1Waste production in aquaculture:Sources,components and managements in different culture systems显示文摘The intensification of aquaculture has emerged as a viable alternative for increasing aquaculture production due to competition that arose from the use of natural resources,such as land and water,by other production and developmental sectors.However,intensification demands increased inputs,such as fish and feed per unit culture area and,therefore,increased waste generation from the aquaculture production systems.The impact of waste products from aquaculture has increased public concern and threatens the sustainability of aquaculture practices.The need for increasing the production of aquaculture products cannot be overemphasized and,therefore,there is a need to develop culture systems that will increase fish production with efficient waste management in order to limit environmental degradation resulting from aquaculture wastes and ensure its sustainability.This paper reviewed various aspects of waste production from aquaculture,their sources,components,and methods of management,in different culture systems,primarily discussing waste production from feed,chemicals,and pathogens.We aimed to establish the sources of wastes,their contents,and potential harms to both the fish culture and the environment.Suggestions for managing wastes in different culture systems were made to ensure an improved and sustainable aquaculture production.Akeem Babatunde Dauda Abdullateef Ajadi Adenike Susan Tola-Fabunmi Ayoola Olusegun Akinwole 2019Aquaculture and Fisheries2019,4,3:19
2驴腿肉与其他畜腿肉挥发性风味物质差异研究显示文摘利用气相电子鼻和气相色谱-质谱联用分析仪等对4种畜腿肉挥发性风味物质进行定性和定量检测,并通过气相色谱分析仪进行脂肪酸组成测定。气相电子鼻结果表明驴腿肉与猪腿肉风味差异最小,与牛腿肉差异最大。GC-MS共检出76种挥发性物质,以醛类为主,驴、猪、牛、羊腿肉中醛类占比分别为70.71%,75.36%,48.76%,55.94%,其中具有清香和青草气味的正己醛含量最高,贡献风味比例依次为29.89%,20.46%,12.74%,10.78%。驴、猪、牛、羊腿肉中的主要饱和脂肪酸总含量依次为30.01%,39.05%,36.34%,48.42%;不饱和脂肪酸总量依次为63.19%,57.10%,49.03%,43.71%。综上,影响驴腿肉风味特征的主要化合物为正己醛,其来源于亚油酸的氧化分解。李秀 桑潘婷 Dauda Sa-Adu Abiola 周广运 樊雨梅 成向荣 王东亮 2019食品与机械2019,0,9:5
3Assessment of Fish Farming Practices, Operations, Water Resource Management and Profitability in Katsina State, Nigeria显示文摘This study assessed the fish production, culture facilities, operations, water resource management and profitability of fish farming in Katsina State, Nigeria, with a view of understanding the status of aquaculture development in Katsina State. Data were collected using structured questionnaire administered to 35 out of the active 42 farms in Katsina State at the period and the data obtained were analyzed using descriptive statistics and linear regression. Among the respondents, 37.1% used concrete tank alone and another 37.2% used concrete tank with other types of culture facilities, 57.1% practised mono-culture techniques and 77.1% used stagnant renewal system as culture system. Management of water quality was done by majority(82.9%) with mere visual evaluation, while 68.6% did not use any forms of water treatment. Most of the farms(80%) depended on imported feed for feeding their fish and gross profits of ■7.29±1.81 and ■157.83±118.08 were obtained on fingerlings and adult fish, respectively. The tested explanatory variables were responsible for 45.4% change in profitability and profitability was found to be dependent on feeding cost(t=–3.38 and p=0.002) and size of fish at harvest(t=2.70 and p=0.011). 8Real-Time Frequency Estimation of Complex GMSK Signal of Green Communications Devices显示文摘Parameter estimation of signals of universal software radio peripheral(USRP) devices is crucial to solve the problem of phase offsets of received signals in distributed beamforming. For systems that will utilize the closed loop feedback algorithm where the receiver needs to send the received signal strength(RSS) values periodically to the beamforming node so as to take advantage of energy conservation, the frequency and phase of these signals should be estimated before smoothening by nonlinear filters. This article presents the estimation of the frequency offsets of a Gaussian minimum shift keying(GMSK) signal from N210 USRP devices in real time by using the Radix-2 fast Fourier transform(FFT) algorithm in GNURadio. For these green communications devices, most of the needed hardware parts have been software defined, thereby reducing the supposed energy consumption. The frequency offsets from reference carrier frequencies of 900 MHz and 2.4 GHz are less than 3 kH z each before the estimation, but the average offsets are 45 Hz and 100 Hz after the estimation, respectively. 12基于聚乳酸羟乙酸共聚物的青蒿琥酯纳米颗粒的制备,及其抗疟活性和毒性评价(英文)显示文摘目的:为疟疾治疗制定基于聚合物的青蒿琥酯纳米粒。创新点:以聚乳酸羟乙酸共聚物(PLGA)为载体,制备青蒿琥酯纳米颗粒。并以小鼠为模型,评估其抗疟疗效和安全性。方法:以PLGA为载体,采用从单一的水包油乳剂中进行溶剂蒸发的方法制备青蒿琥酯纳米颗粒。借助X射线衍射和差示扫描量热分析对纳米颗粒进行表征。以4 mg/kg的剂量对感染疟原虫的雄性瑞士白化小鼠进行体内抗疟活性的研究,测定血液和肝毒性的相关指标。体外实验以小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞细胞系RAW 264.7为模型,在7.8~1000μg/ml浓度范围内,测定游离型和包裹型青蒿琥酯的细胞毒性。结论:实验结果表明,纳米颗粒的粒径为(329.3±21.7)nm,包封率为(38.4±10.1)%。与游离青蒿琥酯(58.2%)相比,基于PLGA的青蒿琥酯纳米颗粒(Art-PLGA)具有较高的抑虫率(62.6%),P<0.05。就血小板计数结果而言,对照组(305 000.00±148 492.40)明显地高于游离青蒿琥酯组(139 500.00±20 506.10)和Art-PLGA组(163 500.00±3535.53),P<0.05。因此,药物的使用没有导致肝毒性的产生。体外细胞毒性试验结果表明,Art-PLGA的半数抑制浓度(IC50,468.0μg/ml)显著高于游离青蒿琥酯(7.3μg/ml),P<0.05。基于PLGA的青蒿琥酯纳米颗粒是一种有效安全的抗疟治疗方法。Kabiru DAUDA Zulaikha BUSARI Olajumoke MORENIKEJI Funmilayo AFOLAYAN Oyetunde OYEYEMI Jairam MEENA Debasis SAHU Amulya PAND A 2017Journal of Zhejiang University-Science B(Biomedicine & Biotechnology)2017,18,11:1
