| 2 | CLS-Miner: efficient and effective closed high-utility itemset mining显示文摘High-utility itemset mining (HUIM) is a popular data mining task with applications in numerous domains. However, traditional HUIM algorithms often produce a very large set of high-utility itemsets (HUIs). As a result, analyzing HUIs can be very time consuming for users. Moreover, a large set of HUIs also makes HUIM algorithms less efficient in terms of execution time and memory consumption. To address this problem, closed high-utility itemsets (CHUIs), concise and lossless representations of all HUIs, were proposed recently. Although mining CHUIs is useful and desirable, it remains a computationally expensive task. This is because current algorithms often generate a huge number of candidate itemsets and are unable to prune the search space effectively. In this paper, we address these issues by proposing a novel algorithm called CLS-Miner. The proposed algorithm utilizes the utility-list structure to directly compute the utilities of itemsets without producing candidates. It also introduces three novel strategies to reduce the search space, namely chain-estimated utility co-occurrence pruning, lower branch pruning, and pruning by coverage. Moreover, an effective method for checking whether an itemset is a subset of another itemset is introduced to further reduce the time required for discovering CHUIs. To evaluate the performance of the proposed algorithm and its novel strategies, extensive experiments have been conducted on six benchmark datasets having various characteristics. | 5 | Carbon-coated manganese dioxide nanoparticles and their enhanced electrochemical properties for zinc-ion battery applications显示文摘In this study, we report the cost-effective and simple synthesis of carbon-coated α-MnO_2nanoparticles(α-MnO_2@C) for use as cathodes of aqueous zinc-ion batteries(ZIBs) for the first time. α-MnO_2@C was prepared via a gel formation, using maleic acid(C_4H_4O_4) as the carbon source, followed by annealing at low temperature of 270 °C. A uniform carbon network among the α-MnO_2 nanoparticles was observed by transmission electron microscopy. When tested in a zinc cell, the α-MnO_2@C exhibited a high initial discharge capacity of 272 m Ah/g under 66 m A/g current density compared to 213 m Ah/g, at the same current density, displayed by the pristine sample. Further, α-MnO_2@C demonstrated superior cycleability compared to the pristine samples. | 7 | Xanthine oxidase inhibitors from Archidendron clypearia(Jack.) I.C. Nielsen: Results from systematic screening of Vietnamese medicinal plants显示文摘Objective: To screen Vietnamese medicinal plants for xanthine oxidase(XO) inhibitory activity and to isolate XO inhibitor(s) from the most active plant. Methods: The plants materials were extracted by methanol. The active plant materials were fractionated using different organic solvents, including n-hexane, ethyl acetate, and n-butanol. Bioassay-guided fractionation and column chromatography were used to isolate compounds. The compounds structures were elucidated by analysis of spectroscopic data, including IR, MS, and NMR. Results: Three hundreds and eleven methanol extracts(CME) belonging to 301 Vietnamese herbs were screened for XO inhibitory activity. Among these plants, 57 extracts displayed XO inhibitory activity at 100 μg/m L with inhibition rates of over 50%. The extracts of Archidendron clypearia, Smilax poilanei, Linociera ramiflora and Passiflora foetida exhibited the greatest potency with IC_(50) values below 30 μg/m L. Chemical study performed on the extract of Archidendron clypearia resulted in the isolation of six compounds, including 1-octacosanol, docosenoic acid, daucosterol, methyl gallate, quercitrin and(-)-7-O-galloyltricetiflavan. The compound(-)-7-O-galloyltricetiflavan showed the most potent XO inhibitory activity with an IC_(50) value of 25.5 μmol/L. Conclusions: From this investigation, four Vietnamese medicinal plants were identified to have XO inhibitory effects with IC_(50) values of the methanol extracts below 30 μg/m L. Etiologies for APFs are comprised of precipitating trauma, malignancy, and hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia, but these were not the case in our patient. Idiopathic APFs are usually due to congenital vascular abnormalities and thus usually present in the pediatric setting. | 10 | Two new approaches to dividing flood sub-seasons in flood season using the fractal theory显示文摘This paper is an attempt to analyze the hydrological phenomena’s non-linearity, randomicity, credibility and similarity. In the same season each year, the flood hydrograph is self-similar and exhibits fractal characteristics. It is an argument about using fractal theory. This paper presents two new approaches to dividing flood sub-seasons by using the fractal theory. Two approaches to calculating fractal dimensions are both the magnitude measurement in the temporal scale and the similarity measurement in the spacial scale. This paper chooses the sample series of the daily maximum discharge in the flood season from 1960 to 2002 at the Zhanghe Reservoir. Both results of the two new approaches to dividing flood sub-seasons by using fractal theory are the same. Both results of dividing flood-periods by using the fractal theory are uniform with the traditional approach. | 11 | Metal organic framework-combustion: A one-pot strategy to NiO nanoparticles with excellent anode properties for lithium ion batteries显示文摘NiO nanoparticles with average particles size of 30 nm are synthesized using a one-pot metal–organic framework-combustion(MOF-C) technique, for use as an anode material in rechargeable lithium ion batteries(LIBs). The structural and electronic properties of these nanoparticles are studied using various techniques, including powder X-ray diffraction(PXRD), transmission electron microscopy(TEM), scanning electron microscopy(SEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS), and N_2 adsorption/desorption studies. The as-synthesized NiO nanoparticles sustained reversible stable capacities of 748 and 410 mAh/g at applied current densities of 500 and 1000 m A/g, respectively, after 100 cycles. Furthermore, the anode displays a notable rate capability, achieving a stable capacity of ~200 mAh/g at a high current density of10 A/g. These results indicate that the size of the NiO nanoparticles and their high surface area influence their electrochemical properties. Methods: Dried roots of S. baicalensis were extracted with ethanol and concentrated to yield a dry residue. Mice were administered 200 mg/kg of the ethanol extracts orally once daily for one week. Animals were subsequently administered a single dose of LPS(5 mg/kg of body weight, intraperitoneal injection). Both protein and m RNA levels of cytokines, such as tumor necrosis factor alpha, interleukin-1β, and interleukin-6 in liver tissues were evaluated by ELISA assay and quantitative PCR. C yclooxygenase-2, inducible nitric oxide synthase, and nuclear factor-κB protein levels in liver tissues were analyzed by western blotting. Results: Liver injury induced by LPS signifi cantly increased necrosis factor alpha, interleukin-1β, interleukin-6, cyclooxygenase-2, inducible nitric oxide synthase, and nuclear factor-κB in liver tissues. | 13 | 高度疟疾流行区快速控制疟疾试验显示文摘【目的】探索在高度疟疾流行区快速控制疟疾的策略与方法。【方法】2004-2005两年期间,选择柬埔寨石居省疟疾高度流行区及其周边地带作为灭源灭疟试验区,共62个自然村21 343人口。在对当地疟疾流行情况进行了细致调查的基础上, 采取三项主要灭源措施:①疟疾现症病人采用复方青蒿素(Artequick,ATQ)方案治疗,发热病人亦以此作假定性治疗;②儿童带虫率≥20%的17个村采用ATQ方案进行一次全民治疗;③儿童带虫率≥6%的27个村采用低剂量伯氨喹全民服药,每10 d 1次,连续6个月。组织村抗疟员执行以上灭源措施。监测17个疫源村的人群带虫率,每6个月监测1次。【结果】采取灭源措施2年后,儿童带虫率从55.8%下降为5.3%:其中恶性疟带虫率由37.0%下降为2.3%;间日疟加三日疟带虫率由 18.9%下降为3.0%;儿童恶性疟配子体带虫率由13.1%下降为1.2%。有8个村儿童恶性疟带虫率由采取措施前的平均46.5%下降至0。成人带虫率的改变与儿童带虫率改变相似,由46.5%降为6.3%;恶性疟带虫率由采取措施前的平均34.2%下降为 2.5%,间日疟加三日疟带虫率由12.3%降为3.8%。【结论】灭源灭疟法有别于以控制蚊媒为主的传统方法,是一种又快又省钱的新方法和新策略,可在较短时间内扭转疟疾的高度流行,直至彻底消灭疟疾,值得在广大高疟区推广应用。 | 宋健平 Duong Socheat 谈博 Prak Dara 李海波 Sreng Sokunthea Suon Seila 欧凤珍 简华香 李国桥 | 2006 | 广州中医药大学学报2006,23,2: | 3 |

are provided for Diaporthe eres,Di.siamensis,Di.foeniculina,Dothiorella iranica,Do.sarmentorum,Do.vidmadera,Helvella tinta and Vaginatispora fuckelii,with full taxonomic details.An asexual state is
