| 2 | 观察慢性肾脏病治疗中应用他汀类药物的效果及对肾脏的保护作用显示文摘目的观察对慢性肾脏病患者实施他汀类药物治疗的临床效果和价值。方法选取2018年5月至2019年6月本院收治的80例慢性肾脏病患者,根据平衡序贯法分为对照组(n=38)和观察组(n=42)。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合他汀类药物治疗。比较两组临床疗效、用药安全性、肾功能及肾小球滤过率改善情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.2%,明显高于对照组的78.9%(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为2.3%,低于对照组的15.7%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组Bun、SCr、24 h尿蛋白水平、肾小球滤过率均低于对照组,eGFR明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对在常规治疗方案的基础上联合开展他汀类药物治疗慢性肾脏病患者,在提升临床疗效、治疗安全性及保护肾脏方面具有显著价值。 | 王楠 闻俊 | 2021 | 当代医学2021，27，26： | 1 |
| 3 | Viral hepatitis as a risk factor for the development of hepatocellular carcinoma显示文摘Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is the fourth leading global cause of tumor-related mortality.HCC has a high prevalence in patients with chronic liver diseases,and it mostly results from cirrhosis caused by infection with blood-borne viruses.Despite the implementation of various diagnostic and prevention strategies,the rates of new HCC cases and mortality are increasing globally due to the aging and growth of the world population as well as their increased exposure to dominant risk factors like alcohol,hepatitis B and C,and clinical correlates of metabolic syndrome.Modeling studies indicate that sanitation practices,implementation of vaccination programs against hepatitis B,and expanded recognition and treatment of patients with chronic hepatitis B and C could greatly contribute to the eradication of viral hepatitis B and C.While the availability of generic antiviral drugs could partially overcome the bottleneck represented by the lack of resources in low and middle-income countries,where viral hepatitis is the leading cause of liver cancer,the enthusiasm for the prevention of liver cancer through antiviral therapy is mitigated by the risk of cancer in many patients who are treated late in the hepatitis course.The present work aimed to review in detail the various types,epidemiology,and carcinogenesis mechanisms of viral infections that are associated with a significantly increased risk for the development of HCC. | Saleh A.Alqahtani Massimo Colombo | 2020 | Hepatoma Research2020，6，9： | 0 |
