Mg_(0.95)Ni_(0.05)Ti_(0.98)Zr_(0.02)O_3 possessed excellent microwave dielectric properties with ε_r ≈ 17.1, Q_uf_0 ≈ 195855 GHz, and τ_f ≈-46 ppm/℃. t f was tuned through zero by mixing with Ca_(0.6)La_(0.8/3)TiO_3. | 4 | Development of a panel of unigene-derived polymorphic EST–SSR markers in lentil using public database information显示文摘Lentil(Lens culinaris Medik.), a diploid(2n = 14) with a genome size greater than 4000 Mbp, is an important cool season food legume grown worldwide. The availability of genomic resources is limited in this crop species. The objective of this study was to develop polymorphic markers in lentil using publicly available curated expressed sequence tag information(ESTs). In this study, 9513 ESTs were downloaded from the National Center for Biotechnology Information(NCBI) database to develop unigene-based simple sequence repeat(SSR) markers. The ESTs were assembled into 4053 unigenes and then analyzed to identify 374 SSRs using the MISA microsatellite identification tool. Among the 374 SSRs, 26 compound SSRs were observed.Primer pairs for these SSRs were designed using Primer3 version 1.14. To classify the functional annotation of ESTs and EST–SSRs, BLASTx searches(using E-value 1 × 10-5) against the public UniP rot(http://gffzzc0d2db89b939488bhonx6uv9bvfbu6599.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/) and NCBI(http://gffzz5b533c64939a43b3honx6uv9bvfbu6599.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/) databases were performed. Further functional annotation was performed using PLAZA(version3.0) comparative genomics and GO annotation was summarized using the Plant GO slim category. Among the synthesized 312 primers, 219 successfully amplified Lens DNA. A diverse panel of 24 Lens genotypes was used to identify polymorphic markers. A polymorphic set of 57 markers successfully discriminated the test genotypes. | 5 | An Investigation of Landslide Susceptibility Using Logistic Regression and Statistical Index Methods in Dailekh District, Nepal显示文摘Landslide distribution and susceptibility mapping are the fundamental steps for landslide-related hazard and disaster risk management activities, especially in the Himalaya region which has resulted in a great deal of death and damage to property. To better understand the landslide condition in the Nepal Himalaya, we carried out an investigation on the landslide distribution and susceptibility using the landslide inventory data and 12 different contributing factors in the Dailekh district, Western Nepal. Based on the evaluation of the frequency distribution of the landslide, the relationship between the landslide and the various contributing factors was determined.Then, the landslide susceptibility was calculated using logistic regression and statistical index methods along with different topographic(slope, aspect, relative relief, plan curvature, altitude, topographic wetness index) and non-topographic factors(distance from river, normalized difference vegetation index(NDVI), distance from road, precipitation, land use and land cover, and geology), and 470(70%) of total 658 landslides. The receiver operating characteristic(ROC) curve analysis using 198(30%) of total landslides showed that the prediction curve rates(area under the curve, AUC) values for two methods(logistic regression and statistical index) were 0.826, and 0.823with success rates of 0.793, and 0.811, respectively. The values of R-Index for the logistic regression and statistical index methods were83.66 and 88.54, respectively, consisting of high susceptible hazard classes. In general, this research concluded that the cohesive and coherent natural interplay of topographic and non-topographic factors strongly affects landslide occurrence, distribution, and susceptibility condition in the Nepal Himalaya region. | 6 | Evaluation of biomarkers, genetic mutations, and epigenetic modifications in early diagnosis of pancreatic cancer显示文摘BACKGROUND Pancreatic cancer(PC)is one of the deadliest malignancies with an alarming mortality rate.Despite significant advancement in diagnostics and therapeutics,early diagnosis remains elusive causing poor prognosis,marred by mutations and epigenetic modifications in key genes which contribute to disease progression.AIM To evaluate the various biological tumor markers collectively for early diagnosis which could act as prognostic biomarkers and helps in future therapeutics of PC in Kashmir valley.METHODS A total of 50 confirmed PC cases were included in the study to evaluate the levels of carbohydrate antigen 19-9(CA 19-9),tissue polypeptide specific antigen(TPS),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),vascular endothelial growth factor-A(VEGF-A),and epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR).Mutational analysis was performed to evaluate the mutations in Kirsten rat sarcoma(KRAS),Breast cancer type 2(BRCA-2),and deleted in pancreatic cancer-4(DPC-4)genes.However,epigenetic modifications(methylation of CpG islands)were performed in the promoter regions of cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor 2A(p16;CDKN2A),MutL homolog 1(hMLH1),and Ras association domain-containing protein 1(RASSF1A)genes.RESULTS We found significantly elevated levels of biological markers CA 19-9(P≤0.05),TPS(P≤0.05),CEA(P≤0.001),and VEGF(P≤0.001).Molecular genetic analysis revealed that KRAS gene mutation is predominant in codon 12(16 subjects,P≤0.05),and 13(12 subjects,P≤0.05).However,we did not find a mutation in DPC-4(1203G>T)and BRCA-2(617delT)genes.Furthermore,epigenetic modification revealed that CpG methylation in 21(P≤0.05)and 4 subjects in the promoter regions of the p16 and hMLH1 gene,respectively.CONCLUSION In conclusion,CA 19-9,TPS,CEA,and VEGF levels were significantly elevated and collectively have potential as diagnostic and prognostic markers in PC.Global data of mutation in the KRAS gene commonly in codon 12 and rare in codon 13 could augment the predisposition towards PC.Additionally,methylation of the p16 gene could also modulate transcription of genes thereby increasing the predisposition and susceptibility towards PC. | Bilal Rah Manzoor Ahmad Banday Gh Rasool Bhat Omar J Shah Humira Jeelani Fizalah Kawoosa Tahira Yousuf Dil Afroze | 2021 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2021,27,36: | 2 |
| 7 | 3D与2D腹腔镜胃旁路手术的手术时间与术者主观评价比较显示文摘背景与目的:肥胖发病率正在以'令人担忧'的速度快速增长,已成为严重威胁人类健康的重大问题。腹腔镜胃旁路手术是最常见的减肥手术之一。随着技术与设备的发展,3D腹腔镜成像系统逐步踏入普外科手术领域,三维立体图像弥补了传统2D腹腔镜成像系统缺乏纵深感、立体解剖描述不足的劣势,为主刀医师提供更加清晰的手术视野,使手术变得更加精细,一定程度上降低了难度。3D腹腔镜作为腹腔镜技术的重大革新,在胃旁路手术方面的应用却鲜有报道,与2D腹腔镜比较的优劣情况尚不明了。本研究通过单中心随机对照研究,探讨3D腹腔镜在胃旁路手术中的优势及应用价值。方法:选择中国医科大学附属第四医院2017年8月—2019年3月减重患者60例,随机分为两组,每组各30例,分别行2D腹腔镜胃旁路手术(2D组)与3D腹腔镜胃旁路手术(3D组)。比较两组完成各手术步骤(建立胃小囊、胃肠吻合及肠肠吻合)的用时及总体用时,采用调查问卷方式就术者对两组手术的镜下可操作性及舒适度行主观问卷评分。结果:两组患者术前一般资料无统计学差异(均P>0.05)。与2D组比较,3D组除胃小囊建立时间上无统计学差异外(P=0.120),胃肠吻合时间(P=0.015)、肠肠吻合时间(P=0.012)及手术总用时(P=0.023)均明显缩短。术者对3D腹腔镜下的精准性、层面感、纵深感主观评分以及眼部疲乏感、颈部疲乏感的主观评分均明显优于2D腹腔镜(均P<0.05)。结论:与2D腹腔镜比较,3D腹腔镜可显著缩短胃旁路手术的手术用时,有效的提高了术者操作的舒适度,具有良好的应用前景。 | Thapa Dil Momin 王墨飞 周勇 王勇 刘金钢 | 2020 | 中国普通外科杂志2020,29,6: | 2 |

| 9 | Chitosan coatings with distinct innate immune bioactivities differentially stimulate angiogenesis,osteogenesis and chondrogenesis in poly-caprolactone scaffolds with controlled interconnecting pore size显示文摘This study tested whether osseous integration into poly(ε-caprolactone)(PCL)bioplastic scaffolds with fully-interconnecting 155±8μm pores is enhanced by an adhesive,non-inflammatory 99% degree of deacetylation(DDA)chitosan coating(99-PCL),or further incorporation of pro-inflammatory 83% DDA chitosan microparticles(83-99-PCL)to accelerate angiogenesis.New Zealand White rabbit osteochondral knee defects were press-fit with PCL,99-PCL,83-99-PCL,or allowed to bleed(drill-only).Between day 1 and 6 weeks of repair,drill-only defects repaired by endochondral ossification,with an 8-fold higher bone volume fraction(BVF)versus initial defects,compared to a 2-fold(99-PCL),1.1-fold(PCL),or 0.4-fold(83-99-PCL)change in BVF.Hematoma innate immune cells swarmed to 83-99-PCL,elicited angiogenesis throughout the pores and induced slight bone resorption.PCL and 99-PCL pores were variably filled with cartilage or avascular mesenchyme near the bone plate,or angiogenic mesenchyme into which repairing trabecular bone infiltrated up to 1 mm deep.More repair cartilage covered the 99-PCL scaffold(65%)than PCL(18%)or 83-99-PCL(0%)(p<0.005).We report the novel finding that non-inflammatory chitosan coatings promoted cartilage infiltration into and over a bioplastic scaffold,and were compatible with trabecular bone integration.This study also revealed that in vitro osteogenesis assays have limited ability to predict osseous integration into porous scaffolds,because(1)in vivo,woven bone integrates from the leading edge of regenerating trabecular bone and not from mesenchymal cells adhering to scaffold surfaces,and(2)bioactive coatings that attract inflammatory cells induce bone resorption. | Caroline D.Hoemann Javier Rodríguez Gonzalez Jessica Guzman-Morales Gaoping Chen Ebrahim Jalali Dil Basil D.Favis | 2022 | Bioactive Materials2022,7,4: | 1 |
