2上海市0~18岁体质指数百分位曲线及超重肥胖界值点标准的研制显示文摘【目的】 建立上海市 0~ 18岁体质指数 (bodymassindex ,BMI)百分位及超重肥胖界值点。 【方法】 ①采用分层整群随机抽样方法 ,收集上海市区 0~ 19岁儿童 9610 4人 (男 48790 ,女 473 14 )的性别、出生年月及1999~ 2 0 0 2年身高和体重测量资料 ;②应用偏度 中位数 变异系数法 (λ median coefficientofvariationmethod ,LMS法 )建立上海市 0~ 18岁儿童BMI百分位 ;③根据国际肥胖工作小组 (IOTF)和中国肥胖问题工作组 (WGOC)建议 ,建立在 18岁时通过 2 5和 3 0及 2 4和 2 8kg/m2 的百分位曲线 ,分别作为 2~ 18岁各年龄段超重和肥胖界值点标准。 【结果】 应用LMS方法获得了 0~ 18岁男女童体质指数百分位曲线 ,它随年龄有大幅度的变化。出生时男女BMI中位数分别为 13 .7和 13 .4kg/m2 ,以后迅速上升 ,至 6个月时出现一个高峰 ,之后持续下降 ,男童在 5 .5岁为 15 .7kg/m2 ,女童在 6岁为 15 .4kg/m2 ,之后重新上升 ,至 18岁时分别达 2 1.3和 2 0 .2kg/m2 。 18岁时通过 2 5及 3 0kg/m2的百分位曲线男为P82 .0 和P96.5,女为P93 .0 和P99.2 ;通过 2 4及 2 8kg/m2 的百分位曲线男为P75.5和P93 .3 ,女为P89.1和P98.2 。这些特殊的百分位曲线分别提供了 2~蒋一方 Tim Cole 潘蕙琦 居美芳 林钟芳 董小燕 张雷 2004中国儿童保健杂志2004,12,6:28
3Recent advances in biodegradation controls over Mg alloys for bone fracture management: A review显示文摘Magnesium(Mg) alloys possess comparable physical and mechanical properties to bone, making them an outstanding candidate of implant materials for bone fracture treatment. In addition to the excellent biocompatibility, and bioactivity, the engagement of Mg alloys is key for a number of biological functionalities in the human body. The unique biodegradation nature of Mg alloy implants implies that it may not require a secondary removal procedure when the expected supporting tasks accomplish, as they may simply and safely 'disappear' over time. Nonetheless, the demonstrated drawback of potentially rapid degradation, is an issue that must be addressed appropriately for Mg implants and is consequently given unique attention in this review article. Herein, the critical criteria and the state-of-the-art strategies for controlling the degradation process of Mg alloys are reported. Furthermore, future developments of biodegradable Mg and its alloys systems with satisfactory specifications for clinical trials and deployment,are discussed. 5鼻阻塞的主观评价与客观鼻测量的相关性研究显示文摘目的探讨鼻阻塞时检查者和患者的主观评价与客观鼻测量之间是否有相关性。方法检查者和患者均采用视觉模拟量表(visual analog scale,VAS)对鼻阻塞程度进行评价。客观鼻测量采用主动后鼻测压仪和鼻声反射测量仪进行。以配对t检验分析检查者的临床评价和患者VAS均数的差异,以Spearman等级相关分析评价客观鼻测量结果单侧鼻气流阻力与单侧鼻道容积、单侧鼻腔最小横截面积的关系,以及检查者的临床评价、患者VAS与上述客观鼻测量结果的相关性。结果本组病例经统计学分析,316例患者中,减充血前后单侧鼻气流阻力与单侧鼻道容积、单侧鼻腔最小横截面积间呈负相关(r值分别为-0.430、-0.554、-0.373、-0.600,P值均〈0.001)。减充血前后,检查者的临床评价与患者VAS均数呈正相关,差异均有统计学意义(r值分别为0.630、0.526,P值均〈0.001),二者均与鼻气流阻力有一定的正相关关系(减充血前:检查者的临床评价与鼻气流阻力r=0.530,P=0.000,患者VAS与鼻气流阻力r=0.351,P=0.000;减充血后:检查者的临床评价与鼻气流阻力r=0.452,P=0.000,患者VAS与鼻气流阻力r=0.216,P=0.000),与鼻道容积和鼻腔最小横截面积均有一定的负相关关系(减充血前:检查者的临床评价与鼻道容积r=-0.411,P=0.000,患者VAS与鼻道容积r=-0.325,P=0.000,检查者的临床评价与鼻腔最小横截面积r=-0.507,P=0.000,患者VAS与鼻腔最小横截面积r=-0.384,P=0.000;减充血后:检查者的临床评价与鼻道容积r=-0.391,P=0.000,患者VAS与鼻道容积r=-0.209,P=0.000,检查者的临床评价与鼻腔最小横截面积r=-0.471,P=0.000,患者VAS与鼻腔最小横截面积r=-0.286,P=0.000)。检查者的临床评价与客观鼻测量参数的相关系数大于患者VAS与客观鼻测量参数的相关系数。结论鼻阻力测压与鼻声反射测量的结果有一定的相关性。检查者的临床评价与患者VAS存在一定的正相关关系。两者均与客观鼻测量参数存在一定的直线相关关系。张革化 Ronald S. 7Pollen-inferred vegetation and environmental changes in the central Tibetan Plateau since 8200 yr BP显示文摘The ecotone between alpine steppe and meadow in the central Tibetan Plateau is sensitive to climate changes. Here we used the pollen records from three lakes in this region to reconstruct the evolution of local vegetation and climate since 8200 cal. yr BP. The history of temperature and precipitation was reconstructed quantitatively with multi-bioclimatic indexes and a transfer function from pollen records. Results show that the steppe/meadow dominated during the period of 8200―6500 cal. yr BP, especially 8200―7200 cal. yr BP, indicating the central Tibetan Plateau was controlled by strong monsoon. The steppe dominated during the periods of 6000―4900, 4400―3900, and 2800―2400 cal. yr BP. The steppe decreased gradually and the meadow expanded during the period of 4900―4400 cal. yr BP. Three century-scale drought events occurred during 5800―4900, 4400―3900 and 2800 cal. yr BP, respectively. The first time when the regional climate shifted to the present level was at 6500 cal. yr BP in the central Plateau. Since 3000 cal. yr BP, the temperature and precipitation have decreased gradually to the present level. 8血吸虫对吡喹酮抗药性的研究 Ⅺ日本血吸虫中国大陆现场分离株虫卵毛蚴尾蚴对吡喹酮的敏感性显示文摘目的测定日本血吸虫中国大陆主要流行区现场分离株虫卵、毛蚴和尾蚴阶段对吡喹酮的敏感性,为建立日本血吸虫吡喹酮敏感性检测技术提供基础。方法分别从中国湖南、湖北、江西、安徽、江苏和云南6省日本血吸虫病流行区病人粪便标本中分离虫卵,建立日本血吸虫现场分离虫株;采用实验室已有的3株曼氏血吸虫株为对照。将各虫株虫卵分别孵育于5×10-6、10-6、5×10-7、10-7mol/L吡喹酮溶液中24h后移至清水孵化,观察虫卵的孵化率。将各虫株毛蚴分别暴露于5×10-6、10-6、5×10-7、10-7mol/L吡喹酮溶液中,0、1、5min后观察比较毛蚴的运动及形态学变化。将各虫株尾蚴分别暴露于10-5、6×10-7、4×10-7、10-7mol/L吡喹酮溶液中,0、20、40、60、80、100min后,解剖镜下观察尾蚴的泳动、收缩和断尾率的变化。并将结果与曼氏血吸虫株进行比较。结果经10-6,5×10-7、10-7mol/L吡喹酮溶液中24h后,日本血吸虫虫卵的孵化率分别为0.52%、11.90%和49.15%,曼氏血吸虫分别为4.17%、31.37%和92.53%。当暴露于10-6mol/L吡喹酮1min后,日本血吸虫毛蚴的变形率为100.00%,曼氏血吸虫为55.73%;当分别暴露于5×10-7、10-7mol/L吡喹酮5min后,日本血吸虫毛蚴的变形率为96.82%和21.80%,曼氏血吸虫毛蚴为21.80%和0。当暴露于10-5mol/L吡喹酮中40min,日本血吸虫尾蚴的断尾率为96.75%,曼氏血吸虫为28.30%;暴露于4×10-7mol/L吡喹酮中100min,日本血吸虫尾蚴的断尾率为95.82%,曼氏血吸虫为11.40%;当暴露于10-7mol/L吡喹酮中80min,日本血吸虫尾蚴的断尾率为29.65%,曼氏血吸虫尾蚴为0。结论日本血吸虫各现场分离株间在虫卵、毛蚴和尾蚴阶段对吡喹酮的敏感性无明显差异,但均明显高于曼氏血吸虫。研究提示,将毛蚴移入5×10-7mol/L吡喹酮溶液中1min,镜下观察其变形率,可作为日本血吸虫对吡喹酮敏感性的观察指标,可用于现场判断病人化疗失败的原因是否是由于吡喹酮不敏感株产生所引起。将尾蚴移入4×10-7mol/L吡喹酮溶液中80~100min,镜下观察其断尾率,可用于螺体内虫株吡喹酮敏感性监测。梁幼生 戴建荣 李洪军 汪伟 陶永辉 张键锋 李伟 朱荫昌 G.C. 11Dietary and metabolomic determinants of relapse in ulcerative colitis patients: A pilot prospective cohort study显示文摘AIM To identify demographic, clinical, metabolomic, and lifestyle related predictors of relapse in adult ulcerative colitis(UC) patients.METHODS In this prospective pilot study, UC patients in clinical remission were recruited and followed-up at 12 mo to assess a clinical relapse, or not. At baseline information on demographic and clinical parameters was collected. Serum and urine samples were collected for analysis of metabolomic assays using a combined direct infusion/liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry and nuclear magnetic resolution spectroscopy. Stool samples were also collected to measure fecal calprotectin(FCP). Dietary assessment was performed using a validated self-administered food frequency questionnaire. RESULTS Twenty patients were included(mean age: 42.7 ± 14.8 years, females: 55%). Seven patients(35%) experienced a clinical relapse during the follow-up period. While 6 patients(66.7%) with normal body weight developed a clinical relapse, 1 UC patient(9.1%) who was overweight/obese relapsed during the follow-up(P = 0.02). At baseline, poultry intake was significantly higher in patients who were still in remission during follow-up(0.9 oz vs 0.2 oz, P = 0.002). Five patients(71.4%) with FCP > 150 μg/g and 2 patients(15.4%) with normal FCP(≤ 150 μg/g) at baseline relapsed during the follow-up(P = 0.02). Interestingly, baseline urinary and serum metabolomic profiling of UC patients with or without clinical relapse within 12 mo showed a significant difference. The most important metabolites that were responsible for this discrimination were trans-aconitate, cystine and acetamide in urine, and 3-hydroxybutyrate, acetoacetate and acetone in serum. 12Gene expression in cisplatin ototoxicity and protection with p53 inhibitor显示文摘Cisplatin damages cochlear hair cells and spiral ganglion neurons through cell death signaling pathways that are not fully understood. We used focused apoptosis gene microarrays to study early changes in gene expres- sion in cochlear cultures from P3 neonatal rats treated with cisplatin (0.2 mM). After 12 hours of cisplatin treat- ment, more than 50% of the 96 genes on the array showed a significant decrease in expression, consistent with widespread cell death. However, after 3 hours of cisplatin treatment, 10 genes showed significant increase in ex- pression in total cochlear tissue. In experiments with subsets of cochlear tissues, at 3h, cisplatin induced increased expression of 12 genes in the cochlear sensory epithelium (basilar membrane) and 11 genes in the spiral ganglion (tissue of Rosenthal's canal, containing the spiral ganglion). These included pro- and anti-apoptotic genes in- volved in the p53 signaling pathway, TNF receptor family, NF-kappaB pathway, death domain family, death effec- tor domain family, Bcl-2 family, CARD family, TRAF family, and GTP signal transduction. Although the changes in gene expression showed an overlap between basilar membrane and spiral ganglion, other changes, which may reflect the unique response of each tissue, were also observed. Pifithrin-α blocked cisplatin-induced up-regulation of genes in the p53 signaling pathway when assayed by both superarray and real time PCR. 14鼻阻力测压与鼻声反射测量的相关性研究显示文摘目的探讨主动后鼻阻力测压仪的参数——鼻阻力(nasal resistance,NR)与鼻声反射测量仪的参数——鼻腔容积(nasal cavity volume,NV)、鼻腔最小横截面积(minimal cross sectional area,MCSA)间是否具有相关性。方法应用主动后鼻阻力测压法和鼻声反射测量法对316例有鼻阻塞的患者进行前瞻性研究。根据减充血前双侧鼻阻力(bilateral NR,BNR)将患者分为2组,组1:BNR减充血前≤0.25 Pa/cm^3·s,组2:BNR减充血前>0.25 Pa/cm^3·s。Spearman等级相关分析研究上述两种客观测量法的参数在全体研究对象及各组中的相关性。结果在使用减充血剂前、后,316例患者单侧鼻阻力(unilateral NR,UNR)与单侧鼻腔容积(unilateral NV,UNV)、单侧鼻腔最小横截面积(unilateral MCSA,UMCSA)间均存在显著性负相关(P值均=0.000);组1(104例)和组2(212例)在减充血前、后的UNR与UNV、UMCSA间均存在显著性负相关(P值均=0.000)。鼻阻力与鼻腔最小横截面积的相关系数均大于鼻阻力与鼻气道容积的相关系数。结论在有鼻阻塞的患者中,NR、NV及MCSA存在负相关,MCSA是影响NR的主要因素。张革化 李源 Ronald S Fenton Philip Cole Richard Rival Philip Solomon 2008中国耳鼻咽喉头颈外科2008,15,10:8
15Longitudinal dynamics and energy analysis for heavy haul trains显示文摘Whole trip longitudinal dynamics and energy analysis of heavy haul trains are required by operators and manufacturers to enable optimisation of train controls and rolling stock components. A new technology named train dynamics and energy analyser/train simulator(TDEAS)has been developed by the State Key Laboratory of Traction Power in China to perform detailed whole trip longitudinal train dynamics and energy analyses. Facilitated by a controller user interface and a graphic user interface, the TDEAS can also be used as a train driving simulator. This paper elaborates the modelling of three primary parts in the TDEAS, namely wagon connection systems, air brake systems and train energy components. TDEAS uses advanced wedge-spring draft gear models that can simulate a wider spectrum of friction draft gear behaviour. An effective and efficient air brake model that can simulate air brake systems in various train configurations has been integrated. In addition, TDEAS simulates the train energy on the basis of a detailed longitudinal train dynamics simulation, which enables a further perspective of the train energy composition and the overall energy consumption.To demonstrate the validity of the TDEAS, a case study was carried out on a 120-km-long Chinese railway. The results show that the employment of electric locomotives with regenerative braking could bring considerable energy benefits. Nearly 40 % of the locomotive energy usage could be collected from the dynamic brake system. Most of tractive energy was dissipated by propulsion resistance that accounted for 42.48 % of the total energy. 16血吸虫对吡喹酮抗药性的研究Ⅴ 吡喹酮对曼氏血吸虫吡喹酮抗性株和敏感株成虫皮层的损伤显示文摘目的 体内比较吡喹酮对曼氏血吸虫吡喹酮抗性株与敏感株成虫皮层的损伤程度。方法 用各虫株尾蚴分别感染小鼠,感染后第57天,以300mg/kg微粒化吡喹酮悬液对小鼠作灌胃治疗;在灌药后10、30min和1、12、24h后剖杀感染小鼠,门静脉灌注收集成虫,按常规方法制成扫描电镜标本,扫描电镜下观察成虫体表的变化。结果 吡喹酮诱导的皮层损伤主要为虫体表形成泡状结构的薄壁隆起;给药10min,敏感株雄虫皮层可见较多小泡状物,而抗性株则少见;1h后,敏感株虫体表可见大量的泡状物,泡状物溃破可形成皮层损伤灶,抗性株仅见少量的泡状物;24h后,敏感株雄虫体表完全受损,部分皮层剥落,暴露出肌肉层,而抗性株仅见少量泡状物和破损的泡状物。给药1h后,敏感株雌虫开始出现少量泡状物,抗性株雌虫体表未见泡状损伤;12h后,敏感株雌虫泡状物数量增加,抗性株仅在有限区域见少量泡状物。结论 抗性株和敏感株成虫体表吡喹酮诱导的皮层损伤程度存在明显差异,敏感株的损伤程度重于抗性株,雄虫重于雌虫。梁幼生 戴建荣 朱荫昌 李洪军 徐明 司进 许永良 杭盘宇 GC Coles MJ Doenhoff 2003中国血吸虫病防治杂志2003,15,4:7
17英国大学学生会的历史演变与现状特征显示文摘英国大学的学生会历史悠久,一直以来致力于代表学生各种利益和满足他们的需求,占据着大学组织架构中重要位置。其角色和功能主要体现在三方面:推动学生社团等社交活动,为学生提供各种生活、娱乐服务,以及广泛代表学生的意愿和利益。这些功能的侧重随时间推移有所演变。最近十年,受组织内外因素的影响,学生会经历了一系列的改革,如渐进式的服务改良与调整、革命式的结构重组和治理变革。这些经验说明学生组织能够而且应当在现代大学治理中发挥更大作用,学生组织可以而且应当成为高校培养全面发展人才的平台。关璐 周燕杰 Michael Cole 2014现代大学教育2014,30,3:7

19上海市区0~18岁年龄别身高及体重标准研制显示文摘建立上海市区0~18岁男女年龄别身高及体重百分位及Z分法参考值。[方法]采用分层整群随机抽样方法,收集上海市区0—19岁儿童96 104例(男48790例,女47 314例)的性别、出生年月及1999-2002年身高和体重测量资料。应用LMS方法建立上海市男女童年龄别身高(HFA)及体重(WFA)参考值。[结果]获得了上海市区0~18岁男女年龄别体重及身高7条百分位参考值和相应曲线,即P3、P5、P10、P50、P90、P95和P97;及Z分法±1s、±2s及±3s的参考标准。上海市区0~18岁男性的HFA中位数依次为50.1、77.2、88.7、96.6、103.8、110.9、117.5、123.5、129.2、134.7、139.9、145.5、152.5、160.1、166.4、170.8、173.2、174.1及174.2cm。女性的HFA中位数依次为49.8、75.6、87.4、95.4、102.6、109.8、116.6、122.4、128.1、134.2、140.4、146.8、153.1、157.6、159.9、161.3、162.0、162.1及162.3cm。上海市区0~18岁男性的WFA中位数依次为3.4、10.6、12.9、14.7、16.8、19.1、21.7、24.6、27.6、30.8、34.3、38.3、43.4、49.1、54.3、58.6、61.8、63.9及65.1kg。女性的WFA中位数依次为3.3、9.9、12.2、14.3、16.2、18.4、20.9、23.3、25.8、29.0、32.6、37.1、42.0、46.2、49.0、50.8、52.0、52.4及52.6kg。[结论]建立了上海市区0~18岁男女百分位、中位数百分比及Z分法3套参考标准。蒋一方 Tim Cole 潘蕙琦 林钟芳 居美芳 张雷 2007上海预防医学2007,19,11:7
20空间正义视角下城市游憩空间发展理念与策略——基于美国经验的启示显示文摘城市游憩空间是衡量城市社会文明和居民生活质量的重要表征,本文基于美国城市游憩空间建设与管理的经验,从游憩空间的规模、类型、空间组织和管理水平等方面,揭示出其中所蕴含的'空间正义'的核心价值及内涵。进而从'空间正义'视角,提出符合我国现阶段的城市游憩空间发展理念及策略:建立城市居民游憩需求与评价RQI体系,坚实以人为本的规划建设出发点;强调'公平共享'理念,实施城市游憩空间均衡网络体系建设,关注城市弱势群体游憩权益保障;创造多元化的城市游憩空间活动,进一步提高游憩空间利用率和居民体验满意度。魏峰群 席岳婷 SHU Tian Cole 2016西部人居环境学刊2016,31,5:6
