| 1 | Inverted polymer solar cells with a solution-processed zinc oxide thin film as an electron collection layer显示文摘A solution-processed zinc oxide (ZnO) thin film as an electron collection layer for polymer solar cells (PSCs) with an inverted device structure was investigated. Power conversion efficiencies (PCEs) of PSCs made with a blend of poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT) and [6,6]-phenyl C61-butyric acid methyl ester (PCBM) are 3.50% and 1.21% for PSCs with and without the ZnO thin film, respectively. Light intensity dependence of the photocurrent and the capacitance-voltage measurement demonstrate that the increased PCEs are due to the restriction of the strong bimolecular recombination in the interface when a thin ZnO layer is inserted between the polymer active layer and the ITO electrode. | 2 | Very-High Color Rendering Index Hybrid White Organic Light-Emitting Diodes with Double Emitting Nanolayers显示文摘A very-high color rendering index white organic light-emitting diode(WOLED) based on a simple structure was successfully fabricated. The optimized device exhibits a maximum total efficiency of 13.1 and 5.4 lm/W at 1,000 cd/m2. A peak color rendering index of 90 and a relatively stable color during a wide range of luminance were obtained. | 3 | The effect of spacer in hybrid white organic light emitting diodes显示文摘Two kinds of highly efficient,bright hybrid white organic light emitting diodes have been fabricated by utilizing ambipolar material 4,4-N,N-dicarbazolebiphenyl(CBP)and unipolar material N,N0-di(naphthalene-1-yl)-N,N0-diphenyl-benzidine(NPB)as the spacer,respectively.By adjusting the thickness of spacers together with effectively utilizing combinations of exciton-harnessed orangephosphorescence/blue-fluorescence,the current efficiency of optimal device with CBP spacer and device with NPB spacer are 31.0 and 38.9 cd/A,the maximum power efficiency are 23.9 and 29.1 lm/W,the maximum brightness are 87,249 and 75,501 cd/m2,and the Commission Internationale de l’Eclairage(CIE)coordinates are(0.42,0.43)and(0.47,0.44)at a voltage of 11 V,respectively.Furthermore,systematic investigations focused on the effects of spacers on device performance have been performed.By virtue of the multifunctional spacer,energy transfer between the phosphorescent and fluorescent emitters can be avoided while the carriers still can pass through this spacer bridge,which is important to realize such high device performance.In addition,a novel concept that both ambipolar materials and unipolar materials can be the promising candidates for spacers has been proposed if the thickness of spacers with high triplet energy is optimized. | Baiquan Liu Miao Xu Hong Tao Yueju Su Dongyu Gao Jianhua Zou Linfeng Lan Junbiao Peng | 2014 | Chinese Science Bulletin2014,59,25: | 2 |

| 8 | Studies on culture condition of new marine bacterium Zooshikella sp. SY01显示文摘New marine bacterium Zooshikella sp.SY01,producer of prodigiosin,was isolated from the seawaters of Sanya Bay.The culture conditions of this bacterium were investigated.Zooshikella sp.SY01 was cultured in 2216E media which contained tryptophan,histidine,lac-tonic acid,camphor,limonene,casein,diphenyl guani-dine,coumarin and 1,3-dinitrobenzene,respectively.After 5 days cultivation,the extracts of different culture broths were detected by direct infusion mass spectroscopy using positive ESI mode.As the results,tryptophan,his-tidine and casein didn't show any observable influences on the biosynthesis of prodigiosin.Lactonic acid,camphor,limonene,diphenyl guanidine,coumarin could inhibit the bacterium growth and prodigiosin biosynthesis to a cer-tain extent,slower the culture broth to turn red.However,1,3-dinitrobenzene inhibited the bacteria to produce pro-digiosin completely.MS data suggested that various metabolites with chemodiversity were produced in differ-ent culture media.In particular,a series of high-molecu-lar-weight compounds with high relative abundances were observed in the medium containing limonene.To further optimize the culture condition,more new prodigiosin ana-logues and lead compounds can be obtained and the goal of'one strain-many compounds'can be achieved. | Wenjian LAN Linfeng MO Chuanghua CAI Yipin ZHOU Junhua YAO Houjin LI | 2008 | Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering2008,2,4: | 0 |
