1A low power global shutter pixel with extended FD voltage swing range for large format high speed CMOS image sensor显示文摘A low power 8T global shutter pixel with extended FD voltage swing range is proposed for large format high speed CMOS image sensor. The pixel has a negative threshold reset transistor, two in-pixel source followers, and a sample-and-hold circuit. The in-pixel first source follower is employed for reducing the pixel average current and maximum transient current. The negative threshold reset transistor is applied to extend the voltage swing of FD. Using pixel level sample-and-hold circuit, the k TC noise on FD node can be effectively nullified by correlated double sampling operation. A high speed 1000 fps 256×256 CMOS image sensor is implemented in 0.18 μm CMOS process. Two 10-bit cyclic ADC arrays are integrated in this prototype sensor chip. The active area of the chip is 10 mm×7 mm with a pixel size of 14 μm×14 μm. The developed sensor achieves an average current of 23 n A per pixel, a maximum transit current per pixel as low as 1113 n A, and a large FD voltage swing of 1.78 V. 2Thermodynamic Analysis of Packed Bed Thermal Energy Storage System显示文摘A packed-bed thermal energy storage(PBTES) device, which is simultaneously restricted by thermal storage capacity and outlet temperatures of both cold and hot heat transfer fluids, is characterized by an unstable operation condition, and its calculation is complicated. To solve this problem, a steady thermodynamics model of PBTES with fixed temperatures on both ends was built. By using this model, the exergy destruction, thermocline thickness, thermal storage capacity, thermal storage time, and other key parameters can be calculated in a simple way. In addition, the model explained the internal reason for the change of thermocline thickness during thermal storage and release processes. Furthermore, the stable operation of the PBTES device was analyzed, and it was found that higher inlet temperature of hot air, and lower temperature difference between cold and hot air can produce less exergy destruction and achieve a larger cycle number of stable operation. 3Longer duration of initial invasive mechanical ventilation is still a crucial risk factor for moderate‑to‑severe bronchopulmonary dysplasia in very preterm infants:a multicentrer prospective study显示文摘Objectives We aimed to evaluate the risk factors for moderate-to-severe bronchopulmonary dysplasia(BPD)and focus on discussing its relationship with the duration of initial invasive mechanical ventilation(IMV)in very preterm neonates less than 32 weeks of gestational age(GA).Methods We performed a prospective cohort study involving infants born at 23–31 weeks of GA who were admitted to 47 different neonatal intensive care unit(NICU)hospitals in China from January 2018 to December 2021.Patient data were obtained from the Sina-northern Neonatal Network(SNN)Database.Results We identified 6538 very preterm infants,of whom 49.5%(3236/6538)received initial IMV support,and 12.6%(823/6538)were diagnosed with moderate-to-severe BPD symptoms.The median duration of initial IMV in the moderateto-severe BPD group was 26(17–41)days,while in the no or mild BPD group,it was 6(3–10)days.The incidence rate of moderate-to-severe BPD and the median duration of initial IMV were quite different across different GAs.Multivariable logistic regression analysis showed that the onset of moderate-to-severe BPD was significantly associated with the duration of initial IMV[adjusted odds ratio(AOR):1.97;95%confidence interval(CI):1.10–2.67],late-onset neonatal sepsis(LONS),and patent ductus arteriosus(PDA).Conclusion In this multicenter cohort study,the duration of initial IMV was still relatively long in very premature infants,and the longer duration of initial IMV accounts for the increased risk of moderate-to-severe BPD.Cong Dou Yong-Hui Yu Qing-Cui Zhuo Jian-Hong Qi Lei Huang Yan-Jie Ding De-Juan Yang Li Li Dan Li Xiao-Kang Wang Yan Wang Xin Qiao Xiang Zhang Bing-Jin Zhang Hai-Yan Jiang Zhong-Liang Li Simmy Reddy 2023World Journal of Pediatrics2023,19,6:2
4FOXG1的表达与人类神经胶质瘤的恶性肿瘤有关(英文)显示文摘Objective: Recent evidence indicates that the increased expression of FOXG1 is associated with tumor genesis. This study was designed to explore the expression and role which FOXG1 plays in human glioma. Methods: We detected the expression of FOXG1 by immunohistochemistry in glioma tissue samples. Following the down-regulation of FOXG1 in glioma cell lines by a specific short hairpin RNA, the function of FOXG1 in proliferation and apoptosis was assessed. Results: Glioma tissues exhibited notably higher expression of FOXG1 compared with control brain tissues and was positively correlated with histological malignancy. The down-regulation of FOXG1 in glioma cells led to a cell apoptosis in vitro. 5Bavachin induces apoptosis in colorectal cancer cells through Gadd45a via the MAPK signaling pathway显示文摘Bavachin is a dihydroflavonoid compound isolated from Psoralea corylifolia,and exhibits anti-bacterial,anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor and lipid-lowering activities.Recent attention has gradually drawn on bavachin-induced apoptosis in many human cancer cell lines.However,the anti-cancer effects and related mechanisms in colorectal cancer remain unknown.Here,we investigated the effects of bavachin on colorectal cancer in vivo and in vitro.The results showed that bavachin inhibited the proliferation of human colorectal cancer cells and induce apoptosis.These changes were mediated by activating the MAPK signaling pathway,which significantly up-regulated the expression of Gadd45a.Furthermore,Gadd45a silencing obviously attenuated bavachin-mediated cell apoptosis.Inhibition of the MAPK signaling pathway by JNK/ERK/p38 inhibitors also weakened the up-regulation of Gadd45a by bavachin.The anticancer effect of bavachin was also validated using a mouse xenograft model of human colorectal cancer.In conclusion,these findings suggest that bavachin induces the apoptosis of colorectal cancer cells through activating the MAPK signaling pathway.WANG Mengru TIAN Baopeng SHEN Jie XU Shilin LIU Cong GUAN Ling GUO Min DOU Jie 2023Chinese Journal of Natural Medicines2023,21,1:1

8RuO_(2)-PdO nanowire networks with rich interfaces and defects supported on carbon toward the efficient alkaline hydrogen oxidation reaction显示文摘Interfacial engineering is a promising approach for enhancing electrochemical performance,but rich and efficient interfacial active sites remain a challenge in fabrication.Herein,RuO_(2)-PdO heterostructure nanowire networks(NWs) with rich interfaces and defects supported on carbon(RuO_(2)-PdO NWs/C) for alkaline hydrogen oxidation reaction(HOR) was formed by a seed induction-oriented attachment-thermal treatment method for the first time.As expected,the RuO_(2)-PdO NWs/C(72.8% Ru atomic content in metal) exhibits an excellent activity in alkaline HOR with a mass specific exchange current density(jo,m) of 1061 A gRuPd-1,which is 3.1 times of commercial Pt/C and better than most of the reported nonPt noble metal HOR electrocatalysts.Even at the high potential(~0.5 V vs.RHE) or the presence of CO(5 vol%),the RuO_(2)-PdO NWs/C still effectively catalyzes the alkaline HOR.Structure/electrochemical analysis and theoretical calculations reveal that the interfaces between RuO_(2) and PdO act as the active sites.The electronic interactions between the two species and the rich defects for the interfacial active sites weaken the adsorption of Had,also strengthen the adsorption of OHad,and accelerate the alkaline HOR process.Moreover,OHadon RuO_(2) can spillover to the interfaces,keeping the RuO_(2)-PdO NWs/C with the stable current density at higher potential and high resistance to CO poisoning.Yuanyuan Cong Fanchao Meng Haibin Wang Di Dou Qiuping Zhao Chunlei Li Ningshuang Zhang Junying Tian 2023Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,8:0
9Code-based Sequential Aggregate Signature Scheme显示文摘This paper proposes the first code-based quantum immune sequential aggregate signature(SAS)scheme and proves the security of the proposed scheme in the random oracle model.Aggregate signature(AS)schemes and sequential aggregate signature schemes allow a group of potential signers to sign different messages respectively,and all the signatures of those users on those messages can be aggregated into a single signature such that the size of the aggregate signature is much smaller than the total size of all individual signatures.Because of the aggregation of many signatures into a single short signature,AS and SAS schemes can reduce bandwidth and save storage;moreover,when a SAS is verified,not only the valid but also the order in which each signer signed can be verified.AS and SAS schemes can be applied to traffic control,banking transaction and military applications.Most of the existing AS and SAS schemes are based either on pairing or Rivest-Shamir-Adleman(RSA),and hence,can be broken by Shor’s quantum algorithm for Integer Factoring Problem(IFP)and Discrete Logarithm Problem(DLP).There are no quantum algorithms to solve syndrome decoding problems.Hence,code-based cryptography is seen as one of the promising candidates for post-quantum cryptography.This paper shows how to construct quantum immune sequential aggregate signatures based on coding theory.Specifically,we construct our scheme with the first code based signature scheme proposed by Courtois,Finiasz and Sendrier(CFS).Compared to the CFS signature scheme without aggregation,the proposed sequential aggregate signature scheme can save about 90%storage when the number of signers is asymptotically large.Bennian Dou Lei Xu Xiaoling Yu LinMei Cong Zuo 2022Computers, Materials & Continua2022,,12:0

12Clay minerals and elemental composition of sediments on different sedimentary units in the northern East China Sea shelf:provenance tracing and genetic mechanism analysis显示文摘The composition,provenance,and genetic mechanism of sediment on different sedimentary units of the East China Sea(ECS)shelf are essential for understanding the depositional dynamics environment in the ECS.The sediments in the northern ECS shelf are distributed in a ring-shaped distribution centered on the southwestern Cheju Island Mud.From the inside to the outside,the grain size goes from fine to coarse.Aside from the“grain size effect”,hydrodynamic sorting and mineral composition are important restrictions on the content of rare earth elements(REEs).Based on the grain size,REEs,and clay mineral composition of 300 surface sediments,as well as the sedimentary genesis,the northern ECS shelf is divided into three geochemical zones:southwestern Cheju Island Mud Area(ZoneⅠ),Changjiang Shoal Sand Ridges(ZoneⅡ-1),Sand Ridges of the East China Sea shelf(ZoneⅡ-2).The northern ECS shelf is mostly impacted by Chinese mainland rivers(the Changjiang River and Huanghe River),and the provenance and transport mechanism of sediments of different grain sizes is diverse.The bulk sediments come primarily from the Changjiang River,with some material from the Huanghe River carried by the Yellow Sea Coastal Current and the North Jiangsu Coastal Current,and less from Korean rivers.Among them,surface sediments in the southwestern Cheju Island Mud Area(ZoneⅠ)come mostly from the Changjiang River and partly from the Huanghe River.It was formed by the counterclockwise rotating cold eddies in the northern ECS shelf,which caused the sedimentation and accumulation of the fine-grained sediments of the Changjiang River and the Huanghe River.The Changjiang Shoal Sand Ridges(ZoneⅡ-1)were developed during the early-middle Holocene sea-level highstand.It is the modern tidal sand ridge sediment formed by intense hydrodynamic action under the influence of the Yellow Sea Coastal Current,North Jiangsu Coastal Current,and Changjiang Diluted Water.The surface sediments mainly originate from the Changjiang River and Huanghe River,with the Changjiang River dominating,and the Korean River(Hanjiang River)influencing just a few stations.Sand Ridges of the East China Sea shelf(ZoneⅡ-2)are the relict sediments of the paleo-Changjiang River created by sea invasion at the end of the Last Deglaciation in the Epipleistocene.The clay mineral composition of the surface sediments in the study area is just dominated by the Changjiang River,with the North Jiangsu Coastal Current and the Changjiang Diluted Water as the main transporting currents.Xiaoyan Xu Yong Zhang Yanguang Dou Jingyi Cong Beibei Mi Xiaohui Chen Xia Li Chengfen Xu Yongyu Ye 2023Acta Oceanologica Sinica2023,42,11:0
