Lin Xie Xiang Li | 2020 | Petroleum2020,6,1: | 1 |

| 7 | Reservoir characteristics and genetic differences between the second and fourth members of Sinian Dengying Formation in northern Sichuan Basin and its surrounding areas显示文摘This study investigated the characteristics and genesis of reservoirs in the 2^(nd) and 4^(th) members of Sinian Dengying Formation in northern Sichuan and its surrounding areas, on the basis of outcrop, drilling cores and thin section observation and geochemical analysis. The reservoirs of 2^(nd) member are distributed in the middle part of the stratum. The reservoir quality is controlled by supergene karst and the distribution of mound-shoal complex. The bedded elongated isolated algal framework solution-cave and the residual 'grape-lace' cave, which are partially filled with multi-stage dolosparite, constituted the main reservoir space of the 2^(nd) member. There is no asphalt distribution in the pores. The pore connectivity is poor, and the porosity and permeability of the reservoir is relatively low. The reservoirs of 4^(th) member were distributed in the upper and top part of the stratum. The reservoir quality is controlled by burial dissolution and the distribution of mound-shoal complex. The bedded algal framework solution-pores or caves, intercrystalline pores and intercrystalline dissolved pores constituted the main reservoir space of the 4^(th) member. It's partially filled with asphalt and quartz, without any dolosparite fillings in the pores and caves. The pore connectivity is good. Most of the 4^(th) member reservoirs had medium-low porosity and low permeability, and, locally, medium-high porosity and medium permeability. Affected by the development of mound-shoal complex and heterogeneous dissolution, the platform margin along Ningqiang, Guangyuan, Jiange and Langzhong is the most favorable region for reservoir development. | 9 | Tissue Culture System for Different Hybrid of Indica Rice显示文摘The effect of varieties and media compositions on callus induction from rice anther and subsequent plant regeneration was studied. | 11 | Establishment of Agrobacterium tumefaciens-mediated Genetic Transformation System for Aspergillus awamori显示文摘[Objective] This study aimed to establish Agrobacterium tumefaciens-mediated genetic transformation system for Aspergillus awamori and investigate the feasibility of expressing heterologous proteins in A.awamori.[Method] Appropriate A.awamori host strains were determined according to the secretory protein profile.Selectable marker was selected for genetic transformation by drug sensitivity analysis.The established A.awamori genetic transformation system was used for transformation and expression analysis of Rhizomucor miehei lipase(RML).The feasibility of using A.awamori to express heterologous proteins was investigated by identification of transformants and property analysis.[Result] Based on the analysis of secretory protein profile,A.awamori strains CBS115.52 and CICC2257 were determined as the host strains for heterologous protein expression;drug sensitivity analysis shows that hygromycin B resistance gene(HygBr) is an effective genetic selectable marker;by using Agrobacterium tumefaciens-mediated transformation(ATMT) method,the plasmid pHGW-amdS containing HygBr was successfully transformed into A.awamori strain CBS115.52 to establish the genetic transformation system of A.awamori with HygBr as selectable marker.RML was transformed into A.awamori and its expression was validated by substrate hydrolysis test,SDS-PAGE and Western blot.[Conclusion] This study demonstrates that the genetic transformation system of A.awamori mediated by Agrobacterium tumefaciens has potential feasibility for expression of heterologous proteins. | Feng CHEN Kun WANG Chao YIN Deming LI Nan REN Junxing LI | 2012 | Agricultural Biotechnology2012,1,3: | 0 |
| 12 | Activation of sulfite by metal-organic framework-derived cobalt nanoparticles for organic pollutants removal显示文摘Sulfite(SO_(3)^(2−))activation is one of the most potential sulfate-radical-based advanced oxidation processes,and the catalysts with high efficiency and low-cost are greatly desired.In this study,the cobalt nanoparticles embedded in nitrogen-doped graphite layers(Co@NC),were used to activate SO32−for removal of Methyl Orange in aqueous solution.The Co@NC catalysts were synthesized via pyrolysis of Co^(2+)-based metal-organic framework(Co-MOF),where CoO was firstly formed at 400℃ and then partially reduced to Co nanoparticles embedded in carbon layers at 800℃.The Co@NC catalysts were more active than other cobaltbased catalysts such as Co^(2+),Co_(3)O_(4) and CoFe_(2)O_(4),due to the synergistic effect of metallic Co and CoxOy.A series of chain reaction between Co species and dissolved oxygen was established,with the production and transformation of SO_(3)•−,SO_(5)^(2−),and subsequent active radicals SO_(4)•−and HO•.In addition,HCO_(3)−was found to play a key role in the reaction by complexing with Co species on the surface of the catalysts.The results provide a new promising strategy by using the Co@NC catalyst for SO3_(2)−oxidation to promote organic pollutants degradation. | Xianjie Feng Deming Wu Xueyi Shen Yu Guo Yangyang Lv Aihua Xu Xiaoxia Li | 2023 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2023,,2: | 0 |
| 13 | Exosome-transported circHDAC1_004 Promotes Proliferation, Migration, and Angiogenesis of Hepatocellular Carcinoma by the miR-361-3p/NACC1 Axis显示文摘Background and Aims:Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is among the most common malignant tumors globally.Circular RNAs(circRNAs),as a type of noncoding RNAs,reportedly participate in various tumor biological processes.However,the role of circHDAC1_004 in HCC remains unclear.Thus,we aimed to explore the role and the underlying mechanisms of circHDAC1_004 in the development and progression of HCC.Methods:Quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR)was used to detect circHDAC1_004 expression(circ_0005339)in HCC.Sanger sequencing and agarose gel electrophoresis were used to determine the structure of circHDAC1_004.In vitro and in vivo experiments were used to determine the biological function of circHDAC1_004 in HCC.Herein,qRT-PCR,RNA immunoprecipitation,western blotting,and a luciferase reporter assay were used to explore the relationships among circHDAC1_004,miR-361-3p,and NACC1.Results:circHDAC1_004 was upregulated in HCC and significantly associated with poor overall survival.circHDAC1_004 promoted HCC cell proliferation,stemness,migration,and invasion.In addition,circHDAC1_004 upregulated human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVECs)and promoted angiogenesis through exosomes.circHDAC1_004 promoted NACC1 expression and stimulated the epithelialmesenchymal transition pathway by sponging miR-361-3p.Conclusions:We found that circHDAC1_004 overexpression enhanced the proliferation,stemness,and metastasis of HCC via the miR-361-3p/NACC1 axis and promoted HCC angiogenesis through exosomes.Our findings may help develop a possible therapeutic strategy for HCC. | Bin Xu Wenbo Jia Yanzhi Feng Jinyi Wang Jing Wang Deming Zhu Chao Xu Litao Liang Wenzhou Ding Yongping Zhou Lianbao Kong | 2023 | Journal of Clinical and Translational Hepatology2023,11,5: | 0 |
