| 1 | Inverted polymer solar cells with a solution-processed zinc oxide thin film as an electron collection layer显示文摘A solution-processed zinc oxide (ZnO) thin film as an electron collection layer for polymer solar cells (PSCs) with an inverted device structure was investigated. Power conversion efficiencies (PCEs) of PSCs made with a blend of poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT) and [6,6]-phenyl C61-butyric acid methyl ester (PCBM) are 3.50% and 1.21% for PSCs with and without the ZnO thin film, respectively. Light intensity dependence of the photocurrent and the capacitance-voltage measurement demonstrate that the increased PCEs are due to the restriction of the strong bimolecular recombination in the interface when a thin ZnO layer is inserted between the polymer active layer and the ITO electrode. | 2 | Improvement of Properties of Pseudomonas sp.Lipase in Resolution of 2-Octanol显示文摘A novel preparation method was developed to form a surfactant-lipase complex for the resolution of 2-octanol in a solvent-free system. The E value was improved from 6.64 to 120.2. The lipase modified by the anionic surfactant possessed a low solubility in the solvent-free system, which was beneficial to the recovery and the repeated usage of the lipase. The surfactant-lipase complex maintained a high enantioselectivity after five cycles of usage. | 4 | Thermoelastic coupling problems caused by thermal contact resistance:A discontinuous Galerkin finite element approach显示文摘A discontinuous Galerkin (DG) finite element method is presented to solve the thermoelastic coupling problems caused by temperature and pressure dependent thermal contact resistance (TCR).The whole analysis is made up of two parts,thermal and mechanical analysis.In thermal analysis,the DG method is employed to simulate the temperature jump phenomenon,which satisfies the imperfect thermal contact condition in a straightforward manner.In mechanical analysis,the impenetrability condition is fulfilled through a DG approach with penalty functions.The Picard iteration procedure with a relaxation technique is also adopted to accelerate the rate of convergence and avoid numerical instability.Numerical examples show that the present method is an attractive approach for solving thermoelastic coupling problems caused by TCR.The methodology can also be expanded to solve problems with friction finite deformation contact,node-to-segment contact and node-to-surface contact,etc.in a straightforward manner. | ZHENG XiaoPing LIU DongHuan LIU YingHua | 2011 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2011,54,4: | 2 |

State-owned oil majors have turned from scale-oriented to profit-oriented by adjusting investment speed and optimizing portfolio to improve operating profit of overseas business. The overseas investment of private oil companies mainly focused on two fields: the first is to invest in countries along the Belt and Road(the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st-century Maritime Silk Road), and the second is to enter the oil industry of the developed countries by M&A. Limited progress has been made in the foreign cooperation of domestic upstream sector, while new changes emerged in the foreign cooperation of upstream sector. | 15 | AC Electrochemical Deposition of CdS Nanowire Arrays显示文摘Since the successful growth of carbon nanotubes, one-dimensional materials have been a focused research field both because of their fundamental importance and the wide-ranging potential applications in nano devices. Many approaches are used to fabricate nanowires, such as crystal growth. In order to obtain nanowires whose growth is more easily controlled, electrochemical synthesis in a template is taken as one of the most efficient methods. To date, Co, Fe, Ni, CuCo1-3 and other nanowire arrays have been fabricated successfully by electrodepositing corresponding metal ion into the porous aluminum oxide (PAO) membrane or other non-magnetic materials. Cadmium sulfide(CdS), as one of the most important semiconductor material, is a n-type semiconductor. The ability to fine tune their fundamental electronic and optical properties by simply varying the cruster size, rather than composition, makes them highly attractive for a variety of possible application.
