1中性点有效接地配电网高阻接地故障特征分析及检测显示文摘中性点经小电阻等有效接地方式能有效地克服配电系统单相接地故障暂态过电压超标及故障选线不灵敏等问题,逐渐在城市配电网、大型厂矿企业电网中得到了推广应用;但这种运行方式仍然存在弧光接地等高阻接地故障正确动作率较低的问题。针对该问题,文中分析了高阻接地故障的特征,给出并验证了适用于配电网高阻故障检测的故障点电弧模型。针对现有方法中主要利用频域特征来检测高阻接地故障导致成功率低的缺点,提出了一种基于零序电流波形畸变凹凸性的高阻接地故障检测方法,仿真实验与现场试验数据验证了该算法的灵敏性和可靠性。耿建昭 王宾 董新洲 Bak DOMINIK 2013电力系统自动化2013,37,16:93

3高场强MRI与超声内镜对可切除性食管癌术前T分期应用价值的比较显示文摘目的 比较高场强MRI与超声内镜(EUS)对可切除性食管癌患者术前T分期的应用价值。方法 前瞻性收集2015年3月至2016年9月经临床及病理活检判定为可切除性食管癌的患者,所有入组患者于病理活检1周后进行MRI,扫描序列包括膈肌导航的应用刀锋采集技术的快速自旋回波的T2WI加权成像(BLADE-TSE-T2WI)、DWI及自由呼吸放射状K空间填充方式的容积内插体部检查(radial-VIBE),同时行超声内镜(EUS)检查。MRI检查均在EUS之前进行,手术均在MRI与EUS检查后1周内进行。由2名具有5年以上MRI诊断经验的医师分别采用5分制对MR图像进行评分,参照美国癌症联合委员会(AJCC)第7版食管癌TNM分期标准。2名MRI阅片者采用双盲法分别对MR图像进行独立分期,结果不一致时,由第3名高级职称MRI医师共同讨论,达成一致意见,由1名具有5年以上内镜工作经验的内镜医师进行EUS分期。采用Kappa一致性检验,评价2名MRI阅片者对图像质量评分和可切除性食管癌术前T分期的一致性,以术后病理T分期结果为金标准,分别计算MRI及EUS对食管癌术前T分期的准确率,并采用χ2检验进行对照分析。结果 入组患者共70例,MRI图像质量评分不低于3分者分别有66例(阅片者1)和68例(阅片者2),2名MRI阅片者对图像质量评分的一致性非常好(Kappa=0.824,P〈0.05)。术后病理证实T1期16例、T2期18例、T3期30例、T4a期6例。2名MRI阅片者对食管癌术前T分期的一致性非常好(Kappa=0.809,P〈0.05),MRI和EUS对可切除性食管癌术前T分期的准确率分别为92.9%(65/70)和67.1%(47/70),两种技术的准确率差异有统计学意义(χ2=14.5,P〈0.05)。结论MRI对食管癌术前T分期的准确率明显高于EUS,可以成为判断食管癌术前T分期的无创性检查方法。郭佳 王昭琦 张风光 张宏凯 鲁亚南 秦建军 张忠宪 张廷 张首宁 董亚锋 李印 赵妍 刘慧 严序 Dominik Nickel 黎海亮 曲金荣 2018中华放射学杂志2018,52,3:23
4Differential regulation of JAK/STAT-signaling in patients with ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease显示文摘In 2018,the pan-Janus kinase(JAK)inhibitor tofacitinib was launched for the treatment of ulcerative colitis(UC).Although tofacitinib has proven efficacious in patients with active UC,it failed in patients with Crohn’s disease(CD).This finding strongly hints at a different contribution of JAK signaling in both entities.Here,we review the current knowledge on the interplay between the JAK/signal transducer and activator of transcription(STAT)pathway and inflammatory bowel diseases(IBD).In particular,we provide a detailed overview of the differences and similarities of JAK/STAT-signaling in UC and CD,highlight the impact of the JAK/STAT pathway in experimental colitis models and summarize the published evidence on JAK/STAT-signaling in immune cells of IBD as well as the genetic association between the JAK/STAT pathway and IBD.Finally,we describe novel treatment strategies targeting JAK/STAT inhibition in UC and CD and comment on the limitations and challenges of the new drug class.Friederike Cordes Dirk Foell John Nik Ding Georg Varga Dominik Bettenworth 2020World Journal of Gastroenterology2020,26,28:16
5Traveling Wave Based Single-Phase-to-Ground Protection Method for Power Distribution System显示文摘Correct detection and identification of single-phase to-ground faults not effectively grounded in distribution systems is a major challenge for protection engineers.This paper proposes a novel traveling wave based protection method to solve this problem.The proposed method compares the polarities of current and voltage traveling waves measured immediately after the fault inception to determine the fault direction.Nuisance tripping is avoided by using the power frequency voltages detected on the busbar to inhibit operation.The power frequency voltages ensure that the system does not mal-operate due to noise and also provide discrimination for phase-to-phase and three-phase faults.The wavelet transform and modulus maxima theories are used to extract the polarity of traveling waves measured at the relaying point.The simulation studies demonstrate correct operation of protection,which is independent of fault distance,fault inception angle,fault path resistance,and the method used for neutral grounding.Xinzhou Dong Jun Wang Shenxing Shi Bin Wang Bak Dominik Miles Redfern 2015CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2015,1,2:15
6Landslide Reliability Analysis Based on Transfer Coefficient Method: A Case Study from Three Gorges Reservoir显示文摘To evaluate the reliability of a landslide in a reservoir, the universal transfer coefficient method, which is popularized by the Chinese standard, is adopted as performance function in this study for: (1) common deterministic method stability evaluation; (2) reliability evaluation based on a Monte Carlo method; (3) comparison of landslide reliability under different water levels and under different correlation coefficients between soil shear strength parameters (c, Φ), respectively with mean, standard deviation, reliability coefficient and failure probability. This article uses the Bazimen (八字门) landslide, which is located at the outlet of Xiangxi (香溪) River in the Three Gorges Reservoir, as an example to evaluate its stability and reliability under different water levels with two-dimensional deterministic and probabilistic methods. With the assumption that constant mean and normal distributed shear strength parameters (c, Φ), correlation coefficient c, Φ=-1 based reliability analysis, compared with c, Φ=0 and 1, indicates obviously more increase of reliability index and lower standard deviation as water levels rise. To the case of a certain water level, c, Φ=-1 does not have constantly positive or negative effects on landslide reliability compared with c, Φ=0 or 1, but is associated with water level. 10极化电流行波方向继电器在带并联电抗器输电线上的特性显示文摘由于传统的光纤电流差动保护无法直接应用于带并联电抗器的输电线路,均需要进行补偿。基于极化电流行波方向继电器应用于带并联电抗器的线路,文中深入分析了并联电抗器上的行波过程、传输频域分析以及对基于小波变换的极化电流行波方向继电器的影响。结果表明,带并联电抗器的线路不会影响暂态行波波头的方向,同时也不会影响工频行波波头的提取。因此,基于极化电流行波方向继电器的保护能够直接适用于带有并联电抗器的线路。电磁暂态程序(EMTP)的仿真和实际装置的测试结果均表明了该保护在带并联电抗器线路上的优良特性。任立 董新洲 施慎行 王宾 Dominik BAK 2013电力系统自动化2013,37,21:6
11Liver biochemistry profile,significance and endoscopic management of biliary tract complications post orthotopic liver transplantation显示文摘AIM: To correlate the significance of liver biochemical tests in diagnosing post orthotopic liver transplantation (OLT) biliary complications and to study their profile before and after endoscopic therapy. METHODS: Patients who developed biliary complications were analysed in detail for the clinical information,laboratory tests,treatment offered,response to it,follow up and outcomes. The profile of liver enzymes was determined. The safety,efficacy and outcomes of endoscopic retrograde cholangiography (ERC) were also analysed. RESULTS: 40 patients required ERC for 70 biliary complications. GGT was found to be > 3 times (388.1 ± 70.9 U/mL vs 168.5 ± 34.2 U/L,P = 0.007) and SAP > 2 times (345.1 ± 59.1 U/L vs 152.7 ± 21.4 U/L,P = 0.003) the immediate post OLT values. Most frequent complication was isolated anastomotic strictures in 28 (40%). Sustained success was achieved in 26 (81%) patients. CONCLUSION: Biliary complications still remain an important problem post OLT. SAP and GGT can be used as early,non-invasive markers for diagnosis and also to assess the adequacy of therapy. 13Recent advances in microvascular autologous breast reconstruction after ablative tumor surgery显示文摘Breast cancer is a ubiquitous disease and one of the leading causes of death in women in western societies. With overall increasing survival rates, the number of patients who need post-mastectomy reconstruction is on the rise. Especially since its psychological benefits have been broadly recognized, breast reconstruction has become a key component of breast cancer treatment. Evolving from the early beginnings of breast reconstruction with synthetic implants in the 1960 s, microsurgical tissue transfer is on the way to become the gold standard for post oncology restoration of the breast. Particularly since the advent of perforator based free flap surgery, free tissue transfer has become as safe option for breast reconstruction with low morbidity. The lower abdominal skin and subcutaneous fat tissue typically offer enough volume to create an aesthetically satisfying breast mound. Nowadays, the most commonly used flap from this donor site is the deep inferior epigastric artery perforator flap. If the lower abdomen is not available as a donor site, the gluteal area and thigh provide a number of flaps suitable for breast recon-struction. If the required breast volume is small, and there is enough tissue available on the upper medial thigh, then a transverse upper gracilis flap may be a practicable method to reconstruct the breast. In case of a higher amount of required volume, a gluteal artery perforator flap is the best choice. However, what is crucial in addition to selecting the best flap option for the individual patient is the timing of the operation. 16MODELING OF CONTROLLED THERMO-MECHANICAL PROCESSING OF TUBES FOR ENHANCED MANUFACTURING AND PERFORMANCE显示文摘An integrated mathematical model to simulate seamless tube rolling processes has been developed at The Timken Company. The model is capable of simulating the thermal, deformation and microstructure evolution in the piercing, elongating and reducing/sizing and the austenite decomposition in the mill annealing and cooling operations. Finite difference schemes are employed to model cooling, reducing/sizing and stretch reducing, and finite-element schemes are employed to simulate piercing and elongating. The model predicts the thermal history, deformation, rolling load, torque, recrystallization and grain growth in hot tube rolling, austenite decomposition in cooling or annealing, and the final structure-properties. In this paper mathematical models which are employed to describe the thermal, deformation and microstructure evolution along with the modeling results are presented. 20Tunable and switchable polarization rotation with non-reciprocal plasmonic thin films at designated wavelengths显示文摘We experimentally demonstrate an ultra-thin plasmonic optical rotator in the visible regime that induces a polarization rotation that is continuously tunable and switchable by an external magnetic field.The rotator is a magneto-plasmonic hybrid structure consisting of a magneto-optical EuSe slab and a one-dimensional plasmonic gold grating.At low temperatures,EuSe possesses a large Verdet constant and exhibits Faraday rotation,which does not saturate over a regime of several Tesla.By combining these properties with plasmonic Faraday rotation enhancement,a large tuning range of the polarization rotation of up to 8.4° for a film thickness of 220 nm is achieved.Furthermore,through experiments and simulations,we demonstrate that the unique dispersion properties of the structure enable us to tailor the wavelengths of the tunable polarization rotation to arbitrary spectral positions within the transparency window of the magneto-optical slab.The demonstrated concept might lead to important,highly integrated,non-reciprocal,photonic devices for light modulation,optical isolation,and magnetic field optical sensing.The simple fabrication of EuSe nanostructures by physical vapor deposition opens the way for many potentially interesting magneto-plasmonic systems and three-dimensional magneto-optical metamaterials.Dominik Floess Jessie Y Chin Akihito Kawatani Daniel Dregely Hanns-Ulrich Habermeier Thomas Weiss Harald Giessen 2015Light(Science & Applications)2015,4,1:4
