1MILD燃烧的最新进展和发展趋势显示文摘MILD燃烧技术同时实现了极低的NOx排放和高的燃烧热利用效率,被国际燃烧界誉为21世纪最有发展前景的燃烧技术之一.然而,由于对MILD燃烧的基础研究不深入,目前普遍存在实现MILD燃烧需高温预热空气的误解,这制约了该技术的进一步应用.基于笔者对MILD燃烧的最新研究和理解,现已初步建立MILD燃烧的一些基本条件,展示了无需对现有工业系统进行过多改动就即可实现该技术的前景,确认了将该技术拓宽到多种燃料(包括气体、液体和固体燃料)、各种燃烧方式(包括扩散燃烧、部分预混燃烧和完全预混燃烧)和多种燃烧应用领域(如燃气轮机、电站锅炉、供热锅炉、内燃机、各种工业加热炉和各种民用燃烧器)的可能性.本文简要地综述了国内外MILD燃烧的发展历史、研究现状和发展趋势,给出了利用MILD燃烧技术进一步发展高效低污染燃烧系统的建议.李鹏飞 米建春 DALLY B B 王飞飞 王林 柳朝晖 陈胜 郑楚光 2011中国科学:技术科学2011,41,2:41
2Progress and recent trend in MILD combustion显示文摘Moderate or intense low oxygen dilution(MILD)combustion plays a significant role in the mitigation of combustion-generated pollutants and greenhouse gases whilst meeting thermal efficiency needs.However,due to the lack of the fundamental knowledge on this combustion,there is a misconception that MILD combustion should be established by high preheating of the air,which has limited its application.Our research and development on this combustion has been performed for several years. We have found that the requirements for establishing the MILD combustion are more relaxed than previously.It is also revealed that this combustion of different type,i.e.,non-premixed,partially premixed and fully premixed,can be achieved by firing various fuels(i.e.,gaseous,liquid and solid fuels).It is suggested that the application of the MILD combustion can be expanded significantly.The present review summarizes the progress and recent trend made in the R&D of this combustion and recommends further fundamental studies for improving our knowledge and widening its applications.LI PengFei MI JianChun DALLY B B WANG FeiFei WANG Lin LIU ZhaoHui CHEN Sheng ZHENG ChuGuang 2011Science China(Technological Sciences)2011,54,2:31
