1Water Requirements and Irrigation Scheduling of Spring Maize Using GIS and CropWat Model in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region显示文摘Due to the over use of available water resources, it has become very important to define appropriate strategies for planning and management of irrigated farmland. In this paper, Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei (Jing-Jin-Ji) region was chosen as the case study area for its special political and economic status and its severe water problem. To achieve effective planning, the information about crop water requirements, irrigation withdrawals, soil types and climatic conditions were obtained in the study area. In the meantime, a GIS method was adopted, which extends the capabilities of the crop models to a regional level. The main objectives of the study are: 1) to estimate the spatial distribution of the evapotranspiration of spring maize; 2) to estimate climatic water deficit; 3) to estimate the yield reduction of spring maize under different rainfed and irrigated conditions. Based on the water deficit analysis, recommended supplemental irrigation schedule was developed using CropWat model. 2采用Fisher判别法对GIS中局部放电类型的识别(英文)显示文摘To monitor the condition of online power apparatus accurately and provide appropriate guidance on their maintenance,a fundamental ultra-high frequency(UHF) database of partial discharges corresponding to different types of defects is presented for the observation of insulation state of gas insulated switchgear(GIS).In order to imitate the defects in a GIS online,five types of typical partial discharge(PD) sources(i.e.floating metal,protrusion,bouncing particles,void in spacer,and particle on the surface of solid insulation) were designed and fabricated.A wideband UHF sensor and an amplifier were applied to obtain UHF signals.Based on the characteristics of the five different defects,nine meaningful parameters which were independent of the phase of the applied voltage were extracted from the PD samples and then discussed.In this paper,Fisher discriminant analysis(FDA),a pattern recognition algorithm,was applied for the purpose of classifying the defects.In this way,there was no need to set complicated parameters and kernel function,and the total discrimination accuracy of test samples was 97.6%.It indicates that based on the nine especial parameters,the typical defects in GIS can be identified exactly by means of FDA.Hence the analysis method could be possibly regarded as a universal classification method.DING Dengwei GAO Wensheng LIU Weidong 2013高电压技术2013,39,4:9

4Analysis of Excitation Characteristics of Ultra High Frequency Electromagnetic Waves Induced by PD in GIS显示文摘The understanding of the excitation mechanism of ultra high frequency (UHF) electromagnetic waves (EW) is essential for ap- plying UHF method to partial discharge (PD) detection. Since the EW induced by PD in gas insulated switchgear (GIS) contains not only transverse electromagnetic (TEM) wave, but also high-order transverse electric (TE) and high-order transverse magnetic (TM) waves, we analyzed the proportions between the TEM wave and the high order waves, as well as the influence of the PD position on this proportion, using the finite different time domain (FDTD) method. According to the unique characteristics of the waves, they are separated only ap- proximately. It is found that the high-order mode is the main component, more than 70%, of the electric field around the enclosure of GIS, and that with the increasing distance between PD source and inner conductors, the low frequency ( below about 800 MHz) component of EW decreases, but the high frequency component (above 1 GHz) increases, meanwhile the proportion of high-order components in EW could reach 77% from 70%. 6A Complete Embryonic Developmental Table of Microhyla fissipes(Amphibia,Anura,Microhylidae)显示文摘Access to embryonic developmental stages is essential basic work for understanding how organisms develop. In this study, seven egg clutches(range 209–564 eggs) of ornamented pygmy frog Microhyla fissipes(Amphibia, Anura, Microhylidae) were obtained from seven breeding pairs in laboratory. One egg clutch of them was observed for the embryonic development, and the staging table of normal development was constructed based on morphological and physiological characteristics. Forty-five developmental stages were defined for M. fissipes, and two major developmental periods were designated: 1) early embryonic development period(stages 1–28), from fertilization to operculum completion stage, lasted for 82.6 hours at water temperature(WT) 23–25℃; 2) larval development period(stages 29–45), from operculum completion to tail complete absorption stage, took 38 days at WT 22–26.5℃, showing that the embryos of this species develop rapidly. In addition, the tadpoles were transparent, which is similar to those in field. 7Ginger polysaccharide UGP1 suppressed human colon cancer growth via p53,Bax/Bcl-2,caspase-3 pathways and immunomodulation显示文摘In previous study,we got a purified ginger polysaccharide UGP1 and verified its significant antitumor activities on colon cancer HCT116 cells.In this article,we aimed to illustrate the underlying mechanism of UGP1 exerted antitumor activities on colon cancer by using in vitro cell models and in vivo animal models.The results demonstrated that UGP1 could induce S-phase cell cycle arrest,up-regulate the expression of Bax and p53,down-regulate the expression of Bcl-2,and activate the downstream protein caspase-9 and caspase-3,which was related to intrinsic apoptosis pathway on HCT116 cells.Moreover,UGP1 significantly stimulated RAW264.7 cell proliferation and secretion activity.Similarly,UGP1 inhibited tumor proliferation on tumor-bearing mice,increased the expression of p53 and the ratio of Bax/Bcl-2,enhanced the secretion of pro-inflammatory cytokines TNF-α,IL-2,IL-6 and decreased the secretion of pro-tumor cytokines TGF-βand b FGF in serum.In conclusion,it indicated that the UGP 1 could sup press human colon cancer growth by inducing apoptosis via the regulation of p53,caspase-3,and Bax/Bcl-2 ratio-dependent pathway and regulating immune system activity.Thi s investigation provided basic theoretical mechanism of ginger polysaccharideexerted antitumor activities,and contributed to develop a possible functional food or adjuvant agent for prevention or treatment of colon cancer.Yanfang Qian Chenying Shi Chen Cheng Dengwei Liao Junping Liu Guitang Chen 2023Food Science and Human Wellness2023,12,2:4
8RECENT TRENDS OF TEMPERATURE AND PRECIPITATION DISTURBED BY LARGE-SCALE RECLAMATION IN THE SANGJIANG PLAIN OF CHINA显示文摘The regional observed temperature and precipitation changes and their abrupt jumps disturbed by large-scale reclamation in the Sanjiang Plain,Northeast China were studied. Mean annual temperature of the region was tending to go up and has increased by 1.2-2.2℃ over the past 50 years. A warming jump of mean annual temperature of the region occurred in the 1980s,which had an increase amplitude of 0.9℃. Linear tendency rates of annual precipitation were negative in most of the region. The maximum of annual precipitation decrease was 155.8mm over the past 50 years. An abrupt decrease of regional annual precipitation happened in the middle of the 1960s,which had a decrease of 102.1mm. Based on the fact of climatic change of the Sanjiang Plain over the past 50 years,it is held that the region had larger warming amplitude than that of the surrounding areas in the recent years,which resulted from the large-scale reclamation of various kinds of wetlands.YANMin-hua DENGWei CHENPan-qint 2003Chinese Geographical Science2003,13,4:4
9Ecological water demand:the case of the slope systems in the East Liaohe River Basin显示文摘The ecological water demand (EWD) is the least water amount required to maintain the structure and the function of the special eco-system and the temporal scale of a study on the EWD must be a season's time. Based on GIS and RS with the source information of hydrological data of 46 hydrological gauges covering 52 years and the digital images of Landsat TM in 1986, 1996 and 2000, the landscape patterns, precipitation and runoff in the East Liaohe River Basin were analyzed. With the result of the above analysis, the spatial and temporal changes of the ecological water demand in the slope systems (EWDSS) of the East Liaohe River Basin (ELRB) were derived. Landscapes in the ELRB are dispersed and strongly disturbed by human actions. The hydrological regime in ELRB has distinct spatial variations. The average annual EWDSS in the ELRB is 504.72 mm (324.08-618.89 mm), and the average EWDSS in the growth season (from May to September) is 88.29% of the year's total EWDSS .The ultimate guaranteeing ratio of the EWDSS in ELRB is 90%. The scarce EWDSS area in the whole year and in the growth season are 60.47% and 74.01% of the entire basin respectively. 11Relationships between ground motion parameters and landslides induced by Wenchuan earthquake显示文摘The MS8.0 Wenchuan earthquake induced severe landslide hazards.For the first time in China,large numbers of strong motion records were obtained during the Wenchuan earthquake,providing the opportunity to study the relationships between ground-motion parameters and the earthquake-induced landslides.Nearly 40 groups of records from the main shock distributed along the Longmenshan fault lines were used to carry out this study.The results appropriate to the Longmenshan area are as follows:1 The threshold of the peak ground acceleration(PGA) is about 0.7 m/s2.When the PGA reaches 2 m/s2,the landslide hazards are very serious;2 The threshold of the peak ground velocity(PGV) is about 0.5 m/s.When the PGV reaches 1.5 m/s,severe landslide hazards will be induced;3 The threshold for the Arias intensity(Ia) is about 0.2 m/s.When the Ia in one horizontal direction reaches 2 m/s,landslide hazards will be very serious;4 As for the relevance order of the parameters to earthquake-induced landslides,Ia is the leading parameter,followed by PGV,and finally PGA.The results presented in this paper are consistent with the results from other studies,indicating that the threshold of the ground motion parameters for strong earthquakes is of the same order of magnitude as that of moderate earthquakes.Landslide density of local sites fluctuated with the increase of ground motion intensity if the thresholds were reached.When the upper limits are exceeded,the landslide density remains at a certain level with relatively little variation.Xiuying Wang Gaozhong Nie Dengwei Wang 2010Earthquake Science2010,23,3:3
12Noble-metal free plasmonic nanomaterials for enhanced photocatalytic applications—A review显示文摘Plasmonic nanomaterial catalysis is currently at the frontier of photocatalysis,overcoming the limitations of wide bandgap semiconductors for light absorption.Its localized surface plasmon resonance(LSPR)properties allow broad ultraviolet-visible-near infrared ray(UV-vis-NIR)absorption,making it an ideal material for solar energy conversion.Most plasmonic nanostructures rely on precious metals.Although noble metal plasmonic nanomaterials have proven to be one of the strategies for enhancing photocatalytic activity,their expensive cost and limitations in light absorption range have hindered their practical application.As a result,noble-metal free plasmonic nanomaterials have risen to the top of the research priority list.Therefore,this paper reviews the fundamental principles and classification of the LSPR effect of noble-metal free plasmonic nanomaterials in photocatalytic and their recent applications in hydrogen generation,carbon dioxide reduction,and pollutant degradation.Specific cases elucidate the possible working mechanism of enhanced photocatalysis by noble-metal free plasmonic nanomaterials.Finally,the challenges and future opportunities for noble-metal free plasmonic nanomaterials in energy conversion and storage are discussed and envisioned.Jinghua Li Yiming Zhang Yalong Huang Bing Luo Li Jing Dengwei Jing 2022Nano Research2022,15,12:3
13CHARACTERISTICS OF ZONAL ANOMALY OF ANNUAL PRECIPITATION IN THE NORTHEASTERN CHINA显示文摘The characteristics of zonal anomaly and change rule of temporal distribution of annual precipitation in the northeastern China are revealed in this paper with EOF (Empirical Orthogonal Function) and REOF (Rotated Empirical Orthogonal Function) methods and results are drawn in the standard relief maps with GIS technology for practical application. Data used in the study were obtained from 208 meteorological stations over the northeastern China from 1961 to 2001. EOF results show that the first 3 loading vectors could give entire spatial anomaly structure of annual precipitation. In the Northeast Plain including the Songneng Plain and the Liaohe Plain, there is a regional compatibility (whether wet or dry) of annual precipitation change and this precipitation pattern has occurred since the late 1980s to the present. There also exist annual precipitation patterns of wet (or dry) in south and dry (or wet) in north and wet (or dry) in east and dry (or wet) in west. 14Identification and Categorization of Climate Change Risks显示文摘The scientific evidence that climate is changing due to greenhouse gas emission is now incontestable, which may put many social, biological, and geophysical systems in the world at risk. In this paper, we first identified main risks induced from or aggravated by climate change. Then we categorized them applying a new risk categorization system brought forward by Renn in a framework of International Risk Governance Council. We proposed that 'uncer-tainty' could be treated as the classification criteria. Based on this, we established a quantitative method with fuzzy set theory, in which 'confidence' and 'likelihood' , the main quantitative terms for expressing uncertainties in IPCC, were used as the feature parameters to construct the fuzzy membership functions of four risk types. According to the maximum principle, most climate change risks identified were classified into the appropriate risk types. In the mean time, given that not all the quantitative terms are available, a qualitative approach was also adopted as a complementary classification method. 20Screening of Broad-spectrum Resistance Resources against Rice Bacterial Leaf Streak显示文摘[Objectives] Rice materials with broad-spectrum resistance against several pathogenic strains of Xanthomans oryzae pv. Oryzicola( Xooc) at multiple growth stages were screened,in order to provide reliable resistance sources for variety breeding against rice bacterial leaf streak. [Methods] A total of 1 100 rice lines with rich genetic background were offered as selective objects,and highly susceptible cultivar Jingang 30 was used as the control. Inoculation was carried out with five strong pathogenic strains of Xooc through acupuncture method at various growth stages for resistance identification. [Results] Fourteen disease-resistant materials were obtained through preliminary screening,accounting for 1. 27% of the total materials. Nine materials moderately resistant to bacterial leaf streak were obtained via secondary screening,accounting for 0. 82% of the total materials. Besides,three of them( RL6,RL9 and RL14) were resistant to a number of pathogenic strains of Xooc at three growth stages. In particular,RL16 presented broad-spectrum resistance to multi-strains with high resistance levels. Six of them( RL2,RL4,RL5,RL8,RL11 and RL12) were resistant to single strain at single growth stage. [Conclusions] The obtained three materials have broad-spectrum resistance to bacterial leaf streak at multiple growth stages,which can be served as an important source to cultivate disease-resistant rice varieties. RL6 maintains high broad-spectrum resistance at all growth stages,which can be used as a prior resistance source for rice variety breeding.
