| 2 | 中国在2100年前消除子宫颈癌的预算优化策略研究显示文摘2018年,世界卫生组织总干事公布了全球消除子宫颈癌的目标,即发病率降至4/10万以下。中国目前人群人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)疫苗接种率和宫颈癌筛查覆盖率均较低,子宫颈癌发病率以年均10.2%的速度增长。本研究开发了一种适应中国人群并经校准的杂交模型,在预测老龄化、城市化和性行为可能改变的趋势下,估计2015—2100年城市和农村每年的子宫颈癌发病率,并确定在不同预算投入下实现消除子宫颈癌目标的最优防控策略。研究结果显示,若不增加子宫颈癌防控预算,到2100年,子宫颈癌发病率预计将达到2015年的3倍;若2020年开始采用优化的防控策略,即95%的12岁女孩接种HPV疫苗,扩大45岁女性终生一次宫颈癌筛查的覆盖率,使城市女性覆盖率达90%、农村女性覆盖率达33%,则预计2072(95%CI:2070—2074)年在城市、2074(95%CI:2072—2076)年在农村可实现消除子宫颈癌的目标;若预算不受限制,最早在2057年(2053—2060年)和2060年(2057—2063年)将分别在城市、农村消除子宫颈癌。中国可通过优化宫颈癌综合防控策略,尽早在适龄人群中引入HPV疫苗来实现消除宫颈癌的目标;并可通过增加预算来加速消除进程,大幅减少罹患子宫颈癌的人数。 | 赵宇倩 乔良(编译) Xia CF Hu SY Xu Xq | 2019 | 中华预防医学杂志2019,53,11: | 15 |

| 4 | Hepatic abscess induced by foreign body:Case report and literature review显示文摘Hepatic abscess due to perforation of the gastrointestinal tract caused by ingested foreign bodies is uncommon. Pre-operative diagnosis is difficult as patients are often unaware of the foreign body ingestion and symptoms and imagiology are usually non-specific. The authors report a case of 62-year-old woman who was admitted with fever and abdominal pain. Further investigation revealed hepatic abscess, without resolution despite antibiotic therapy. A liver abscess resulting from perforation and intra-hepatic migration of a bone coming from the pilorum was diagnosed by surgery. | 5 | hsa-miR-29c and hsa-miR-135b differential expression aspotential biomarker of gastric carcinogenesis显示文摘AIM: To investigate the expression profiles of hsa-mi R-29 c and hsa-mi R-135 b in gastric mucosal samples and their values as gastric carcinogenesis biomarkers. METHODS: The expression levels of hsa-mi R-29 c and hsa-mi R-135 b in normal gastric mucosa, non-atrophic chronic gastritis, intestinal metaplasia and intestinaltype gastric adenocarcinoma were analysed using quantitative real-time PCR. The difference between hsa-mi R-29 c and hsa-mi R-135 b expression profiles in the grouped samples was evaluated by ANOVA and Student's t-test tests. The results were adjusted for multiple testing by using Bonferroni's correction. P values ≤ 0.05 were considered statistically significant. To evaluate hsa-mi R-29 c and hsa-mi R-135 b expressions as potential biomarkers of gastric carcinogenesis, we performed a receiver operating characteristic curve analysis and the derived area under the curve, and a Categorical Principal Components Analysis. In silico identification of the genetic targets of hsa-mi R-29 c and hsa-mi R-135 b was performed using different prediction tools, in order to identify possible genes involved in gastric carcinogenesis.RESULTS: The expression levels of hsa-mi R-29 c were higher in normal gastric mucosal samples, and decreased progressively in non-atrophic chronic gastritis samples, intestinal metaplasia samples and intestinal-type gastric adenocarcinoma samples. The expression of hsa-mi R-29 c in the gastric lesions showed that non-atrophic gastritis have an intermediate profile to gastric normal mucosa and intestinal-type gastric adenocarcinoma, and that intestinal metaplasia samples presented an expression pattern similar to that in intestinal-type gastric adenocarcinoma. This micro RNA(mi RNA) has a good discriminatory accuracy between normal gastric samples and(1) intestinal-type gastric adenocarcinoma; and(2) intestinal metaplasia, and regulates the DMNT3 A oncogene. hsa-mi R-135 b is up-regulated in non-atrophic chronic gastritis and intestinal metaplasia samples and down-regulated in normal gastric mucosa and intestinal-type gastric adenocarcinoma samples. Non-atrophic chronic gastritis and intestinal metaplasia are significantly different from normal gastric mucosa samples. hsa-mi R-135 b expression presented a greater discriminatory accuracy between normal samples and gastric lesions. | 7 | 视神经脊髓炎IgG刺激原代培养大鼠星形胶质细胞免疫反应显示文摘视神经脊髓炎(NMO)主要累及星形胶质细胞,导致中枢神经系统炎症、脱髓鞘和组织损伤。脑内病灶常高表达水通道蛋白4(AQP4),AQP4被认为是NMO血清IgG的抗原目标。根据NMO的可逆性及对NMO病灶演变特点的分析,笔者推测NMO IgG可能诱导了星形胶质细胞的动态免疫过程。培养原代大鼠星形胶质细胞,加入从NMO患者血清中提取或纯化的IgG,星形胶质细胞出现炎性增殖,同时基因表达出现与之匹配的明显变化。且星形胶质细胞反应因子脂质运载蛋白-2、多种趋化因子、细胞因子、应激反应因子的表达均增加。而在培养的原代星形胶质细胞中加入从正常对照者血清中提取的IgG则无上述变化。此星形胶质细胞的反应还与疾病种类相关。从复发缓解型多发硬化、Sj觟gren's或系统性红斑狼疮患者血清中提取的IgG加入培养的原代星形胶质细胞中也不能导致上述变化。笔者推测是NMO IgG与AQP4结合,导致星形胶质细胞出现炎症反应,并出现基因在转录和翻译水平的相应变化。抑制星形胶质细胞的炎症反应可能有助于减少星形胶质细胞增殖,缓解NMO病灶的发展。 | Howe CL Kaptzan T Magaa SM Ayers-Ringler JR LaFrance-Corey RG Lucchinetti CF | 2014 | 神经损伤与功能重建2014,9,3: | 4 |
| 8 | Hyperinsulinemic hypoglycemia due to adult nesidioblastosis in insulin-dependent diabetes显示文摘In neonates, persistent hyperinsulinemic hypoglycemia (PHH) is associated with nesidioblastosis. In adults, PHH is usually caused by solitary benign insulinomas. We report on an adult patient who suffered from insulin-de- pendent diabetes mellitus, and subsequently developed PHH caused by diffuse nesidioblastosis. Mutations of the MEN1 and Mody 2/3 genes were ruled out. Preoperative diagnostic procedures, the histopathological criteria and the surgical treatment options of adult nesidioblastosis are discussed. So far only one similar case of adult nesidioblastosis subsequent to diabetes mellitus Ⅱ has been reported in the literature. | 10 | A comparative study of the ovicidal and larvicidal activities of aqueous and ethanolic extracts of pawpaw seeds Carica papaya(Caricaceae) on Heligmosomoides bakeri显示文摘Objective:To assess the ovicidal and larvicidal activities of aqueous and ethanolic extracts of pawpaw seeds Carica papaya(Caricaceae) on the eggs and first stage larvae(L1) of Heligmosomoides bakeri.Methods:Eggs of this parasite were obtained from experimentally infested mice(Mus musculus) and larvae were from eggs after incubation at 25℃for about 72 hours.The eggs and larvae were exposed to ten different concentrations(0.125,0.25,0.375,0.5, 0.75,1.0,1.25,1.75,2.25 and 2.75 mg/mL) of both aqueous and ethanolic extracts respectively for 72 hours.Distilled water and 0.05%ethanol used as placebo and negative control,respectively. Results:Placebo and negative control group all showed average 92%embryonnation,98%egg hatching and 2%larval mortality,and did not affect development and larval survival.The extracts inhibited embryonic development,egg hatching and larval survival.In general,the ovicidal and larvicidal activities increased with increasing concentration of different extracts.The aqueous extract was found to be more potent on eggs than on larvae.At 2.75 mg/mL,only 8%of eggs embryonnated and 50%hatched to L1 vs 57%embryonic development and 79%hatching occurred in the ethanolic extract.However,this later extract was more efficient in preventing larval development producing 96%mortality as against 68%with the aqueous extract.Conclusions: These results shows the ovicidal and larvicidal properties of aqueous and ethanolic pawpaw seeds extracts. | Wabo Pone J Ngankam Ntemah JD Bilong Bilong CF Mpoame Mbida | 2011 | Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Medicine2011,4,6: | 3 |

| 15 | ATG16L1 and NOD2 polymorphisms enhance phagocytosis in monocytes of Crohn's disease patients显示文摘AIM:To investigate if the presence of relevant genetic polymorphisms has effect on the effectual clearance of bacteria by monocytes and granulocytes in patients with Crohn’s disease(CD).METHODS:In this study,we assessed the differential responses in phagocytosis by measuring the phagocytic activity and the percentage of active phagocytic monocytes and granulocytes in inflammatory bowel disease patients as well as healthy controls.As both autophagy related like 1(ATG16L1)and immunityrelated guanosine triphosphatase gene are autophagy genes associated with CD and more recently nucleo-tide-binding ligomerization domain-containing protein2(NOD2)has been identified as a potent inducer of autophagy we genotyped the patients for these variants and correlated this to the phagocytic reaction.The genotyping was done with restriction fragment length polymorphisms analysis and the phagocytosis was determined with the pHrodo?Escherichia coli Bioparticles Phagocytosis kit for flowcytometry.RESULTS:In this study,we demonstrate that analysis of the monocyte and granulocyte populations of patients with CD and ulcerative colitis showed a comparable phagocytic activity(ratio of mean fluorescence intensity)between the patient groups and the healthy controls.CD patients show a significantly higher phagocytic capacity(ratio mean percentage of phagocytic cells)compared to healthy controls(51.91%±2.85%vs 37.67%±7.06%,P=0.05).The extend of disease was not of influence.However,variants of ATG16L1(WT:2.03±0.19 vs homozygoot variant:4.38±0.37,P<0.009)as well as NOD2(C-ins)(heterozygous variant:42.08±2.94 vs homozygous variant:75.58±4.34(P=0.05)are associated with the phagocytic activity in patients with CD.CONCLUSION:Monocytes of CD patients show enhanced phagocytosis associated with the presence of ATG16L1 and NOD2 variants.This could be part of the pathophysiological mechanism resulting in the disease. | Simone CS Wolfkamp Caroline Verseyden Esther WM Vogels Sander Meisner Kirsten Boonstra Charlotte P Peters Pieter CF Stokkers Anje A te Velde | 2014 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2014,20,10: | 2 |

| 20 | diminazene aceturate 的增加的剂量: 在女 Wistar 老鼠的不利繁殖效果显示文摘 <正>Objective:To investigate the effects of comparatively high doses of diminazene aceturate on the reproductive performance of female rats in the early stage of pregnancy.Methods:After oestrus synchronisation and successful mating,20 pregnant female rats were randomly divided into four groups(A-D).Group A rats served as the control and were given single intraperitoneal injection of 0.5 mL sterile water(vehicle only) while groups B.C and D rats were given single intraperitoneal doses of 7,14 and 21 mg/kg body weight diminazene aceturate respectively,on day 7 of pregnancy.The gestation length,litter size and weight at birth,and areas of foetal resorption in the uterus were determined post partum.The post-implantation survival index(%) and the gestation index(group%) were also evaluated for rats in all the groups.Results:There was a graded increase in the number of observed resorbed foetuses as the dose of diminazene aceturate was increased,although only groups C(14 mg/kg) and D(21 mg/kg) revealed a significant decrease(P<0.01,ANOVA) in the post implantation survival index of rat embryos.There was also a significant decrease(P<0.05) in the litter weights of rats in groups C and D.Conclusions: Although the pregnant rats showed no overt signs of systemic toxicity even at the highest dose of 21 mg/kg body weight diminazene aceturate in this study,it was concluded that the use of high doses of diminazene aceturate in an effort to combat resistant trypanosomes could have adverse reproductive effects on female animals in the early period of pregnancy. | Oguejiofor CF Ochiogu IS Umeoduagu CJ | 2010 | Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Medicine2010,3,11: | 2 |
